The location is solid. It's in the IKEA/Super Walmart shopping center so you already know it's going to be busy. There is plenty of parking out front so that shouldn't be an issue. The service is fast. I normally see a long line when I come but the employees are able to cut it down relatively quickly. The flavor is pretty consistent with other locations. You know what you're getting at Chipotle. It's Mexican-American cuisine so it's not supposed to be the most authentic or exotic meal. I've noticed this store tends to pack slightly more than other stores. My only complaint here are the prices. I know it's not location specific but the brand in general is so out of touch with the economy. A steak bowl will basically cost you $15. Don't expect to walk out of here for under $30 for a meal for two. Bottom Line/TLDR: high prices read more

All bowls came in a big box. 9 unique burrito bowls/salad with different levels of customization (extra veg, light rice, add queso blanco, add guac, tortillas on the side), chips & guacamole: chicken al pastor, steak, carnitas, veggie. These bowls were hefty, loaded, no skimping! The white rice on my chicken al pastor bowl was a little overcooked though. Otherwise, both salsas I asked for were included, extra meat, both beans (1/2 and 1/2), sour cream and cheese. I held the fajita veggies since they almost always forget anyway, and the raw romaine was a crunchy texture I wasn't in the mood for in particular. After placing the order online, the estimated pickup time was roughly 20 minutes or so for all of them to be ready to go. This was pretty accurate. read more

INHUMANE Treatment! Came here once, ordered, dined in and got some work done during lunch hour. After I finished eating, I asked for the restroom code. The worker stated, its on your receipt. I stated, "I dont have my receipt anymore. I threw it away just as I paid." She said well you cant use the restroom without it. I love walking into a restaurant and the employees try to avoid eye contact at all cost and walk to the back. Music playing so loud that I felt like I was as at the club and with employees singing loud for all to hear (classic no scrubs sing a long). I understand as it gets closer to closing wanting to get ahead to get out quickly but you work in customer service, therefore you have to serve the customer. Literally the customer makes your paycheck possible.. connect the dots people. At least take a moment to tell me sorry we are closing or maybe even that you are out of certain items. Any communication would have been nice. I come here at least once a month and don't really make a big deal if they run out of something or mess up my online order slightly but honestly food these days is just getting more expensive. With that being said I'll probably start spending my money else where for a while with all these experiences adding up. I'm chuckling between bites of my burrito bowl with the stalest chipotle chips I've ever had while thinking about this whack-ass ordering experience. My family stopped here on the way up to Tahoe and thought this location was closed at 8:30pm, since all the doors on the front side of the restaurant were locked and the gaggle of employees inside were either doing closing tasks or just hanging out. We finally sneak in through the side door and in that moment I think to myself, "am I dead?" because not a single soul recognized that 4 humans had just entered the establishment. We're finally recognized as worthy of some burrito bowls, but alas, the employee who made the fateful error of approaching the register realized that about 5 online orders had accumulated during their collective break. (I will say, she did wash her hands for like AT LEAST 30 seconds, which we love to see) In between slinging beans into a Togo container, she asks me for the third time in an exasperated tone, " what kind of MEAT" and for the third time I respond, "no meat for me." At this point, we have at least 4 different groups of people behind us. Now that our customer collective has grown in number and strength, all chipotle employees have made a Hail Mary for the line. it was my first time at this location today and I have nothing but good things to say! First off, the service is nice and fast. We arrived at the beginning of their dinner rush and there were about 5 people in front of us. The line went by quickly and I was ordering in less than five minutes! The young lady that started my order was very welcoming. I had a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side. Everything was fully stocked with yummy goodness and it all looked fairly fresh. The counters they were preparing meals on were clean and the food containers didn't have crust. When I sat down and opened my bowl I was so happy. I'm not sure what other reviewers are talking about when they say this location is skimpy on serving size. My bowl was PACKED with rice, protein and plenty of produce. Everything was delicious and well cooked. Their utensil/condiment/soda fountain area was very clean as well. All utensils were stocked and they had plenty of tobacco bottles available. My only complaint would be the seating. It is a little odd compared to other locations since seating is just two straight rows, one facing the door and the other facing the workers. But, if you're lucky like the honey and I, you can get one closer to the soda fountain area. I'll defitently remember this great experience next time in the area! read more

This location is straight up EMBARRASSING! This isn't the first time I've had an awful experience here. I used to work for chipotle so I know exactly what went down because I have seen it first hand. New hire is left alone on the line. All items are practically empty, crusty, not called for at the time it needs to be called to cook. Cook gives no shits about person on the line, manager gives no shits, co workers don't care either. Leaving her to fend for herself hardly knowing what to do. My husband and I came in and I wanted sofritas tacos. The cook was already cleaning and it was like 7 hours until close. The manager was no where to be found, cashier was all over the place, other workers were in the back doing nothing. Sofritas were completely gone and what was left was totally crusted and disgusting. When we asked if there was more the girl asked the cook and the cook told her well it's going to take 20 minutes so ‍. We said is this all you have? She said yes. What we have here is what we have. GROSS. The cook wouldn't even look at us and she was so rude! We ended up walking out. To the cook with the pink hair I hope you get fired soon. You're unmotivated and super rude.
