Great birthday experience for our 4-yr old goddaughter! I wasn't sure that she would enjoy meeting and interacting with the life-size mouse, but surprisingly she loved it! This Chuck E Cheese is the crème de la crème of Chuck E Cheese locations. It's clean, nice games, and there's space!! You don't have to worry about bumping into people. (Granted, we went on a Monday at 11AM.. so take that for what it's worth) I'm a Silver Fun Pass holder, and we go practically every day to a Chuck E Cheese, and if we lived closer, I would go here. The bathrooms are clean and the entire facility is impeccable. The skeeball machines have a new look and feel. AWESOME. We drive well out of our way from Orlando to enjoy this newer less crowded one though we're not liking the new token free system. Tokens were part of the fun Damn it. Next thing, they'll nix the tickets. Until recently, all the games were a token, but with the new system, most are one but some are two points. Best value is 100 tokens/points for $20.00 using their online coupon. There's craft draft beer if you want to overmedicalize yourself, pizza and salad bar too. The coins were better, you could dole them out however and let the kids play. You could even play. Now you almost have to follow them around to mind the card, making sure they don't lose it, making sure it works. Definitely less autonomy. Less sharing too. We normally blow through 100 tokens/points and buy more as needed. This last time, even with the price hikes, we came home with a sizable credit. Lots of glitches. Some games didn't work. Some wouldn't let us continue. They're over collecting sales tax. Using the kiosk, I was forced to pay $2.00 in sales taxes on a $20.00 sale - that's more than the legal amount. It's a smaller location, but well run and staffed. All the games worked well enough. Uses a credit card with RFID built in, so no lugging around a pocketful of jingly coins like some kind of old-timey grandpa. We had been contemplating going to at a Chuck E Cheese every since our son had been old enough to "enjoy" visiting. So since we were in the area with nothing to do, we decided to stop in for a few hours to let him play. I had a coupon for 100 points for $20 (you can find coupons on their website.) Honestly, it wasn't really worth it for the price. We had earned 600 tickets with the $20 worth of gameplay, and our son wasn't able to get anything but a few pieces of candy from the ticket shop. I remember Chuck E. Cheese having a large soft play area when I was younger, (so I don't know if it's this specific location or not,) but they do not have the soft play here. That was the main disappointing thing for us with our visit. There weren't a lot of places to sit down to eat either, but the food was pretty good, and the staff were all sweet and down to earth. They still stamp you and your child's hands when you come in, to make sure you don't get separated. I love that safety measure. Just a heads up... We went to this Chuck E. Cheese's today, having usually gone to the one in Altamonte. It's a longer drive to Altamonte and it's usually overcrowded. It was not crowded today (weekday/school day), and there were only a few staff members, but they made it work. Marquetta greeted us so warmly, was helpful, and so nice with the kids. She even found us a coupon to help us out! She was doing so much but found a way to still be fun and friendly. She was also watchful of the front door and not letting kids out without parents, which we totally appreciate. There were two young men working also, I didn't get their names but they were both very helpful and friendly. The place is so clean and the kids had a ton of fun with the games. There was a good assortment of games for different interests, but it is mainly for the younger kids. We aren't likely to go all the way to Altamonte again, we have a new favorite Chuck E. Cheese! Please give kudos to Marquetta for having such a good work ethic while being fun, friendly, and customer service oriented. read more

I reserved a birthday party online for 10 kids, when I got there the table was only set up for four kids. Then the party person that was assisting us got confused taking drink orders for the children and I had to get all the drinks myself. My grandmother and other guests of our party ordered additional food on top of what I had ordered and it took over 45 minutes to get it, by then the party was practically over. On my confirmation it said the party was from 1:30 to 4 but we were kicked out of our table at 3:15 because there was another party scheduled for 4. Then as I was leaving my balance due was $50 more than it should have been and that was due to them charging me an additional $3 for pepperoni on each Pizza we had ordered and we were charged for each adult drink which no one told me was going to happen which added another $30 to my bill. And then on top of orders being wrong, delayed, and being rushed by a party hostess there was a boy (not part of our group) that threw up all over the floor in front of the drink fountain and it took them over an hour to finally get that cleaned up it was disgusting. I'm just very disappointed in the service - the party hostess who seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and the delay that it took to clean up the vomit!
