We stopped here for my daughter's birthday. The kids always have so much fun at Chuck E. Cheese. It's such a vibe for the children, but I will say I was very disappointed because our pizza took forever. Apparently their buzzer wasn't working that day and we ate cold pizza. My kids didn't mind it of course! Me as an adult, I do because we're paying for the service and they should make sure that everything's working correctly. I will say there was a lot of young people working that day and they did an amazing job. I think that they were short staffed. I would highly recommend that they make sure that they deliver the pizzas to the tables.

It is a nice place to hold a birthday party and they provide the food and cleanup! This particular one had a climbing play area with fun slides. They had lots of games. The best part was the girl, Aylin, who was our hostess and she was on top of everything! Brought pizza after pizza and even did little touches like put a sticker to distinguish the Diet Coke ( adults) vs kid's sodas. Pizza was actually pretty good. We had meatballs with spinach, supreme with a mix, cheese and pepperoni. It went quickly and we ordered more even. The wings were a bit pricy but these were also good with the celery and ranch too. Overall, the kids loved it and enjoyed the party and Aylin made sure it was smooth sailing- THANK YOU for working so hard( we had a big party!)! I really liked the play area more than the games- think better for younger kids! Only con, bathroom needed paper towels and some people made a mess in the bathroom( there is always someone!) which is not Chuck E Cheese's fault, but have to keep on top of that with frequent checks I guess bc it was nice when I first went and someone made it dirty by the time I was leaving. One thing I would like to add is there is no tip line on the receipt or with the packaging which is refreshing to see since we usually are tipped for the stupidest things often! BUT in this case, Aylin and the staff work very hard running around, so we left 100.00 tip in cash (to assure she gets it bc she really deserved it!). So even though they don't ask for tip(and she was surprised and gracious saying we didn't have to), please do tip them fairly these young staff who are running around trying to make it a great birthday for your little ones!

Many moons ago I did laser tag in SF and I think it was called Qzar and I remember when I got shot at, the orange vest would vibrate and it was like being electrocuted. My point is - as long as you are doing something extremely simple: don't need to engage in any communication or coordination with the Golfland staff (and their HQ's people), it is not a bad place to spend an afternoon with kiddos.

There are Emporium guests who are curious about foosball. They are the ones who come for a…read morefriendly challenge or to ask how the heck I make my shot. However, on Thursday nights, some people participate in local, regional, and international tournaments. They are way better than me and can give a better show. Very basic rules of foosball: Foosball is a fast-paced tabletop game where players use rotating rods to maneuver figures and kick a ball into the opponent's goal. The primary objective is to score a set number of points--typically 5, 9, or 10 goals per game--before the other team does. [1, 2] Core Game Structure: * Setup: A coin toss determines who gets the first serve or choice of table side. * Scoring: The first player or team to reach the agreed-upon score wins the game. Matches are typically decided by a best-of-three or best-of-five game series. * Serving: The ball is placed on the field at the center. The server asks if the opponent is ready, and the ball must be touched by at least two different figures before it can be advanced or shot into a goal. * After a Goal: The team that just conceded the goal gets to serve the next ball. [6] Essential Rules of Play * No Spinning: A spin is an illegal move where the rod completes a full 360-degree rotation without touching the ball. Any goal scored directly off a spin does not count. * No Jarring: Jarring occurs when you slam the rods against the table walls to jar the ball loose or distract your opponent. Aggressive table shaking or banging is forbidden. * Dead Balls: If a ball comes to a complete stop in the middle of the table where neither team can reach it, it is a dead ball. The ball is then given to the player or team who originally served the kickoff. * Time Limits: To keep the game moving, strict time limits are enforced for ball possession. Players typically have 10 seconds to advance the ball from the midfield (5-man rod) and 15 seconds when the ball is on other rods. [5] AI responses may include mistakes. Being a long time customer, I would like to give the management at The Emporium a chance to respond…read moreto the false advertising that happened recently at their venue in San Francisco on 6/13/26. I tried to avoid writing this review by contacting the venue directly but have yet to see a response, so here we are. They had multiple pages on their website saying they are showing all the World Cup games for free, including the game I attended on June 13th. None of the pages I saw mentioned a cover charge for this game. (See the attached screenshots). Also, they had posted similar ads on their social media accounts saying that they are showing the games for free. So after waiting 20 minutes in line for the Brazil vs. Morocco game with no prior warning I was informed there's a $25 dollar entry fee at the door. The game had already started due to the extremely slow door management even though I showed up ten minutes early to get in on time. I just payed the cover because I didn't want to miss any more of the best match for the group stage, and didn't know where else I could go nearby. Once inside the promoter showed the game on a low definition satellite stream that was choppy throughout, and kept cutting out completely, missing parts of the game. On top of all that the promoter was charging $20 for feijoada, which basically is rice, beans, and some meat on top. This seemed draconian considering the ridiculously high price of entry for a game viewing that other venues all over the city showed for free. I would like to know how this obvious disconnect between your advertising and what the promoter actually charged/offered will be addressed to your loyal customers?

We did the party package where you had play time in the playground, then time in party room, then arcade. We chose last time slot on a Saturday I think. Since the play time is timed I'd recommend warning all your guests about it and have them arrive early. We sent all the parents a schedule and heads up so things could run super smooth and the kids could enjoy every minute of play time. Parking is very limited since it's a super small lot and there's a party ahead of you too. The host family has a reserved parking spot out front but our guests definitely need to just find street parking, they came early and seemed to find parking fine. Staff will collect bday gifts in a cart which is super helpful. The indoor play structure is super big and spacious and has a toddler area too. A big kids track with basketball like area with soft balls is right next to play area and had some areas for adults to sit. Adults can chill upstairs in the lounge area too. Play area is gated. You have option to have staff lead the kids in a series of games at the track area which is great way to get the entire party together at end of play time which my daughter loved. Afterwards the kids line up n wash hands n everyone is led upstairs to the party room. The party room is like jungle safari theme decorated painted on the walls. Space is a bit tight/cramped but good air flow and fine. Staff will walk around serving the kids food which is great. Everyone can eat and enjoy without the adults spending time to serve and feed the kids. Afterwards we went down to arcade room and played and you get tickets and redeem for prize. Everyone was able to walk away with a prize which is perfect. Only downside is it gets hot. "Arcade area definitely needs a remodel with AC or at minimum very good fans. I would suggest the owners to highly consider this as it's a bit run down looking compared to the rest of the facility". But even if a remodel is not done, the arcade area is good as is. Maybe buying a few portable fans to hand out to the few guests who might overheat is good enough. Guests had so much fun !! and we got a lot compliments how well run everything was !! They have a food vendor which was perfect too. We plan to have our daughter's 7th bday here again this year as we can't find a better venue that can be so spacious and run so well. Definitely 5 stars. At end of the night, the staff loaded our car with gifts, leftover food. For us, the less work the better so we can actually enjoy the party while hosting. Thank you so much to all the staff and for leading that game time too.
