Chuck E. Cheese is a staple for generations. I had my birthday there as a young child, and so did my children. Now I'm here for my little niece's birthday too. The staff works hard and is very young, which I think helps the birthday lads feel more comfortable. The best thing about this location is that it was clean and diverse in its population. The birthdays are organized and ready when your family and guests walk in the door. When you walk in the door, they stamp your hand and your child's hand so you can walk out together and deter someone from kidnapping children. The stories of pushy parents unruly children was not my experience. I'd recommend you give Chuck E. a try when planning your child's next birthday. read more

We were here for a school fundraiser last Friday. It was a fun filled evening with kids and parents enjoying their 2 hours of unlimited play! I can see it being a hit with children from ages 2 and up. All three of my kids had fun! This place is pretty big! They have lots of tables and areas for birthday parties. I really like the idea of swiping a card for unlimited play until your time runs out (it will tell you this when you swipe your card on every station). It takes the hassle of guessing how much money you have left on your card or how much points you have left. This way, when your time runs out, you're done! So, the kids can play the same games over and over. 2 hours of play is plenty of time for the kids to enjoy each station! There were a few rides for little ones to enjoy. They have a tiny merry-go-round, a boat, and even a small train that goes around the track twice. My 2 year old enjoyed the train ride! He wanted to stay on it. The pizzas were just ok. Nothing special. They were thin and not much toppings on it. They also had a salad bar. I didn't get to try their salad bar. By the looks of it when I walked by, it looked pretty appetizing and fresh. If I am ever bored and in the area and need to kill time, I would take my kids here again. read more

Manager, Nick, was terrific. Very helpful as I was trying to check balances on a bunch of old playing cards as well as purchase a new Summer of Fun Pass, gold level. The ice cream didn't work and only 1 out of 6 machines that redeem your winning tickets only worked when I went there. 3 games either didn't worked or just took my points without spitting any tickets or let me play the game. Greeted upon entry, plus you cannot enter until you get your left wrist stamped with a number and you cannot leave until they check your number. Went during a week day afternoon, but it was still busy. Can't imagine during night or weekends. Not sure how it's possible to win the bigger prizes (unless you hit jackpot on all the games), I never win more than 400 tickets. And the good prizes tends to be more than 1000 tickets or more. Pizza is greasy and delicious just how I like it. The salad bar is okay, kind of hard to reach on the back second roll because of the protection glass. My grandkids enjoy this place. Gets a little pricey. It always does with arcade games and rides. There were not too many staff supervising the arcade area. Need to be more attentive with safety. The only good thing about this place is the kind staff member at the front she welcomed us had a smile and then jumped over to a different counter after stamping us to then take our orders. The tables are black and sticky when I wiped them, all of the games are dirty and sticky, almost all of the buckles are broken except for one so my smallest couldn't ride anything without being held. The high chairs were black when wiped with a baby wipe, we came right when they opened. It's no wonder why we get sick every time we come to this location. read more

Waaaay out the far east side of EG. Huge interior with enough games and rides that no one needs waiting for a line of kids. Reasonably clean bathrooms and plenty of free refills on drinks. Now for the rating of 3 stars. Large pizza is 30$, 3 small drink cups 15$, points for redemption, worthless cuz you have to get over a 1000 points for any good prizes. No one comes around to clear or clean tables either, it's all pretty much self service and overpriced alot !!! read more

Two stars for the kind staff especially the young male server, and the two female associates who worked the evening of 8/25/22. Although it was the end of their day, they did not seem irritated nor bothered when helping my party. On the other hand, the older caucasion guy was super rude. I know we all have our bad days but he was very frustrated and had a sloppy attitude. This location is very small. I do think they need to add more games or something to make the kids wanna go back. read more

The 2 stars are for the girl who rang us up for our order. She was very pleasant and helpful. Our total was 86.00 for 1 large pizza 4 sodas and 2, 45 min play of games. I thought it also included a salad for that price. So I filled my salad plate and this old gentleman came up to me and said, "I am going to take your plate ma'am because it isn't the right plate." He was SOOOO LOUD & AGGRESSIVE! I was beyond embarrassed! As there was tons of patrons around us. So he then proceeded to take my plate and continued to glare at me through my stay. My grandkids were done playing so we cashed in their tickets and we paid additional 20.00. So for 1.5 hours we paid $106.00! Get this, this old man cleared or table with out food and drinks! I came to this location multiple times and the service here is always slow. Employees will avoid eye contact so they won't have to help you. My family and I had to wait by the door with two other parties for 5 minutes because no one was there to stamp our hands and let us in. Yes, 5 minutes may not seem long but seriously, nobody should have to wait to get through the doors of any Chuck E. Cheese. I also had to wait a good 10 minutes before someone was available to hand me an empty pizza box! I was here on a weekday afternoon and had a hard time finding a table, not because they were busy and the tables were taken but no one bothered to bust the tables. Pizza is always hit or miss. Some days they're super thin and skimpy with the toppings, and occasionally they're fully loaded and actually taste decent. They offer a pizza buffet in the afternoon but sadly there was a line and you can hear people complaining. There was no pizza at the buffet bar and they were only serving one tray at a time! Yikes! Anyway, this place is great for the kids. There are lots of games for children of all ages and also a small jungle gym. Gotta love the sketch station where you can get a cute photo with your kid! The games here makes it hard for kids to win a lot of tickets. Me and boyfriend were playing jackpot games and our tickets put together totaled to over 500 tickets. We combined our tickets w/ my boyfriend's brother and came up with 1,941 tickets. Even with over 1,000 tickets, you still can't get anything nice with that. The two kids split the tickets and got some colored hair hairbands and stickers. They also need more ticket counting machines, most of them weren't even working either. There's barely any room to walk in the game area and there's kids playing fighting..pretty annoying. Btw, you have to pay 99 cents for a bag to hold your tickets. Kind of stupid. read more

The machines which dispense quarters are not dispensing quarters for you to play and a lot of the games are not working!!! Sad to say our go to spot for chuckecheese will be avoided! They also took out the jungle gym which is understandable but the fact that the machines are so messed up makes me kind of mad! Wasted almost $30 for a 90 minute unlimited play!!! Don't come here!! Ideal place to let your kid run around for an hour. i like to buy the minutes card so my son knows he has a time limit. I don't really come to chuck e. cheese for the pizza but they do have good chicken wings. i've done two birthday party events here and find it to be easy for both parents and me the host to relax. This is the place where kids can touch, explore, play and just be kids. They do a nice job at the front entrance/exit to make sure parents go home with the right child. That i appreciate. read more

I came here for my nephews birthday party. I must say the service was horrible. The managers excuse was they booked 18 parties. Honestly that is never an excuse. My nephews party ended at 3:30 pm and he entered the ticket blaster at 3:35 pm. By that time half of the party had already left. The manager did his best to fix the problem. However 3 years ago I had a party here for two of my kids. I received this same type of service and a similar response. Something has to change with the service here. read more

Chuck E. Cheese, it really is a great place for kids. However it just seems like every time I come here there are games & machines that are out of order. Or don't give out tickets so we would have to flag down a staff member to give us our earned tickets. They went away with the token system & use cards now, which I prefer. I do like that they offer credit packages by the min/hour or by credits, so you can choose to your likings. I also like that each machine/game is only one credit. It makes it easier. A downside is the smell at times. I know it's a mix of food, kids sweating & body odor, but it really is off putting especially when you first walk in. They have added a lot of games since they first opened so that is good, but it can get really crowded during peak hours. Another down side is that I noticed a lot of tables were physically dirty & it seemed that nobody was cleaning them after customers left. read more

We always come to this location to celebrate both of our kids birthdays. Employees here are super nice & patient. We've encountered minor problems here like the back party area being too crowded, other kids from different parties coming to our section of the party, the party person handling our party forgets to give us our goodie bags, amount of play cards, tickets, & party gift. The pizza is always good. Free refills on drinks. They have the all you can play for $10 everyday. They also have the new unicorn churros which are bomb! If you are looking for a place to bring your kid/cousin/niece or nephew or just want to go to a place were a kid can be a kid, Chuck E Cheese is the place to go. I have a couple reasons to why I gave this location a 3/5. 1. When purchasing our token cards at the machine, it was not accepting our credit card to pay so we had to wait back in line 2. There were a handful of machines that wasn't working or wasn't giving out tickets. So we always had to flag down a worker to help us. 3. There were many tables that were very dirty so there wasn't anywhere for us to sit. Other than that, it was a great experience. It was a bit crowded, but I think we went on a very busy day. Omg I can't get over the smell of this place. Every time I come here it smells worse and worse. The only time I could mask the smell of "feet" was when they were making cotton candy. Even my baby siblings knew that this Chuck E Cheese was known for smelling like feet. They need to properly maintain their store - maybe having a smell go through the air vents like other stores do. My favorite part of eating here used to be taking a piece of pizza and seeing the string of cheese follow, but their pizza isn't like that anymore. Have been here twice so far, first time was for my daughter's 4th birthday. It was ok nothing much, I shoes up early to set up her tables and balloons and stuff. Not a fan of how much time they put between activities while doing the birthday celebrations. Was hard to keep my daughter entertained and at the table with all the action happening at the games and playground. Food is too costly for the quality you receive. Thin cheap pizza, fries were undercooked. Some games are always down when you go here. What a classic! I remember going to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid and I love watching my son enjoy it now! The biggest difference from when I was a kid and now is that they have unlimited play! You basically pay for the amount of time your child wants to play and during that time it is unlimited, sweet deal! The pizza is yummy and I can never go without getting a salad from the salad bar!
