You can order items off a screen at your table and also walk up to the second floor to get things like vegetables, soft drinks, milk tea (!), miso soup, and ice cream. We had a limit of 10 items per order (with a party of 5) with a minimum of 7 minutes of wait time between orders, but this was enough time for us to get our fill. The milk tea was delicious and had a strong tea flavor, which I loved. A more expensive AYCE (ended up being ~$75/person). The meat quality was very good. There was nothing wrong with the food at all, I think the experience could have used some improvement. The different packages were explained very quickly and was hard to follow. The buffet to get sauce, apps, and drinks was poorly organized and didn't provide a natural flow for the crowd. Also a lot of items were empty and not replenished quickly. I felt rushed during my meal where usually for AYCE the time limit is a bit looser. The menu had a wide variety of items of good quality. First time here and we had a wonderful experience! Our server Kasey was fantastic - super friendly, helpful, and attentive. She made the experience wonderful. Our table was quickly cleared, our grill was changed frequently, and she was so on top of it! In fact, ALL the staff here were on top of it - it seemed like anyone that passed our table would grab an empty plate/bowl to keep things moving. Really well oiled machine. All of the meats were flavorful, tender, and came quickly. LOVE the ordering system on the kiosk instead of having to order with a person. We got the middle 'gold' tier and it was worth it for the extra types of dishes - although I would have been totally happy with everything in the silver tier also - great value! The side dishes were also great - argentina shrimp, sushi/carpaccio, and we got some signature dishes like the shrimp tempura, truffle fries, fried calamari, chicken wings, shumai, and stone pot rice. The self-serve stations with drinks were presentable, clean, and tasty. Loved the milk tea and the sauce station. The veggie station was very well maintained and presentable with good variety although I only got seaweed salad from it :) Our clothes smelled a little bit after leaving and at home, but dissipated quickly, compared to some other BBQ places where it lingers on your clothes forever. So kudos to the ventilation system in here. All in all, it was a great experience and I am excited to come back again. Similar style to Niku X, but a vastly superior experience overall. The food, atmosphere, and service were fantastic, with our waiter Justin providing impeccable care. Visited this location with my family, we had an additional guest but were able to squeeze six people at the table. The staff were kind enough to set up a side table for us to hold to meat allowing more space on the main table. We also had an allergy to watch for and they were great about double checking everything and verifying contents of sauces and food. The food was all delicious, we went with the gold package and had good variety. I appreciated the ability to get the sides and drinks myself. I went on a weeknight as a group of 8 and we were seated at two 4-person tables. Food was good! I liked that we could order more through a tablet at our table as well as the variety of sides offered on top of the meats. There were self-serve stations with milk teas/sodas, curry with a cool rice dispenser, salads, fruits, and desserts. Service was fine - the food came out pretty quickly though they forgot a few of our orders but we figured it was towards the end of the meal anyway so we just let it go. I wasn't a fan of how they kept advertising their membership and how they told us to leave a review that mentioned our server for the night. I usually have no problem leaving reviews but in going through their page reviews, most of them have no substance aside from them mentioning how great their server was, which doesn't help me in any way. read more

Wow!! Amazing AYCE! Probably the best AYCE place I've ever been to. The meat was so tender, and there a ton of options to choose from (even at the lowest tier). The skirt steak was def my fav; the Wagyu steak, top blade, & short rib were also up there. And, it's not just AYCE meats to grill - it also includes AYCE sushi, dumplings, various side dishes, etc. You can also help yourself to soda cans, milk teas, miso soup, desserts, and more. I made a reservation well in advance for Valentine's Day dinner at Chubby Cattle and chose the highest-tier Diamond option because I was genuinely excited to try it. Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I want to be very clear: the wait staff were kind, attentive, and consistently trying to help. They are the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one. The issues were not caused by them. They were visibly doing their best in a situation that felt out of their control. That said, the quality of the food did not reflect the premium price at all. The meat quality was poor -- especially concerning for the most expensive tier. It was to the point where I felt nauseated and stopped eating. For a $200+ dinner on Valentine's Day, that is unacceptable. The grill repeatedly would not stay hot. Our waiter kept coming over to try to fix it, which I appreciated, but it was disruptive and made it difficult to cook anything properly. The menu is also very misleading about the sides and add-on bar. The self-serve areas were half empty, not regularly cleaned, and not refilled for the entire hour and a half we were there. Sauce options were limited, and there was very little available to enhance or compensate for the lack of quality in the meat. I should have taken the B health rating and the fact that the restaurant was half deserted by 7PM -- on what should be one of the busiest nights of the year -- as a warning sign. What makes this more frustrating is the website's strict "no refunds under any circumstances" policy. Policies like that give the impression that customer experience is not a priority. When diners are spending this kind of money, there should at least be some accountability if the experience falls far below expectations. I have had significantly better Korean BBQ in Florida for half the price. I went into this dinner excited and left anxious, disappointed, mildly sick, and out over $200. I truly hope management evaluates the quality and presentation, because the staff deserve better than having to uphold an experience that does not match the price point. read more
