Pork tofu soup banchan fried fish rice and seaweed

This place is wonderful I had the tofu soup and it was beautifully made and served. The tofu soup had an egg and came with seaweed snacks.

I've been here twice, and both times were enjoyable. Presentation was nice on a hot stone, food was warm and freshly made. It took about 10 minutes to receive our order, which is fine because again, the food was freshly made. Service is okay, but the food is a little pricey. Would still recommend.

Hot stone beef was very good and could serve two. Little on the pricey side looking at the menus. Lots of different choices to try from bibimbap, seafood, tofu bowls. Make sure to try out the different spice levels as this place to spice level is a little hotter than one would think. Overall a good place for a bite.

Not bad, not great. Note: this review is from the grand opening so hopefully it's better once it's the initial traffic has calmed down. If you're in downtown Dublin and craving bibimbap, this will do the trick. They offer a variety of tofu soups and bibimbap. I won't comment on the wait since it was the grand opening so a longer wait time is expected. There was a surprising amount of seating available given how crowded the lines were though. There is both indoor and outdoor seating (with umbrellas). Lively atmosphere but again, grand opening. I got the hot stone beef bibimbap and it had all the standard toppings along with some tasty banchan. However, there was slightly more rice than I'm used to and the beef was ground rather than the usual bulgogi slices. Decent enough for a grocery store food court, but not worth a dedicated outing.

The Tofu soup is way too salty!!!! I had to ask for hot water to dilute the saltiness. The gave me a small bowl of plain soup which has a subtle taste. PLEASE TASTE YOUR TOFU SOUP!!!!! It is TOO SALTY!!! You'll have your customers have kidney issues and hypertension.

Checked out the food hall and wanted to try their tofu soup. I got a mushroom and a beef dumpling tofu soup. Both were just okay but a tad over salted for my taste. The beef was pretty chewy. Both came with rice and a small plate of banchan.

Took a hot minute to wait in line to order and get food on a busy Sat for lunch but worth it. Tasty beef tofu soup and pork bulgogi and the combo comes with a surprising amount of sides - a small fried fish, some banchan, a bowl of white rice, and a pack of seaweed. Tofu soup hot and tasty, pork bulgogi was very soft and flavorful. Eat the fried fish while it's hot. Regular spicy wasn't really that spicy, will turn up the heat next time.

Normally I don't like to recommend any tasty food to increase the difficulty of dine in opportunity in the future. But this one, if you like Korean tofu soup, it is a must try. I like its silken tofu texture with various soup choice. Service: it is self serving food court like every food court. Be careful of taking your food to the table. It is hot soup with stoneware and might be dangerous for seniors and children. Ambiance: not for long seating with family and friends. But soup is delicious and always a line at rush hour. Reasonable price ( no tip required) in Tri Valley area

Mediocre at best soft tofu (soon doo boo) soup. Was served lukewarm when it should be boiling hot. Had to ask them to reboil since there was an uncooked raw egg with egg shell in it. First taste was overly salty that had to add water. The shrimp in the soup is not fresh. Added side of pork bulgogi, which was also lukewarm and had pork gaminess to it. You are better off at other local Korean restaurants that have average soft tofu soup but are at least better than this place. This place is popular because it's close proximity to the new H Mart. Basically a new store opening tourist trap to avoid.

The galbi and bulgogi were good. I've had better. Both were on the pricey side. The thing to note about eating at this food court is that you need to return the tray and dishware back to the vendor you bought it from. This wouldn't be a big deal except that when it's busy (which it frequently is) you'll likely be sitting outside and will need to bring everything back to the vendor and try to find space for your tray on a cart near the counter. The cart will likely be full and you may find yourself having to bend low to try to load your tray on a lower shelf. The staff won't help you.

Visited Cho Dang Tofu & BBQ for the first time and it was very busy over the weekend--waited over 30 minutes for the food. I ordered the #34 Bibimbap, which had a nice, well-balanced flavor overall. I'd recommend asking for an extra container of gochujang sauce--it really takes the dish to another level.

Tofu soup is regular with little add-ons. Long waiting time and very overpriced. I guess you can easily find other options nearby.

I went around and thought that there's going to be more room but it's not what I expected. Also am surprised that it's that many people on Monday but I guess they're celebrating late Father's Day too? Anyways, the food is really delicious and quality is tremendous. Very upscale honestly especially with how big the portion sizes are. I individually got Chicken Katsudon and it's not really hard. Very chewy and I couldn't finish it since I ate a lot of sushi before it arrived. My sister didn't even finish her individual plate too and so we ended up taking them to go. What shocked me is that they serve us a huge portion of desserts especially the green tea ice cream. I thought that it's only going to be one scoop but they gave us 3! I think the one scoop is for someone's birthday? I don't know. And the vanilla ice cream with grilled pineapple is so yummy and it had a lot of cinnamon flavor I believe. It's one of the best vanilla ice creams I'd ever had. I probably never tasted vanilla ice cream that good before! I also appreciate the staff for helping with us with our orders! They were so helpful and kind to us. If I ever bring my friends over, it'd be this place. I highly recommend for others to try this place because the food here is really amazing!

A couple workout buddies + kids and I went here for dinner on a Friday night, put our name down on the wait list, and waited for around 20 mins. During the wait time, we went nearby to the bakery and got some stuff there. Absolutely love the single pots here so you can enjoy your own flavor soup/broth to drink and to cook the items you choose. We were seated and everything looked so clean. Ordering was done via QR code and the items accumulate on the order page where if multiple people scan the table QR code, whatever each person adds gets added so don't check out until everything in that around is definitely in. The soups and items came by sooooo quickly. I was impressed! They have a make your own sauce combo and we did that between ordering and getting our stuff. I got a singles combo with tom yum soup base. It was a good amount of food. I chose one of the Wagyu, and the side items I chose were tendon, fish, and if I also chose something else, I forgot. It came with a lot of veggies such as greens and mushroom. Guess I mixed and "created" my sauces right cause they went well with the stuff. Cooking the meat was so quick, so pretty much not much wait time to enjoy some food. Others chose some different cuts of beef, some lamb (?), quail eggs, and more. A bit pricey, but the stuff was super fresh and things were really quick so it was worth it to me.

We stumbled upon this small shop in a seemingly sketchy, empty parking lot and honestly wondered if we made a mistake at first. But once we walked in, the place was almost full at 5 PM--mostly with Korean-speaking customers, which is always the ultimate green flag. We were so blown away! This was easily one of the best Korean meals we've had in the Bay Area. It's authentic, salt-of-the-earth home cooking. The Soups: The Seolleongtang and Galbi Gomtang were totally legit. The broths had amazing depth and were incredibly flavorful. Seafood Pancake: One of the absolute best I've ever eaten. Super crispy and crunchy on the outside, and soft and tender with tons of flavorful seafood on the inside. The Banchan: They serve 10 different tasty dishes for banchan! Total score. Portions are large and the pricing is very decent. It's a bit out of the way if you're coming straight from SJ, but we are absolutely keeping this place in mind whenever we're heading up north toward the East Bay! Highly recommend.
