Has to be worst chipotle! Love it and I frequent different locations all over Tampa bay. This location is always out of stock of something . Staff is always very slow and rude . Lady in front of me in line was very demanding and complaining of staff just for me to notice her shirt says "chipotle" so must have been getting off work. I finished eating in my car just to look up and see her smoking next to the front door of the restaurant. When I called the restaurant I was fielded to an automated system. The system offered me a free soda for my trouble. I asked to speak with an agent, who told me that I have a free soda, and thanked me for my time and disconnected our chat. Now I still am out the money I paid for a meal I can't eat. I dig the quality and consistency of the product. Well this location is consistently...inconsistent. Over 50% of the time there is some type of issue. Today, the rice was severely undercooked and tough to eat. My wife and I both got a bowl to go and noticed this with the first bite. The girl was at the counter and when my friends and i walked in she went to the back and started talking to another one of the workers while we just stood there basically listening to their conversation. If you go in the restaurant they make it correctly but every time I order delivery they make it wrong. I get a steak bowl so pay extra and every delivery comes with the smallest portion I've ever received. Also typically missing items. Today I ordered a bowl with fajita veggies and none came on, small portion of steak, and lettuce was in there that wasn't ordered. I'm not sure why delivery orders are treated so badly. You shouldn't have to stand in front of the person for your order to be made correctly read more

Really disappointed with my order today. I go to this chipotle MINIMUM once a week and it's usually solid. Today I went in and ordered 2 bowls with double meat. The first bowl was stacked with meat and then the second bowl looked like it had less than 1 serving. I politely asked if they were sure it was double meat and they advised me it was. I politely responded by stating if you look at the 2 bowls next to each other one obviously has less meat. The employees insisted it was the same even though a child could see it was not equal. I don't mind chipotle reducing their portion sizes but if I'm going to pay an equal amount for 2 bowls I want the serving sizes to be near identical. Then I get home and the steak was the blandest it's ever been.
