We came to this location to see if it was the same as years ago when we went to a different location, and it was a little better than before. They had a basic salad bar, and we went in between lunch and dinner so I wasn't sure if there was going to be many fresh pizza choices to choose from. And we were pleasantly surprised that whatever pizzas they were low on they came through by the next time we went up and they were fresh and filled, even all 3 of the stuffed cheese crust pizzas. I would go back again, i think they don't use much sauce but it is nice that they have alfredo sauce to use, or marinara or ranch if you like your pizza little more moist. Plus, how can you not beat $5.99??? It helps your wallet and gets you full in a crunch. read more

I enjoy the taste of CiCis pizza. They have a chewy dough that makes you want to take another bite. They have friendly staff that allows everyone to feel welcomed. Ingredients are fresh and the buffet line is constantly being cleaned. The salad bar is amazing and worth being added Into the price. You can request any pizza you would like at no charge. I love this Cicis. It has the best service and it's the cleanest one I've ever been to! The owner is SO nice. I left my wallet there on accident and he went through a lot to somehow contact me to get me my wallet back! When I went to pick it up, he even offered me A FREE DRINK?!? WHUT! That's what I call amazing customer service. Besides the amazing service, there's always enough of each pizza out on the buffet so you don't have to wait for it. This is now our "family night go-to" spot. This location gives me a "hometown feel" with EXCELLENT customer service, great food, and a clean and inviting atmosphere. My daughter has food allergies so we are extremely picky about where we go due to cleanliness and cross contamination; everyone here made sure the place was as clean as possible. My favorite service rep tonight is Michael Sandoval! I watched as he trained the employees in red, he was very welcoming when we came in and made sure to greet everyone exiting the building. Alright so when it comes to buffet chain places I sometimes expect the worse! However this time around they made me think way different! I've been to several Cici's around the DFW and never have I came across a place that is clean, great service and fresh food around the clock! The manager was in the front as we came in greeted us and asked us if we need anything let him know! I go down the buffet line expecting to grab old cold pizza and to my surprise it was all fresh warm food and every worker asked if I needed help or a special pizza! The desserts were also kept fresh and warm and the lobby crew guy kept coming back and forth asking if we needed help or something! Thanks I will be back again to this Cici's! I've eaten at this CiCi's dozens of times as it's close to work. The food and service are always great. This review is regarding this past Saturday 8-15-2020. I haven't been in since Covid and I was appalled by lack of masks. As expected, there is a "Masks Required" sign on the door and that was it. The girl at the cash register was wearing here mask under her chin, with her entire face exposed. Other than me and a co-worker, None of the guests crammed together in line at the Buffet were wearing masks. There was a large Birthday Party underway and the place was absolutely out of control. The "Management" failed miserably. If I contract Covid 19, I know where it came from. Under the current conditions, I won't be back. read more

My husband and my mom love CiCi's pizza. Me not so much. I think sometimes they conspire against me to eat there but it also could be I'm a little paranoid. Although like they say, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that they are not out to get you. The pizza here is ok and nothing to write home about. This is the cleanest and freshest cicis in the area. The owner of this store really cares about the customer experience. I would drive out of my way to come to this one, because you won't be disappointed. They always have such a large selection of pizza, they have multiple pizzas waiting to go in an empty spot when there's room. The quality of the pizza itself is pretty low, but you get what you pay for. It's a super cheap way to eat half your body weight in pizza. The stuffed crust is my favorite new addition. A bonus: they use fivestars rewards. I'm always earning free buffets. On top of that, they do student discounts with a student ID (free drink). I loved my salad bar and chicken noodle soup for lunch today. I'm not a big fan of pizza from the resterant but the ate making new crust. Flat crispy pizza is my favorite The new crust is pretzel, stuff crust and one more they were very tasty. The place was newly painted and redecorated. Very bright n cheerful looking. Traveling through from West Coast to East Coast. The kids all of a sudden claimed it was National Pizza day. So we bought into it and took a break from driving. We live down the street & we always enjoy coming to cicis! We came in tonight kinda late around 10 & the staff was so friendly & catering to us even though it was late! & food was amazing as always! I went to this Cici's location at 7pm on 2/7/17. I believe a manager can be judged by the staff. This Cici's must have an excellent manager. The staff was exceptional from the moment my family walked in the door. Even as the restaurant filled up, the employees remained courteous and attentive. Tables were checked on with a smile and I felt very welcome. It's a rare pleasure to see so many employees that look like they are happy to be serving you. The pizza is standard Cici's fare. Cinnamon rolls are always on point. The salad options are better than you'd expect from a pizza buffet. The real surprise here is the crew. Employees are the cornerstone of any company, when they are quality everything seems to fall into place. I recommend this spot to satisfy your pizza craving. We will not be returning to our local Cici's. Our service was TERRIBLE!!!!!! First off, the cashier lady wouldn't accept our money & once we walked away we could hear her and another employee LAUGHING about the situation. We go through the line & every single pizza was STALE & looked like it had been up on the buffet for a long time so we asked if there was fresh pizza & the manager said they couldn't get us a fresh one until the pizza was gone (there was clearly a fresh one under the counter she could have easily replaced it with). We were already ready to leave by this point. We couldn't even find a table because every table was DIRTY! So we ended up having to clean our own table just to sit down!!! Even the plates looked dirty & had food left on them. Our entire visit which was about 45 minutes the tables hadn't been busted & the place was FILTHY... The Management & employees are LAZY!!!!!!! I've always liked Cici's Pizza but the quality in the chain closest to me has been disappointing. So I started driving around trying to find a new Cicis to frequent when I remembered this one. The owner here is nice and always greeting people the pizza was fresh and they don't force the gimmick pizzas cicis does on people they post your usual classics and rotate them pretty well. Place was very clean. As a matter of fact other cicis I go to they don't even pick up the empty plates from your table while you're still eating this place I walked away for a new plate cameback the plate was picked up I tried to put my last plate in the designated area next to the trash can and she beat me to taking it. Okay I know this is Cici's and the standards aren't high , but this store excels in all expectations. They are very friendly , attentive and just nice people all around . They seem to actually ENJOY their job which just makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. No dirty spot or dish in sight. They have people that come around just to make sure you are okay and if they can take any plates out your way . My 8 month (messing eater she is ) made a huge noodle mess and as I began to clean some one ran up to me said stop , you don't have to do that and they completely took over. How sweet ! This is literally the best pizza place ever. When we went there they had so much pizza out. It was all fresh and good. They also don't play around with those dumb pizzas that nobody cares about. My experience at this location was the BEST cicis experience I've ever had. There was a ton of choices on the buffet and they were ALL fresh! It's like a shakeys buffet and has arcade for kids only thing I might add is having fried chicken on buffet. Picked up an order to go on Easter day. The food was great, restaurant clean, the girl at the counter was super polite and friendly, but another blonde guy came up to the counter and was SUPER sarcastic with me and just seemed pretty fed up with his day. As I walked out the door with my food, the girl at the counter even commented on how sarcastic he was being (though, I don't think she meant for me to hear it). Hey, there, blonde guy, it'll be okay. I know how you felt, I had to work on Easter as well, a 9 and a half hour shift delivering pizza to entitled ungrateful people. It sucked a lot and I was tired and hungry and I've loved Cici's spinach Alfredo pizza since I was a little girl and just wanted some comfort food, and it just made me sad to see you struggle to be genuinely polite to a stranger. My advice to you, and my own personal belief is, "Kill 'em with kindness." Everyone is fighting their own battles, some harder than others. This is a one star review even with the expectation of eating at a Cici's. There is clearly a "dark cloud" hanging over me lately. Went in and went with the buffet a drink and chicken wings. This was ordered to a girl with those stretch earrings things where you can stick a beer bottle through. Non-conformist did not hand me the paper cup directly in front of me on the counter so I made the bold move to grab the cup myself. This weirdo goes on and on about how I grabbed the cup ( again it's on the front of the counter). As I'm going to find an open dirty table, this model employee loudly gestures and points me out to her fellow employee. Never got the wings, called her out for this behavior and she goes into some weird denial/battered wife defense mechanism. There must be something I'm doing wrong to continue to have these weird things happen, but honestly it might just be what happens to every one who looks quiet and non-confrontational. read more

Absolutely the worst place to eat. My family and I came in for dinner , there were no plates at all, the entire place was a disgusting mess. I ordered a personal BBQ pizza I waited for 20 minutes than I walked up to see about my pizza and it was just sitting on the back counter where the pizza lady was working, so I went back to my seat and told my husband and he took the sign and went back up and asked the lady about my pizza and she handed it to him, before that she delivered two pizzas to two other customers that ordered after me. I guess I wasn't good enough for her to bring me my food. Im sitting there looking around getting even more grossed out, there was food all over the floors and dishes stacked up by the trash can . I ate my pizza and went up for dessert they apparently no longer serve desert pizza. I asked the lady refilling the salad bar about it and she told me she thinks they have to be special ordered and asked her boss... NOPE they no longer have them. So my son had a brownie and it was way under cooked. we than got up and left very upset, We get home and my son threw up from the bad food. No joke, My 16 year old boy who eats everything threw up.
