As a KBBQ lover I quite often love to indulge in a good AYCE spot with high quality meats and an assortment of side dishes but after being recommended this spot several times from close friends I knew I had to give it a shot. After waiting 2.5 hours I was met with nothing but disappointment and an expensive underwhelming experience, first off, the self serving area ran like a messy cafeteria, now that could possibly just be the fact that it was tight quarters and people very eager to plate up, so it's circumstantial, but the shortcoming for me was the fact that there was no ice in the fountain drinks machine, and didn't get replenished the entire 1.5 hours I was there, it was hot inside enough already, second, for a sides bar there seemed to be more fruit than readily available vegetables and garnishes by a 3:1 ratio which didn't exactly make sense to me since this is supposed to be KBBQ, where veggies, and meats meet, third, there only seemed to be 2 sauces in total throughout the entire establishment, not even soy sauce, sesame oil or anything else. Now that may honestly be just a personal preference but I've never been to an AYCE that didn't have that, granted the ones they had weren't bad. And that's just the self serve area (on top of not having corn cheese but I digress this preference) Onto the meats, and the actual main course itself. The Wagyu beef was great but certainly didn't have that melting on your tongue type of texture, nor did it have much flavor compared to the Wagyu that I'd had before, and that just may be that it was hyped to be some of the best. The service was good, had no issue getting accommodated but all in all, I personally don't think it was worth the 2.5 hour wait and near $300 tab for just 3 people tacked on with an experience void of savory flavor. P.S. the only thing that cooled me down after not having any available ice in my water was soft serve vanilla ice cream, so for that I'm giving it an extra star. read more

Ordered gold tier For the special dishes - wouldn't recommend the Hokkaido Uni but the Wagyu Uni was good Great selection in the appetizer bar - my fav were the marinated mung beans, kimchi, wasabi octopus, and white radish slices You can tell the meats were high quality. We ordered 3 rounds of the M8-9 Wagyu otoro. The Wagyu finger meat was also good but sold out after the first time we ordered. You can skip the handrolls and nigiri but if I have to pick one it would be the Wagyu hand roll. Service is slow on anything that isn't meats related. We had to ask our server if the handrolls were still coming. Great selection of sauces and dessert consists of egg tarts and vanilla or chocolate ice cream. I stopped by on a weekday for lunch. I made a reservation just in time right after they opened. I was able to get a seat in 15 minutes. Right after that the wait times were going beyond an hour. I went for a Silver. You can eat as much you want in 90 minutes. Last order should be placed at 70th minute. There is a screen in the seat. Order is placed in the screen. It also shows how much time is left. I was eating for the entire 90 minutes. Food arrived quickly. Everything tasted excellent. Wagyu otoro was my favorite item. I reordered it 3 times. Because it was thin, it was easy to cook. Because it was a fatty cut, it was very flavorful. We have to cook the meat in the table grill. I was not good at it. When possible, waiter stopped by to help us out. Especially for thick cuts like waguy cubes and steak, I had no idea how long to cook. I went for multiple sides -Fried chicken karaage, Deep fried dumpling, Fried calamari, Shrimp tempura and Wagyu Stone pot rice. All were excellent. There was softserve, but I skipped it. First of all great service despite on how really busy it is ! My family (party of 12 adults & 1 kid) came for our cousin's 21st birthday and he chose this restaurant. Went on a Tuesday night and this place was super busy! They are still on a soft opening as well, I can't imagine the how busier it will get. The hostess Presley (I think that was his name) was great with keep us posted on our table and getting our party seated. He explain the tiers ( silver, gold , diamond) . We ended up with the gold tier. Seniors 65+ have a discount. FYI. Also the staff were nice enough to put the birthday cake in the fridge while we ate. Our waiter Viet, was amazing and patient. He got us promptly with changing out grill and other services. He explained a lot of the menu, & showed us the process of ordering from the kitchen. There was also a bar area for smaller parties. Besides the meat they had sushi options, & hot pot soup too. Fruit stations and appetizers bar (seaweed, miso soup, kimchi, garlic etc) were freshly put out. They also had fresh vegetables for the hot pot soup ( tom yum etc) Rice and miso soup had its own machine self service station. Impressive of the set up. I love how they have a milk tea station & slushy area next to the fountain drinks. Soft serve ice cream and warm egg tarts were other options for dessert. Get there early to be on the wait list! Long wait times in general. The only suggestion I could give to make it a little kid friendly, is to have booster seats for the booths. High chairs on the aisle makes me nervous for safety reasons in the spacing of this restaurant. Overall would recommend for certified waygu meat and service. Good restaurant that I would recommend everyone to try at least once bring a jacket because it's pretty cold inside There was a 10 minute wait for a party or 2 at 4pm. It's a yelp waitlist you can join on your phone. We got the gold tier and with that we got 1 order from the special meats and 1 order from the special dishes per person. You order off the IPad they provide you. It's a pleasant dining experience with the milk tea, slushies, egg tarts and sliders! For meats, I would recommend getting the short rib meat and the finger meat! The server cooks the special meats for you but the rest of the AYCE menu is on you. Service was good and the food came quick. Our server even recommended a selection of meats based on how they looked in the back. I'd personally skip out on the carpaccio next time as our fish was dry without much sauce. Keep track of your 90 minute allocation time because they cut us off before we finished without any last call notice. Unfortunately we didn't get to try all we wanted. I finally had the chance to try Chubby Cattle, and wow--what an experience! My friend treated me to lunch here, and even though the wait was almost two hours, it actually worked out perfectly since we used the time to wander the area and pick up some snacks from 99 Ranch next door. By the time we were seated, I was more than ready--and the meal absolutely delivered. This was my first time dining here and my first time trying wagyu beef, and the experience was phenomenal. My friend already had a gold-tier membership and walked me through their ordering setup. The customer service was great--simple, warm interactions that made us feel welcomed without being intrusive. I liked that everything was done through the tablet, which made each round of ordering easy and efficient. There were tons of options for meats and even nigiri, which honestly surprised me with how good it was. I wanted to try the Hamachi, but they were out during our visit--no worries though, because the salmon nigiri still hit the spot. There is an ordering time limit, so definitely make the most of it. They offer unlimited drinks (I kept going back for the milk tea), plus a rice dispenser and a miso soup dispenser that had both of us oddly fascinated. I joked that the miso was basic since it was just broth, but my friend loved the convenience of it. The meats, though... unforgettable. The wagyu was rich, and dipping it into their signature chubby sauce was perfection. I honestly should've asked if they sold bottles of it because it was that good. My friend mentioned a grilling tip he learned from a server during his first visit--smear the meat a bit as you cook so the juices and fat help prevent sticking. Worked like a charm and made the experience even better. His membership also came with a solid discount, which was a nice bonus. Between the two of us, we probably ordered at least 30 items--but hey, it's all you can eat and absolutely worth every bite. Revisited after a month to see if the hype held up. It did. Thanksgiving weekend meant it was absolutely slammed, but somehow the staff kept everything running smoothly. Orders still came out quickly, plates were cleared before we could stack them ourselves. That's impressive when the place is at capacity. Alan was our server this time - regularly checked in and offered to swap our grill plate multiple times. Preston at the front was working hard to keep the waiting crowd happy, which isn't easy when you're looking at long waits. Same great beef tongue with lemon situation. Still ordering it multiple times. Still worth it. The fact that service didn't crash and burn on one of the busiest weekends of the year? That tells you they've got their systems down. The line was loooong. I was skeptical when I read reviews that it was worth the wait, but I have been converted. I got there around 2:30 for dinner. The wait-list had closed by that time, and the wait-list for dinner was not going to be available until 4pm. I came back at 3 to start lining up for the dinner wait-list. I was #4. By 4pm, the line was was all the way to the Ranch 99 entrance and back. When I got on the wait-list, I was #13 because there were people still waiting from the lunch wait-list. My husband and I went to the outlets across the street, and by then, there were 81 parties on the waitlist. We got seated around. 5:15, which wasn't bad considering what others have waited on some reviews I have read. As for the dining experience. It was amazing. We got the top diamond tier so was able to get the premium wagyu meats. My favorite was the A5 Miyazaki short rib. We signed up for the membership, and got the typical discount plus the birthday discount since it was a day before my birthday, so we more than made up for the membership fee. Aside from the A5 meats, which you can only get 2 portions of, there was a selection of other wagyu meats, but not as "melt in your mouth" tender. There was also unlimited drinks including milk tea and sides bar. There was also a rice dispenser which was kind of fun to try. A few notes and tips: - there was no alcohol served. Not sure if it was because they didn't get their alcohol license yet. - you can only place an order every 10 minutes so load up. - they hold pretty strict to the 90(?) minute time limit. Overall. It was a great experience. I highly recommend it but plan wisely to minimize waiting. Once you are on the wait-list. You can keep track of where you are on the waitlist. Time to update my recent visit at this stoneridge Chubby cattle location. It's a tad small and the wait list is ridiculously long. I was on #32 when I arrived at 730 pm, but luckily people bailed out and I was seated at 9 pm. Thanks for fitting my party and I otherwise we'd have to drive 45 mins home without my party getting to try this place. Kuddos to the hostess for doing her best. Service is amazing, since they constantly check on you. As always, I got the premium menu with an annual membership $28/year and a free tier birthday dinner within 3 days of your birthday and your party +1 gets the $10 discount. The place allows you to pick your own rice, milk tea bar, salad bar so I love the round pickled daicon to go with the grilled meat. Onto the meat quality, it was really good with the A5 limited wagyu cuts. I always get the ribeye, and even their sushi was pretty good. I'd definitely say it's better to go for the grilled meat and bang for your buck. Expect to come out all smoky. The ventilation doesn't work well, but I love the smell of grilled meat. Just have to shower afterward when going home. And I walk away with a glass full of milk tea on the way out. read more

There's a huge line for a reason. Alas, my girls and I found our go to carnivore heaven!! Unlimited premium American, Australian, and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, seafood, and nigiri. And I mean premium - I can still taste all the melt-in-your-mouth A5 wagyu, toro, uni/caviar wagyu nigiriYUM! Menu details: Gold is $59 and Diamond is $88 but as a member, for $28/year, you can get discounted prices ($7 off gold and $10 off diamond). We rode on my friend's membership and got the diamond treatment. Why would you get anything else!? Service was great and the staff were super knowledgeable about the premium meats and even offered to cook our meat for us (probably so we don't incinerate the wagyu). Chubby Cattle in Pleasanton is one of those spots where the food is excellent, the experience is memorable, and the timing is everything. If you want dinner here, come early. And I mean show-up-at-4:30-and-wait-for-them-to-open early. The waitlist fills up fast and the walk-in window closes before the evening even begins! Don't bother casually strolling here by 6PM on a weekend, because if you do, chances are you will not be eating here. Once you are inside though, the flow is efficient. Almost TOO efficient. They move quickly, the food comes fast, and the moment your 90-minute buffet timer ends, they remind you with the precision of a swiss watch. Fortunately, the staff is friendly, so the exit feels more like a gentle nudge than an eviction. They even let me walk out with the side bar items I had already grabbed, including a milk tea and an egg tart, which felt like a small but honorable victory. Now for the important part, the food. My group went with the Gold Tier because if we are here, we are doing this properly with at least an A5 cut, which you won't get if you pick Silver. With Gold, you get all of Silver plus one special dish and one special meat, so choose wisely. I loved the A5 Miyazaki wagyu short rib. It is incredibly fatty and delicious to the point where you may wonder if it's even meat you're eating. It's kinda like butter with a side of meat. If that is not your thing, the A5 finger meat gives a firmer bite and might be more enjoyable. The sleeper hit for the night was the wagyu skirt steak (harami) which quickly became the favorite at my table. It has actual texture, a slight chew, and that satisfying savory flavor that fatty wagyu cuts sometimes sacrifice. You can order a lot here, but there is a 10-minute cooldown between rounds which means you have to strategize. Choose your battles. Choose them well! But honestly, just come hungry and keep ordering (anything really) and it'll be amazing in its own way. The side bar has plenty to offer, but I will be honest. When I am on a countdown clock in a buffet setting, my brain is wired for maximum value, so vegetables become optional. Still, their chopped jalapenos, radish, and lettuce makes me feel less guilty when I devour trays of meaty goodness. Also from their side bar, I very much enjoyed their Samurai Tea, which is a mix of black and oolong tea. It helped cut through the richness of the wagyu. If you need a moment of clarity mid-meal, that tea will provide it (as well as make you feel more full in the process). Between four people, we managed 34 dishes before deciding that pride is not worth the indigestion. The food is great, the quality is high, and the experience is legitimately fun once you accept the speed-run nature of it. Went here on Thanksgiving day with cousin and nephew. We wanted to eat around 2pm. Figured I get there early and check-in on the iPad at the front around 1pm. We still ended up waiting an hour and half total. Wish they had an online reservation system as I'm coming from the Peninsula and there's no guarantee of getting a table. This is my only complaint. We chose to do the Diamond Set as I paid another $29 to my Chubby club one membership to be a Chubby Club plus member. Today's payment basically knocked off discount that we received today and we got to spin the machine for a prize as part of the promotion. Only got points out of it. The food from selections from the Diamond set were absolutely top notch. We ordered the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Short Rib, Otoro Thick Cut, Ribeye and all cooked quickly, but the bites were impeccable. They are limited to 2 per person I believe, but we made the most out of them. Since there were 3 of us we got a few different choices. Then we ordered a Wagyu Nigiri with Uni & Caviar and Wagyu with Foie Gras. Both were delectable bites. Then we stuck mostly to Brisket and other meats and Sushi options to get our proteins for the day. Lol. They have a lot of options at the self service station with fruit and other vegetables, but we mainly focused on the Wagyu and were able to try most of the dishes offered. The place itself was clean, but the space is small and I can see why it's tough to get a table when it's busy as sometimes they close the waitlist. Our server was knowledgeable and was able to answer any of our questions and as always they are quick to take away the empty plates. Our server was also able to toss in an A5 Striploin which you cook and then put on top of a piece of nigiri and was very good. We've been to chubby cattle in Rowland Heights and Cerritos multiple times but this is the worst experience for us. Which was a bummer because we were celebrating my husband's birthday and it was our friend's first time to try it. We were hyping chubby to them so much but I don't think it lived up to their expectations. Food: first thing I noticed was the beef curry was not as good. It was much lighter and the beef had different sizes and it was very chewy, I had to spit out a piece because I almost choked. They also didn't have the burger and egg tarts available. Which, again, was a bummer because I could eat 4 pcs of those egg tarts and was really looking forward to it. The premium cut had different thickness and sizes, some were really thin (for the same kind). We even had a piece that's like 80% fat. And as you know, it's more expensive if you want to try the premium cuts. Another tough cut was the marinated wagyu cubes. My husband and I had to spit it out, that's how tough it was. That's not how wagyu is supposed to be. Chubby skewers have better meat pieces than that. Service: usually, your server will help you cook. Not here or not us. Maybe because we told them it's not our first time? Because he definitely helped the other table cook. They were nice though. And they let us move to the next table because the grill on our table was not working properly. Only half of the grill had fire. Place: it's smaller but was nicely decorated, different from RH and Cerritos, but still cool. It seems like their exhaust doesn't work though. We were seated on the "private" section and that was filled with smoke, my friend's eyes hurt from the smoke. Overall, I don't think my friends were sold on the place. We, on the other hand, are on our 2nd year of membership but will probably stick to RH branch. I would rate it 2.5 stars if I can. I think 3 is generous. read more

Stopped by Friday night during the Black Friday rush with a couple of friends. We joined the waitlist around 4:30pm and it was about an hour and a half wait. Not too bad as we've heard people wait up to 4 hours before. There's 3 pricing tiers that can potentially get a discount with a membership add on. Each tier has a different option on the all you can eat with more options as you increase in price. We went with the gold option that gave us the perfect amount to try the wagyu caviar option and the other tender meats. You can order up to 10 things every 5 minutes and it comes out pretty fast. Overall great experience! All the meats were really fresh and tasty. Our server, Nico was the best as well. He was very attentive despite it being so busy and helped cook the expensive meats. I was the fifth party by 6:30pm. Got a text that my table was ready at 7:02pm. I had to be in person to join the Yelp wait list. It remained closed on the app all day Saturday. The meats were good. The marinades on the meats were good and didn't cook off. The self service area is really cramped. Service was good. Smoke control was alright... There is no alcohol offered. If you are a party of two, this data isn't helpful. You will seat much faster at the bar. We were a part of 4. Gold tier, OTD after 20% tip was $100 pp. read more

He consistently checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was how Travis went and offered to help us cook our food, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and stress-free! All the servers and wait staff were so kind and helpful. I'd say this is one of the best bbq places I've been to. The meat is really high quality. We ended up going for the gold tier and got some special order items like the wagyu uni caviar nigiri, which I would HIGHLY recommend. Meat just melts in your mouth. Our server Viet was awesome! Was really excited to try this place. The wait starting at 4:30 is 3+ hours!! The aesthetics of the place is fun, but it's a pretty small place. The service was fantastic and fast10/10. The meats are pretty inconsistent, even for the same cuts. Sometimes then meat was tender and easy to chew and other times we had to spit it out because it was so tough 6/10. The beef brisket and otoro were the best maybe because they were the thinnest cuts 7.5/10. Pork belly was standard 7/10. The Wagyu curry the first go around was amazing, the beef was like butter, but the second time it was so tough I was chewing for a few minutes before I gave up on it. The sliders were tasty 8/10. The disappointing thing was they basically ran out of curry and it took like an hour to replace it, and it was replaced with about 1/4 of the pot and terrible meat. The ice cream machine was also broken, and they didn't have any of the egg tarts available! The shrimp tempura was nothing special, but I still enjoyed them 7/10. Overall I'd give it a 6.5/10. For the price with 14 people we could have gone to a high end Korean BBQ place like Baekjeong or 10 Butchers instead. Wife really wanted to try this place so we went for her birthday. Was hoping to get there before they opened, but ended up getting there at 12:15pm. Threw our names on the waitlist and got the 35th spot. ETA was 2-3 hours so we went to the outlet mall while we waited. Got back at 3:00pm and waited another 40 minutes to be seated. I was starving at this point. Ambiance is nice. The place gave off the vibe of how I'd imagine a yakiniku restaurant in Japan would feel like. Service was great. They were attentive and the meats and dishes were brought out fairly quickly. We decided on the Gold tier since there wasn't a big difference between Gold and Diamond except for the quantity of special meats you can order per person. All of the meats were high quality and the A5 was just melting in my mouth. We tried a lot of different types of meat just to try them and didn't dislike any of them, but the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Short Ribs were by far our favorite cut. The A5 Wagyu nigiri special dishes and the hand rolls were amazing as well! Tried the tom yum hotpot as well, and it was delicious. I loved how sour it was, and had a little bit of heat. There wasn't much protein in it though, outside of maybe 3 shrimp and a small amount of squid. The self service station also had a few interesting items. I was surprised at how decent the Japanese curry was, and the egg custard tart was flaky and delicious. The milk teas were way better than I thought they'd be as well. I ordered the salmon carpaccio, but it never came out. I was pretty full by the time I remembered so I didn't bother telling them. I asked if they did anything special for birthdays, but the server said not unless you were a member. About a minute later, they did a whole performance for someone else's birthday. I guess if you want something special for your birthday, get the membership before you go! Overall the food and service was really good, but I don't think it was worth the 3+ hour wait. Chubby Cattle has been on our radar ever since it opened. There's always a huge crowd waiting to get in so we really wanted to dine here to check out the food. We were a party of 6 and we lined up 30 minutes before opening. They brought out the Yelp tablet for guests to register and we were seated as part of the first batch of customers. We made our way inside and were seated in a booth. The place was cutely decorated. Our server was Patrick and he did a great job taking care of us. He explained the different tiers, showed us how to properly grill the meats, and invited us to join their ongoing membership promotion (which we did!). We got the Gold tier so we had special meat cuts and dishes included. Most of them had an option to be served with their regular marinade or plain (no sauce). Ordering was done on a screen which included the time left for our party. A maximum of 10 items can be ordered at a time and they came in at a very good pace. This was our first time at Chubby Cattle Pleasanton and wow, be prepared for a wait! We arrived around 11:10am just to get on the waitlist, and there was already a line. By the time we reached the front, the wait was 104+ minutes. Luckily, it's walking distance to the San Francisco Premium Outlets, so we were able to pass the time there. We ended up getting seated around 1:30pm, and from that point on, the experience completely turned around. Our server, Raymond L., was AMAZING, hands down the highlight of our visit. He took the time to walk us through the menu, explained how ordering works, and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. His energy and attentiveness truly made the experience 100x better! The food itself was top tier: fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety of options. Everything we tried hit the mark, and you can really tell they put thought into both quality and selection. This place is definitely not worth a 3-4 hour wait. The food itself is decent but some of the wagyu cuts were not as good as others. The premium cuts which are limited for the more affordable price point were the best. The cooking experience is really scary - flames constantly bursted up and way above the flimsy grills they were using and given wagyu is extra fatty. Didn't feel like they had sturdy metal grills and constantly got scared of burning my hand off. Waitress was clearly understaffed and burned meat she said she was grilling for us. I wanted to see what all the hype was about, but honestly I left a little disappointed. The food is good, but I don't quite get the hype around this place. We came on a Tuesday night (Lunar New Year) and the wait was 2 hours for just 2 people, which was kind of bananas b/c I thought we'd be seated quick. nope! If you're planning to eat here, I highly recommend checking the Yelp waitlist before heading over and getting on the list early. One thing that felt deceiving was the AYCE structure. They have three different tiers. The bottom tier is your classic all-you-can-eat. The next two tiers include the classic menu plus access to premium meat options, but the premium meats themselves are not AYCE. With the middle tier you can choose 1 premium meat SERVING, and with the highest tier you can choose 2 premium meat SERVINGS. Each serving came with 2 pcs of meat. Hubby and I ended up doing the middle tier, so he picked 1 premium meat (2pc) and I picked one as well (2pc) and we shared. It was good, very good but I wanted more. Thankfully, because it was Lunar New Year, they had a promotion where you paid the member price instead of non-member so we got a bit of a discount. The meat itself was good, but I still wanted more, and if you're paying for that higher tier I personally think the premium meats should also be AYCE. On a regular day, I'd probably just stick to the classic tier. We were also seated in what felt like the worst spot in the restaurant the first bar seats right by the front door. It was raining hard that day, so every time the door opened we got blasted with cold wind and it was freezing. They really should install a curtain or something to shield the bar seats from the door. Another downside was the sauces. They only have one house sauce on the table. It was good, but I would've liked a few more options. The veggie and drink station was also kind of a disaster. The hallway is really tight, so people were crowded trying to grab veggies and drinks. this is also the route to the restroom so there was a traffic jam. They were also out of Pepsi Zero/Coke Zero (one of the zero sugar sodas), which was frustrating because the only other options were regular sugary sodas, so I ended up just drinking water. One thing I did enjoy were the two milk tea options they offer, both were delicious, and one of them was a little less sweet which I preferred. Our server was friendly though, which I appreciated. Overall, I'd probably come back but just for the regular AYCE tier, and I'd definitely request a booth next time. We came in on a weekday around 2pm while the Little One was at school and we had a coincidental random weekday off together. perfect timing because it wasn't quite lunch, not quite dinner, so there was barely any wait. Right when we walked in, we were already impressed by the decor. It had this Japanese street-corner vibe. There were wooden texture booths, lanterns, a really aesthetic appearance. One thing to note: even though the Yelp entry describes it as "Korean BBQ," it really is more of a Japanese BBQ or "yakiniku." They also had the circular grills with the metal wire grates, exactly like what you see in anime yakiniku scenes. Now for the big question that we've been pondering and finally got the answer to today was: How are they offering AYCE with A5 Wagyu and still staying in business? The Answer is: they offer a LIMITED quantity of premium Japanese A5 while the rest of the selection is AYCE. How limited? That depends on the tier you select. See below: Silver: AYCE but no Japanese A5 or premium dishes Gold: AYCE from silver + AYCE selection of additional high quality meats (mentioned below) + one premium A5 Wagyu selection per person + one premium dish (choose from uni caviar or foie gras) per person Diamond: AYCE from Gold + two premium A5 Wagyu selections per person + two premium dishes per person. And honestly, I'd strongly recommend going with at least the Gold tier. Silver excludes some of the unique cuts that steak lovers like myself are dying to try. These include A5 brisket, the Australian MS 8-9 chuck eye, and even lamb. Gold is a huge step up in value. Diamond takes it even further by giving you the extra portion of premium meats and dishes per person. I really feel like you're missing out with the silver. But that's just MHO. But even outside the premium picks, the non-A5 selections are legit. They have a ton of high-quality cuts many of which are Wagyu, including: chuck eye, skirt steak, finger meat, Iberico pork and even chicken cartilage (which I personally love and rarely see offered). As a steak nerd, I appreciated the variety of the unique "butcher cuts" most people overlook. Only thing missing? Picanha AKA sirloin cap. If they ever add it, I might just move in. Beyond the meats, the unlimited self-serve extras were marvelous for an AYCE place: - Veggie Condiments - Two types of Milk Tea (samurai + jasmine) - Slushy/icy/slurpee-type drinks - Unlimited egg tarts - soft-serve ice cream The service deserves its own paragraph. Shoutout to Josh and Brendan (and one more team member whose name I'm sadly blanking on, sorry!). They were warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the different cuts and Wagyu grades. They walked us through the menu, cooked the meats, and checked in often without hovering. Professional, personable, and truly elevating the experience. They're the kind of staff that make you want to come back. And we will, because I ended up opting in for the membership.
