The most amazing thing was when I went to pay for my bowl and my son's bowl and the cashier asked how my day was going - and I explained that I've had better days - she was so kind she pushed what was called a"love button." I really didn't understand what this was until I went to pay and realized that she had comped one of our meals. When I said to her, that was very generous and unnecessary she said well when we see somebody who needs a little bit of love or cheering up that is what we do.
