My friend and I decided to grab a sweet treat and Choux was nearby. We ordered the raspberry, honey lavender, and hazelnut choux and 1 cannele. The raspberry choux was tart and had a nice raspberry flavor. The hazelnut choux was similar to eating a ferrero rocher and wasn't too sweet but still had a nice flavor. The honey lavender had a stronger lavender taste and was floral. I think overall I preferred the raspberry and hazelnut choux than the honey lavender but all were solid options. My favorite was the cannele. It had a strong vanilla flavor and you could see the vanilla bean coating the cannele. It was sweet and the texture was spongey and slightly dense/ (which I didn't mind). The texture was a mix of a custard and a cake. I would definitely love to come back and try their matcha cannele too! The worker there was patient and attentive. I don't write a lot of reviews but this cute pastry bakery truly deserves 5 stars and a shout-out. The little pastries are amazing! I got a box of four for me and my partner. My favorite was the salted caramel one, closely followed by the hazelnut one. The choux are perfectly crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Wonderful flavors and not too sweet. I'm from Europe and it is hard to find authentic European food but this is so authentically French. We got a coffee at a cafe down the street to enjoy with the choux. We also took a larger gift box to bring to a birthday party and it was a big hit. Will definitely gift these to friends and colleagues again. My highlight was to briefly chat with the owner and her partner. I found out that the bakery has always been woman-owned and they seem like a really awesome team. Really sweet, fun couple! read more

Unlike the typical pastry shops, you order through a stand and the servers grab the pastries from behind for you. The service is quick and the pastries look amazing for parties. Each cream puff cost almost $4 each and is little. I ordered them for a wedding engagement surprise party and they looked great. I tried both the raspberry and lemon ones. The cream puff fruit flavors are strong but it does not leave me craving for more. They just add a lot of colors and make the dessert table look super fancy. Cream puffs are definitely smaller in person than in pictures. The canele tastes good but Dangelion Chocolate makes it better. Cheese puff is the only savory thing I tried here and it is quite tasty. I got a box where you can choose any X items for a set price and picked up one chocolate cannelé and three choux (chocolate, hazelnut, and taro). The choux were all fairly small, as you can see in the store, with a very thin and soft crust. The fillings had a nice amount of flavor without being too sweet. The cannelé was light, a bit chewy, and moist--almost like a chocolate Vietnamese honeycomb cake, though without as much of the honeycomb texture.
