This place has definitely changed over the last few years. I enjoyed spending time with my nephew. We are both gamers and with their coupon, we got unlimited games for 60 mins for only $20. We spend a ton of time playing skeet ball and of course, Halo! When we entered, the employees were kind and gave us a stamp on our arm. We ordered the #2 combo which was very very yummy. A little expensive, but yummy and fresh made. The cheese bread was one of my favorites. We also noticed they updated the corner to add a jump area, lots of new music and a few new characters too. At the end of the day we ended up playing Halo instead of going for tickets but we had a blast. read more

Tonight I had the pleasure of dealing with Aliyana. Her customer service was on point. She took care of us telling us off the offers of the monthly deals and we ended up getting the silver membership. For $11.99 per month it may be the best deal in town. 100 games DAILY are included. We may only go 2-3 times a month but at that price our 3 year old had the time of his life. Everything was well kept, I think I noticed only one game being down in the entire establishment. I didn't try any food on this visit, but was very impressed with the atmosphere and how well tailored the games were for younger kids. Compared to David n busters this place blew it out of the water (for this age group). They had games that tell made and easy to play for a 3 year old. read more

We were the 1st ones in the door @11am. We were greeted with asmell of mold. While we were ordering, a gentlemen who we assumed was the manager came up interrupting asking where an another employee was & when she was supposed to be there. After he walked away, I asked about other menu items besides pizza & employee pointed to board behind her not knowing it was not on. Went to the restroom. It smelled good, but the pictures show what greeted me in the stall. I immediately left the restroom, looking for an employee to remedy the problem having to wait about 10 minutes until our pizza came out. I had to talk to the employee there through the small slit window, telling her the problem in the bathroom little while later a man came out of the bathroom telling the other employee that the bathroom looked good she looked at my husband and said I will check it myself. After about 30 minutes, I went back to use the restroom and that's when I took a picture of the toilet that had not been cleaned. Our children enjoyed the rides & games. We were unaware that we had to pay $12 per kid to participate in a trampoline & activity set. It had been a long time since I had been to Chuck E. I use to take my grown children to CC in Calif and now I'm taking my grandson. The concept is still the same and it is still unique. Each location varies on the presentation of the characters. It still makes kids happy so that works for me. They have lotsa games and some take pictures for taking home to remember your visit with loved ones which I love that! I might just consider working here in my later years as I love costumes and kids. LoL The food is hit n miss but they have a Buffett during the week for $6.99. Can't buy a salad for that anymore! Average Chuck E. Cheese inside, same as most. Some don't enjoy their pizza but I personally really like it. I've had cotton candy here before which I love but this last visit they had none which was disappointing. Cons of this specific location are soda machine area is usually messy and sticky, salad bar is not maintained full and clean, bathrooms smell of urine, and it's right next door to a type of hotel/motel you should never stay at and usually has a few loiters around (we've never had a problem with them though). Overall we still go cause it's the only one around this area and it does the job in making kids happy. read more

Avoid going. This establishment appears to be run only by teenagers who have zero manners or the ability to understand proper customer service, thus, resulting in absolute chaos. Exceptionally long lines with absolutely no guidance as to what each line is for. No signs, no friendly employee face, no one willing to help. But I'll begin with: The women's bathroom had all clogged and filthy toilets except the handicapped stall. However, the handicapped stall did not lock or have toilet paper. After waiting several minutes for an employee to give my son his choice of prizes in exchange for tickets, the employee told my five year old son, "No." when picking out a toy even though he had 19 tickets to spare. When leaving, there was no employee at the door to check the numbers on our hands. My family and I had to wait for someone which I find absurd! They use and change the numbers for each family for a reason. Have been going here for over 20 years and today was unfortunately the last. Very disappointed, but I will be doing further research into this particular Chuck E. Cheese to find out why they cannot accommodate even a small family of 3. read more

I scheduled a birthday party for my daughter's 7 birthday. The host was very nice and accommodating. The place is very outdated. We ate most of the pizza and realized there was a huge ant on the pizza....that is disgusting!!! Where there is one ant there is a lot more or at least a trail that follows. So who knows how many ants we ate. I felt pretty sick after realizing it because i ate 2 slices!!! The "manager" refunded us our money and we didn't have to pay for anything. Everything here us so disorganized and I swear all the tables had a "Reserved" sign, luckily a waitress let us use one of the tables. This red head chick named Janet was so rude in how she was taking our order and offered no help to ny friend ordering. Her customer service messed up my first impression already. My son enjoys this place but how many two-year-olds wouldn't. We've been here on several occasions just for the little guy to play some games and once for a birthday. It's relatively inexpensive if you are just sticking to the games. They also converted to cards so tokens are now a thing of the past. Sodas beers and Pizza is pretty expensive here I don't even think the pizza is that good. Best part about Chuck E Cheese (and why I don't mind accompanying my nieces) is the salad bar. The veggie selection is phenomenal, always fresh as if they were just picked from the garden. Good selection of dressings too. Restaurant salad bars could learn a thing or two. We always seem to go to Chuck E. Cheese on the days when it really isn't too crowded. There's still a fair bit of people, but it hasn't been too bad. One thing that has been irksome is the amount of times that some of the games just decide to stop working. Well to start off this place has out done themselves. Only way to describe the smell upon entering -- the opposite of piss. When I walked in I felt like I was in a meadow. I went to bathroom and it was the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen and I've been to the Ritz Carlton. I went to Chuck E Cheese's for the first time in years this past Saturday for my nieces birthday party. At first, I was dreading going but once we got there I actually became impressed. Upon arriving I noticed that the place was very clean and seemed to be really organized. The party coordinator that was in charge of our table was great! She really did a great job and helped my sister out a lot. She was also very nice. The party itself was very organized and all of the little ones had a great time. I ordered the BBQ boneless wings and they were pretty good. Yes, they were pricey, but good. I only have a couple of complaints. 1. A lot of the games and kiddie rides had an "out of order" sign on them or wouldn't work when you put in a token. For a place that stays busy with kids, I would think that they would want to make more of an effort to make sure that all games and rides are working properly. 2. One of the girls that was working the food ordering cashier and the prize area seemed to not know what she was doing and seemed annoyed to be there. When I went to order my food, she was very impatient with me as I was trying to decide what to order. Also, when we went to cash out our ticket receipt for prizes, she took forever to get prizes out and give them to the kids. Other than those two slight issues, our party had a pretty good time. I definitely had a way better experience then I thought I would have. My niece loved it and all the kids had a great time too! We had my daughter's birthday party here and reserved the VIP party package that allows only our party access to the arcade for two hours before normal hours start. Upon our arrival, the parking lot had lots of trash strewn about. The evening crew, nor the morning crew, bothered to clean the trash from parking lot. After walking around the arcade for about 20 minutes, I found old plates with pizza still on it, old cups and plastic utensils and napkins... it looked like nobody bothered to check the arcade before closing the previous night. We even had to turn on half the games ourselves... My other grievance is that the manager informed me that the play cards I did not use today could be used another day and my two hours of unlimited games would begin with the first swipe of the card. I had 3 play cards left over and when I went a week later, none of the cards worked. Asked an employee and he informed me that the cards deactivated at 2am the day after the party. ???????? He offered to give me 30 points but seriously.... that's like pointless! My positive notes are that the party host named Cafe was really great and attentive. Their pizza has always been great, I'd actually rather eat it than Pizza Hut or Dominoes. But was disappointed in their cleanliness and certainly their misinformation about play cards. I'll go back to eat and play but will look at different locations if having another VIP party. read more

We had a great birthday party here for our daughter's 6th birthday. This location is clean, all the games were in working order and had no issues, bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The girl in charge of our party was excellent, she was high energy and took care of everything for us. Chuck E. could have been a little more energetic, but the kids still had a blast. Food came out on schedule and was just fine. The party planner I originally spoke to before booking the party was super helpful and gave great suggestions (like printing coupons for the grown ups pizzas). She also suggested a morning birthday because they are less crowded - another great suggestion, she was totally right. It was busy when we left and we had to wait a good bit for an employee to come over and check our invisible numbers, but that was really the only issue we had. A great experience and great value. I had a terrible experience taking my son here for the first time. It was a Sunday afternoon so I expected it to be packed. But... it was bad. Kids running around and NO F ING PARENTS WATCHING THEM. WHY DO PARENTS THINK THAT BC THEIR ARMS ARE STAMPED, ITS A DAYCARE!?!? Noooooooo. You have to watch y'all kids!!!! Literally this kid who couln't have been more than 3 cimbed up on top of the basketball game next to us and proceeded to walk over and step on top of our game that we were playing, step right in front of us and start shooting basketballs. What do you even do in that situation? We just walked away. I know the kid was just a kid but a staff member saw him and proceeded do walk away PRETENDING like he was working. Later the same kid stepped in front of my sons skiball game after we swiped our card and started rolling our balls.... bad experience with games... it was also dirty and gross. So NAH. Hard pass. Last minute we decided to have a small birthday party for our daughter while we are here in JAX. It was close to base and we got there around 6:30pm. it was a bit busy but quickly died down after 7:30pm We ordered our food and food came within 20-25 minutes. This place was a nightmare way over booked and very crowded. I did go on a Saturday though so that is to be expected I guess I just didn't remember it being at that level. I did not allow the kids in the skytubes due to the number of kids already in there/horror stories of lice. The pizza was very good on the other hand and came out quite quickly to boot. The salad bar was also quite good and tasted very fresh. Used coupon print out from there site and the trip was affordable. A noticeable amount of games were either out of order, being worked on, or just just eating tokens. Of course with the amount of people there was lines for just about every game and there was quite a few adults that were playing like they were in a casino. All in all it was a decent time, I wouldn't suggest taking children younger than four or so unless it was on a less crowded day. I would return and definitely get the pizza and salad bar only if I was able to do so during the week, which would hopefully be less crowded. read more
