Eggs, bacon, croutons, pepperoncis, amazing dressings. Oh! They have BEER. Options are Coors light, Dos Equis, and Blue Moon. I chose a Dos Equis because..race car. Ok. Jokes aside. Have been here twice so far, first time was for my daughter's 4th birthday. It was ok nothing much, I shoes up early to set up her tables and balloons and stuff. Not a fan of how much time they put between activities while doing the birthday celebrations. Was hard to keep my daughter entertained and at the table with all the action happening at the games and playground. Food is too costly for the quality you receive. Thin cheap pizza, fries were undercooked. Some games are always down when you go here. What a classic! I remember going to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid and I love watching my son enjoy it now! The biggest difference from when I was a kid and now is that they have unlimited play! You basically pay for the amount of time your child wants to play and during that time it is unlimited, sweet deal! The pizza is yummy and I can never go without getting a salad from the salad bar! Smaller then other locations we have been too. Overall it was a decent experience. Used a 16.99 medium one topping coupon with 2 drinks.. with my two year and one year old. Wish the girl told me I could have done the lunch buffet for. 8.99 and the kids would eat free since they were under 3.. I guess I should have done my homework first. Also Chuck E was not friendly. Wednesday at noon there was only about 10 kids. So why when one family with 3 kids are taking a picture and all the other kids are waiting he walks away from them and literally had grown folks and kids chasing him around. He wouldn't stop. Upon stepping through the doors, there is a pungent musty smell of a mix of body odor and sweaty feet. So disgusting. They need to air out this place, wash the carpets, and put some air neutralizers here. I am afraid to even eat anything that comes from this kitchen. Kaitlyn ( our birthday party host) was a freaking rock star!! She made our lives so much easier! She handled herself in a super professional manner! I see management opportunities in her future! She was so good with all of the kids, kept to a timed schedule! Without her, this was easily a 3 star experience! So remember to request Kaitlyn to be your party host and tip her if she does an amazing job for you! We had 11 kids at our party, however we originally reserved 15 spots. They allowed us to reduce our reservations by four guests on the day of the event, so we didn't have to pay for guests that didn't show up! We spent about $160. That included our party host, 3 medium pizzas for the kids, $10 (I think) in tokens for each kid, unlimited soda, a cape and glasses for the birthday boy! I was also able to reserve 40 seats for my guests! When it was time to open presents, our host Kaitlyn offered to write down every present that was opened and who it was from! This place is okay. It's best to come durning the weekdays so it's not so busy! If you come on the weekend be ready for angry adults and kids begging strangers for money. I've had a few kids come up to my kids and ask for coins. But it is a great place for your kids. Just make sure that they take full showers once they are home lol. I brought my Niece and Nephew here on a weekday and of course to no surprise it was not busy at all. I'm it wasn't busy because then it would be easier to watch the kids and theres no wait to any of the games. I of course had to order their pizza because I think it is absolutely delicious. You might think I may have very low standards for my Pizza but I do enjoy every slice of it! The important of part is that the kids really enjoyed their day at Chuck E Cheese's. They won so many tickets on the games they played. They both were able to pick out a few gifts when redeeming their tickets. In the past I have heard mixed reviews about Chuck E Cheese, so I was skeptical about having a party here. I'm definitely glad that I decided to have my party here. Our host Karie-Anne was amazing! I think that she sensed that I was a little frazzled (and a Chuck E Cheese first-timer), so she did a great job of making suggestions that would keep all of the kids happy and under control. Due to the routine functions of their jobs, usually the staff at these kind of places operate at a bare minimum level. However, Carrie-Ann had strong interpersonal skills (and lots of patience) and literally did whatever she could to ensure that my son had a great birthday celebration. I had a great time, my son's colleagues had a great time, and most important...he had a great time! For those that complain that there are children running around, please realize that you're in an environment that is catered towards providing fun for children. Seriously HORRIBLE experience from start to finish!!! We've taken our special needs sons to Chuck E. Cheese for every birthday for over 10 years, even at 13 &15 they look forward to it like Christmas. When one was hospitalized our old local branch sent Chuck E. to the hospital to cheer him up, no charge and brought gifts. They were amazing!!! We moved here last year and last week we took them for our 13 year old sons birthday. At arrival I asked when we got there when Chuck E. would be coming out, they gave us a time. We counted down with our son and waited over an hour playing games, a half hour longer than they said. He never showed, my son was devastated to say the least. I asked the manager after an hour when he was coming out. The reply, 'It's too late, but be comes out every half hour." I replied we'd been there over an hour waiting. The crappy response, "We'll we're closing soon so nothing I can do about it." They turned their back on me and walked away. My son sobbed asking why Chuck E. doesn't love him anymore? Am I too big? Is Chuck E. mad at me? He literally cried himself to sleep in my arms that night here was so inconsolable. The bathrooms were filthy, vomit plugging up a sink and all over a stall, two other stalls too dirty to use. There was no cashier available when we got their, when one finally came out she went to a different register and said nothing. I understand registered are probably assigned, but she could have said, I can help you over here. Cashing in our tickets for toys they acted like they were totally put out helping my two special needs boys who take longer, as if they can help it. Mind you we waited till all other kids were helped because we know they take longer, but they can't help it. She didn't understand them so I would repeat their request and she actually rolled her eyes when one changed their mind and again when one asked for their favorite color. Heartless much? Our friends that went with us were royally pissed, but if the manager behaved that way what good would it have done to complain? I was just heart broken for my baby and on his birthday. read more

I have my younger brother I can take here to enjoy the games and fun slides that I couldn't when I was younger. Been here a few times and even as an adult I enjoyed it every time I come here with my nieces and nephew. I enjoyed it as much as they do. Its great that every machine is only one token, even the photo sketch booth. This place is fairly new so its clean even the bathroom was clean when I was there. Imagine a kids place being clean. Almost impossible right. The food here isn't bad and they definitely improved their pizza. It's actually good, doesn't taste like cardboard box. Not that I've tried cardboard box but that's what folks used to refer it as. It is 100% better. It's wonderful how they stamp your hand and your kids hand with matching numbers so when you leave they check for both child and parents stamps to see if they match. So its a safe place for kids. I haven't found anything negative to say about this place. If you have never taken your child to this place I say give it a try. You'll see how much fun it is. read more

By far THE WORST location Iv EVER BEEN TOO!!! I will never recommend or bring my family back to this nasty place. The manger witch is a male tried his every chance to get over on us! He tried to tell us all chucks cheese are out of mostly all food items . Not knowing we cost the Citrus Heights location AND the Arden location atleast TWCIE a week with our kids! We paid for a 100$ chucks cheese trip that ended up to be the worst one yet half the games diddent give anny tickets. Meaning we are playing our money and getting nothing in return. And when you do tell the manger he just says , "don't play that game annymore I'm turning it off" no remorse diddent even try to replace my 100s of tickets it showed on my screen I won! I like to spend my days off with my son & with the Sacramento summer weather it's a little tuff to do outdoor activities with this heat. Chuck E Cheese is a great spot to have some family fun. I was really happy this location opened up because the other locations in Sacramento I wasn't very fond of. Unlike the other locations in Sacramento, this location is so much cleaner and all the game machines work. Chuck E Cheese is very affordable so it tends to attract "ghetto" consumers but every time I've been here it has a good, respectful crowd. When my son and I come here, we always order pizza and it's pretty good for how cheap it is. They also offer wings, bread sticks, salads and sandwiches but I haven't tried it. Always an easy choice when you want to be able to both feed and entertain your favorite little one. I have a 5 year old little boy and he loves CEC, like most do. This particular visit wasn't anything special to write home about, but when is a trip to Chuck E Cheese anything to write about at all. Idk but I am doing It. To start, the service is what It is. They get the food to you ASAP but then never came back to check to see if everything was doing well, which they do when you are hosting a party there. And if a game is not paying out tickets they come to the rescue of assuring your tickets are properly dispensed quite fast. But that brings up a very important point and sore spot of CEC. The tickets dispensed by the games are very minimal. A child could have played a game very well and receive 3 tickets. Heck, I could have played a game very well and ONLY if I complete the game will I actually get a good payout, otherwise I end up with 3 measly tickets. This I don't think is very fair. It's quite ridiculous, because no matter how many games the children play and how many tickets they get, they still don't have enough to get decent prizes. I honestly feel like I could get better prizes for my son from the Dollar Tree with the same amount if not less money ! But on the bright side.... The pizza is always pretty darn good for a children's entertainment place. I can't complain. It's better than some other pizza places, not to be mentioned. But the kids enjoyed It and so did us parents. So mission accomplished. Long story short.... good fun, good food, but the payout isn't something that I deem fair. But who am I to judge? read more

I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese since tokens, and I was very disappointed with this visit. I took my kids here for a birthday party, and was underwhelmed. Many of the machines weren't working correctly. The ones that were were out of tickets. It is very hard to tell if the machines read your card as many of them had a significant processing delay. update: I spoke to Nick, the GENERAL Manager. He was unprofessional and rude. I explained to him what had happened during my visit there and he pretty much told me he'd take care of it and that he had already spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with him and couldn't spend anymore time with me as he had 7 parties to handle and he was the only manager there. He also said, "you're going to call Corporate, right, so just call Corporate". 1. I've had a couple parties at Chuck E. Cheese and been to several as well. Not once have I seen the Manager come out to host, entertain at the parties. 2. When I called, Clarissa answered the phone. Who supposedly is one of the Managers. Which would mean that he wasn't the only manager there. Which means he clearly LIED!!! The Managers at this location are very unprofessional and rude!!!! If these are the type of people Chuck E. Cheese has running their establishment, I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'm not wasting my time or money at a place that doesn't know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend everyone pass and take your kids somewhere else, might be a bit of a drive for some but I've NEVER been treated this was at John's Incredible Pizza or Dave and Buster's!!!! As for Corporate, I still haven't heard back from them. I left a message for the CEO and will be calling again if I still don't hear back. Managers who nearly knock kids over and respond to parents with "they should've moved" like Clarissa did should NOT be a manager especially at a children's establishment. read more

My cousin's son had his fourth birthday party. We started off being there early and there was no birthday boy. SO to keep ourselves busy, we made use with taking selfies with these cardboard hero or princess....you put your head through the card board. We had a blast. Then we ate tons of different kinds of pizzas and appetizers. They were great! Tasted good. The birthday area was very clean. The other sitting dining booths....I saw a few that were left uncleaned. Who knows....they may be a busy Chuck E Cheeses. I enjoyed myself eating and singing happy birthday. The Chuck E Cheeses mascot came out cute too too. Overall, they did a great job with my daughter's birthday. Their parties run like well oiled machines with attentive and polite hostesses. Their pizza was surprisingly tasty. The facilities were clean and all of the games worked. I do have two complaints (I've removed one star for these): - The line to get in was super long and our party did not start on time because of the extremely long wait to get in. John's Incredible pizza has a separate birthday entrance and so should Chuck E. Cheese. - When we arrived, one of the employees let it slip to me that there was no party after ours. But 15 mins before our party was to end, the hostesses began pressuring our guests to leave the table! I told them we still had time left... they told us that it was to get set up for another party after ours. I told her that I knew there wasn't one and she said it must have been a last minute booking! Seriously little girl? This was insulting to my intelligence... I knew the truth. After our party, we stuck around for a while and guess what... NO PARTY was behind us (no parties anywhere). I even took pictures of the entire party area to demonstrate that they lied ! The manager was nice about the situation and offered us a gesture of goodwill... but I'd much rather see these things fixed so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

No more tokens!! You now load money onto a play pass card and give the cards to the kids. They tap the cards on a game a start playing. This is bad on so many levels. 1. Younger kids don't know how to use the machines to find their balance. 2. Kids and adults have no idea how much the games cost. 3. If a child loses his/her card then there goes ALL their money. 4. Most young kids need something (like a coin) to use that is tangible. They learn to understand the value of a token. They learn to understand that when the tokens are gone, then playtime is over. The idea of money on a card is an idea that's too complex for them to understand. I believe that this is a way for Chuck E. Cheese to boost profits and take advantage of children. Super Clean!!! I love that its new! The games and stations are more spaced out compared to the one in Arden. The staff is amazing, they are courteous, friendly, and twice, I was told to "have a magical time" makes you feel like you're at Disneyland!!!!! The pizza was great as always, and the salad bar was fresh. At one point, Chuck and a staff member gathered all the children for a short parade then did the shuffle dance which is really cute, because it included all the children, then after the dance they threw up a bunch of tickets so the children can gather up!! It was fun to watch! I would definitely suggest to go on a weekday to avoid the mass crowd, its so pleasant to enjoy time with just your kids and a few other families. read more

We had a party that we reserved. The employees who help at each table are great. Takes the stress off our shoulders. They light the candles, bring the kids together to sing and dance , help slice and serve the cake, help with the piñata, and all that jazz. You get some free tickets for the birthday kid, free cool sippy cup and play cards for all the kids including food with the whole package. It's a pretty good deal. I had used a different Chuck e cheese in the past, with wonderful results...Anyways, the party turned out spectacular! Our hostess was named Danica and she was awesome! I didn't have to do anything except relax. Danica took care of everything. She was super nice, friendly, very helpful. All my guest were very pleased also. Came here yesterday for my daughter's school fundraiser. We only purchase the tokens since we weren't hungry. With a coupon that you can get from their site, it's $20 for 100 tokens making it $0.20 each. This location is pretty big. The games are decent and it entertains the kids. As often as I come here, I still believe the food are pretty overpriced. I mean you can get a deal for 1 medium pizza w/ one topping, 4 soft drinks, and 45 tokens for $29.99 but that's w/ the coupon. Still pricy. Suggest you eat before you come here. But then again, it's for the kiddos. We never go here on the weekends because it become packed w/ bay bay kids running around. Parents who don't watch their kids. Running like stray dogs. I do prefer this location over Arden since it's closer to home & feels less ghetto. But what's worst is, the adults who hogs the games. Avoid this place by all means. Sadly I say this not because of the place itself but because of the people who come here. Yes there are a few games out of order but that should be expected with the numerous amount of people there. The workers are nice ( props to them ) I've been here twice and both times I wanted to just shoot myself. Both times being there, there were MULTIPLE kids running around taking other children's tokens, tickets, and taking over other children's games. One of our favorite family go to places, especially in this heat. Hours of fun even for the adults. My only complaint is that it gets WAY to over crowded in the weekends with birthday parties. I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in about 6 years, but held a birthday party there recently. The pizza is actually better than I remember. It's not as cardboard like anymore and the crust is not too thick or thin. The whole process of planning a party was quite easy. I was able to do it all online and the deposit was only $50. It was all very easy. All we did was show up and everything else was in place. It is a little chaotic with so many parties going on at the same time in the bay of banquet sized tables. The birthday song was communal for every party in the 1 hour time block. That took some waiting around. Otherwise the kids loved the venue and had a lot of fun. read more
