I ordered $60 worth of food through the mobile app. I go to pick it up and my burrito looks like a bean burrito from Taco Bell! I ask the worker if their servings size have gotten smaller? She starts to have an attitude with me and says you have to ask for larger portions (which means pay more). I stop her right there and told her if your going to shrink the portion size then charge less too! I didn't bother to check the rest of my order and drove home. My kids open their burrito bowls and to see the portion be half of what it used to be, I was now very offended and ripped off. I tried calling the Tracy chipotle to talk to a manager and their phone system won't allow anyone to speak with an employee. Got on the app and chatted with someone at chipotle and ask for a refund. I am never coming back. This is ridiculous. I will rather have you charge more because of inflation than to charge me the same for smaller portion. I love chipotle but hate this specific location. The past times I've placed an order online something is wrong with the order- they seem to run out of guac/chips or both. Which I understand. However yesterday when I picked up my order I noticed it lighter than usual and told them I didn't get my chips and guac, the worker said they ran out of both. Horrible experience and service. I came about 20 minutes prior to closing, all of the chairs were missing or on the table already. As leaving I tried to use the bathroom to rinse my hands. The employees had blocked the bathrooms with chairs. And Cristal rudely tells me that I cannot go in the bathroom. I said I just need to rinse my hands so I can eat. She says no, I ask if I can wash them somewhere behind their counter in that case and she says no. I tell her it's illegal to have no bathroom in a restaurant in California and she tells me it's not illegal. I have not frequented a Chipotle in a long time. Primarily this was because I did not care for lime rice. This is a new location. The place is clean and the servers were friendly. I ordered the grilled chicken burrito which was $8 and included brown rice (not so brown), chicken, pinto beans, cheese and sour cream. I noticed the server was careful to not put more than a spoonful of each into the burrito. Beans are cheap. Really? My burrito looked fat but 1/4 shorter than what you can get at a taqueria. Once I bit into it, it was lukewarm. Disappointing. The cold sour cream must have made the temp of the whole burrito with other, lukewarm ingredients go down. If you ask for chips it's an extra $1.25. Guac is an extra $2.25. Never again will I come here for a burrito! Only the bowls are worthy. Adios Chipotle. read more

I made an online order for pick up today on 10/19/22 at 1:10p. I have done online orders before at this location and I'm used to just going up to the shelf and picking it up. The instructions in the app actually say to just go to shelf and pick it up. No mention to show confirmation to a member. Today I went in and was accused of stealing an order by the cashier. She was very unpleasant and accused me of stealing an order and demanded I showed her my confirmation number. Her tone of voice was very rude and accusatory. If showing a confirmation number is standard then have that communicated to the entire team and also tell the members to not be rude and assume people who are picking up their own order of stealing. read more

Staff is always slow and rude, I went in around 9:30 and was told there was no other meats besides pork. Whatever so I left and came back a few days later and how ironic it's about 8:30, this time and again they had no other meats besides pork. I'm starting to think the staff members are just plain lazy and not wanting to cook anything because I've seen multiple workers standing around in the back not preparing anything or getting anything ready. Just used their mobile app to order our food. We have never had a problem before, so we went to get our food & drove straight home (which is a good 15 minutes by the way). When I opened my burrito bowl, I noticed a bunch of red pepper flakes in my meal. I didn't think anything of it and started feeding my toddler who started crying after the 2nd bite. I tried to eat it and my mouth was on fire! It was extreme. I think they put the wrong salsa in there? So we called to complain & the girl on the phone was RUDE. Wow! I just left this place. Stood in line for 49min 7:45pm to 8:34pm 4 people at the to go orders, and 1 for in person. They're short staffed, that's not the staff's fault but they were openly bad mouthing customers who were coming to picking up their food The one girl who was helping the line was working slow motion, and this is not an exaggeration. She was taking a break after every customer, at one point she was on her cellphone talking. Again, short staffed? The food is fine if I'm ordering in store but every time I order through Uber eats , they make me a literal kids size burrito full of rice and a few pieces of meat. It is frustrating when you pay over $100 for your food to be delivered and this is what you get? Taking advantage of a customer that is not present.
