Young and careless kids running the show. They pretend or may be they really can't hear you so you have to at least repeat each ingredient in the order twice. Almost 1/5 times, around 9 pm, they run out of Guacamole but you can see employees keeping their share before posting the notice "out of guac". Always never answer to any question asked as if they are deaf or probably making you feel insulted. 2 incorrect orders out of last three orders. bowls and burritos no longer have labels with name and order details. it's easy for them to mess up orders. this used to our favorite but it is going downhill faster than free fall. After opening lids, we could not figure out which bowl was for whom because none of the bowls looked like what we ordered. [added on Nov. 28, 2020] WOW more bad reviews left after mine. The lettuce was all black, the meat was black and rock hard. They need major improvements. No wonder they poisoned so many people.

I'd like to complain about the terrible quality of the food I ordered. The chicken was WAY undercooked, the sour cream tasted like it was expired, it was literally like a solid smelly cream. I've worked at different Chipotle before so I'm aware on how portions work. The burrito consisted of over 70% "sour cream". There was barely any rice. I also ordered large chips and queso, half of the chips were wiggly and not fried well. The queso is supposed to be served warm and it's supposed to have a liquid-ish texture. It had the texture of melted ice cream and it wasn't served warm. It's clear to see the the employees working at the Sammamish location give 0 effort regarding online orders. I'll never place an online order again with this location. This is the first time this has happened, and I am very disappointed. A very welcomed addition to the food options in Sammamish! The dinning room is surprisingly small and is configured strangely but when the sun is out, the outdoor seating will be aweeome. Also, on this visit their ice machine was broken which happens but was inconvenient. read more

The past couple times I've came in, no problems at all. Probably retrained the staff and got better management. Got my stuff and was in and out in a flash. This place though has had a few problems in the past. I read quite a bit about the online orders and how it takes longer than to just walk in and order. I usually just walk in because I like to customize my food more but on more than one occasion, they've fallen behind on prep and had to delay the opening time. On other occasions, they closed the front line because they were so backed up with online orders. I guess it's safe to say I'd recommend this Chipotle seeing as my last couple experiences were fine. read more

It's a decent chipotle, i'd rather go to issaquah or redmond chipotle, but if i'm in sammamish i'll get the chipotle here. i'm just disappointed in the fact that towards the end of the night they claim they are "out" of certain ingredients when they really arent and it's just so the people working there can leave right at 10pm. I ordered catering twice and picked it up from the location. First time it wasn't ready and I was late setting up my event (Jun 2018) - metal stands, foil pans for food, foil pans for water under each and sterno heat cans were provided by Chipotle for easy set up. Thought I would give them the benefit and ordered a second time (Sep 2018). Again the food wasn't ready on time and they left out the plates/bowls in rushing to pack it up, which I realized at home. When I called about this, they told me to check again, which I did. Only forks and napkins. They didn't believe me. Fortunately I had some paper plates on hand. I was told when packing it in my car that they had changed their policy "a couple months back" and no longer provided metal stands, metal pans or sterno heat cans, which caused stress and a scramble, since guests would be arriving at my home in 30 minutes. This change in policy wasn't clearly stated on the Chipotle catering online ordering system. Two employees (a gal and guy) went to Met Market downstairs and came back with 4 sterno and 4 pans to try to help out, when 8 were needed. The gal had mentioned getting 8 and then only brought back 4. I said more than once that 4 wasn't enough because we had ordered the largest amount of hot items. The guy said the set up had changed and assured me that I would only need 4, and if I did need more, I could go to any grocery store, knowing that I already didn't have enough time. In a rush, my husband had to get the old set-up out of the attic (which fortunately we kept), clean it up and rush to QFC to get more sterno, while I hurried to set up the food as guests arrived. Another change was that the hot food had to be transferred from plastic tubs to your own metal pans, which took more time. Instead of calmly greeting our guests, we were stressed. When I called to complain to the manager and ask for a refund of some amount to make up for the stress and hassle factor, I was essentially told, "Tough beans." Last time we'll be ordering beans or anything else from Chipotle Sammamish. I was told that they had paid for the pans and sterno to help me out. When I replied that I would gladly have paid for all I needed for set up to save time, he responded that they don't ask for money after a customer has paid online. I did not want to be forced to write a negative review and I stated that but was told that I should go right ahead. They felt they did everything to make me happy. Really? The whole thing left a bad taste in our mouth. read more

Home of the stingiest scoopers, and ravaged burrito rollers. Proportions are always so far off, and they seem to give you less of the next item when you ask for extra of something. Considering the only expensive part in the burrito is meat, it seems they purposely put a minimal amount. They're the type of place to have 6 people cutting veggies during rush time while only one person is on the line making a burrito in which most can't even roll. read more

Tonight's experience at the Sammamish Chipotle was beyond terrible and it is not the first. A month ago a similar experience occurred. Tonight was a fundraiser night for my son's team, we chalked last month up to a one off and ordered tonight; assuming the restaurant would be staffed and prepared for the fundraiser. First they would not honor the online fundraiser code and then we waited 1 hour for our order. ONE. HOUR. Ordered at 5:45 for a 6:30 pickup and received our order at 7:26! We were told there is no guacamole and replaced our large guacamole with a fountain pop. Our order was not not made to specifications. Please do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else. And as far as fundraising, what a disappoint for people trying to support their local clubs and to have an experience like this. So much for driving TONS of business to your store. Poor quality control, no manager overseeing operations, hurried food preparation and what a mess my tacos were when I got them out at home to eat. One guy working behind the counter was supposed to be home 3 hours ago and just slammed the food together, overstuffing the tacos (more food for my dollars, right, except it's not cool when the three tacos congeal into a big burrito), and was clearly not happy about still being there. The next person must have liked guac a lot because she put a whole spoonful on each taco. Oh, and this store must get a lot of discounted salt because Chipotle food is salty, I know, but wow the food from this store is 2x as salty as others. read more

The parking is a pain and it is so cramped. People behave like people in the parking lot in Costco, with no manners and impatient. Awful service. Music with offense words was blasting in the background. Many of the workers were unprofessional and saying inappropriate words like the n word to each other, right in the presence of customers. It seemed like they were all middle schoolers in 40 year old men's bodies. There was a LEAF in my rice which was awful to pull out of the burrito I left unfinished. And the boy on the cashier charged me double for my food. A man in red shoes had fixed the problem and gave me my money, who I would only assume was the manager.
