This is right by my work. So thankful we finally have somewhere to run for lunch now! The food is great. I've tried multiple items on the menu. My personal favorite is their chicken salad. This restaurant wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but in a good way. For some reason, I thought I was going to a large chain type place, but this is definitely not that. So first of all, you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table... nothing wrong with that at all, but it's not table service for the most part just so you know. They do deliver your food, refill coffee and water, etc. So anyway, the reason for my excellent rating is HIGH QUALITY food and ingredients and awesome service. I can't stress enough how Chipy goes the extra mile. First trip, I ordered the eggs Benedict in small bread bowls.. not only is that an awesome concept, the poached eggs are perfect, the Canadian bacon is nicely browned, not just thrown in cold and the hollandaise sauce is thick and delicious It's details like that that elevate a restaurant. Second trip, my favorite go to omelet, the Denver (although they call it the Western). This is my ultimate favorite comfort food breakfast dish and theirs is really exceptional, mainly due to their exceptional ham, seriously no fat or gristle, but also tender and delicious. I recognize that this is a bit of a complicated location, but you should 100% give it a try! read more

Great place - the bread bowls are delicious, hash browns were perfectly crispy, good coffee, and a nice outdoor seating section. Solid portion sizes and great value too. This place is a great little find tucked away in City Park. We stopped by for brunch today and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. It is independently owned and they went above and beyond. I had a Parmesan bread bowl which was a hollowed out bread bowl, toasted on the grill. It was stuffed with spinach, diced tomatoes, onions and peppers. It had melted cheese on top and 2 eggs. There was a very generous serving and I couldn't eat it all. Really Really good food! The salad and sandwiches are fresh are so tasty! They don't skimp on the toppings! They have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. The atmosphere is is casual with a nice diner feel and outside seating as well. This is new establishment so give it a try! Worth the 5*s. A "Yelp find" tucked away in a quiet strip mall, this has been our replacement for Fried Egg once they closed. Consistently great food, some different menu options than your traditional breakfast joints (bread bowl skillets!), and generous portions. Fresh food and attentive staff. Still working out some service kinks but for a new place in an unassuming location, it's definitely worth the patronage! read more

This place is a hidden gem! I've been here twice so far and both times the food was excellent and well-seasoned. The second time our son's pancakes came out well after our orders (we had to tell two different employees he hadn't received his pancakes), but I don't want to knock off a star for that because it might be due to them taking precautions about my son's food allergy. The set up of the cafe is a little strange because you have to walk up to the counter to order brunch food, but we thought maybe it's set up that way due to pandemic staffing issues (fewer employees needed this way). We didn't have a problem with it though, it was just unusual. We will definitely be back again and think this is better than most brunch places in the area! read more
