I proceeded to place the order online as instructed. Although this immediately raised concerns about the organization and professionalism of the establishment, I put the order in as instructed hoped everything would be handled correctly from that point forward. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of a very frustrating experience. After waiting approximately an hour and a half for delivery, my food finally arrived only to discover that the pizza, which was the main part of the order for four people, was completely missing. While I understand that mistakes can happen in a busy restaurant environment, the way the situation was handled afterward was extremely disappointing. I contacted the delivery driver to ask if perhaps the pizza had been left behind accidentally. Rather than showing any concern or willingness to help resolve the issue, the driver responded in a very rude and dismissive tone, stating, "That's all they gave me." When I asked whether there was a receipt attached to the order so we could verify what had been packed, he abruptly replied that there was no receipt and offered no further assistance. At this point, my frustration was understandable. It was already around 7 PM, and the food had been ordered for four people who had not eaten since earlier in the day. After the lengthy wait and incomplete delivery, I contacted the restaurant directly in hopes of resolving the issue professionally. The first employee who answered the phone appeared unsure of how to handle the situation and transferred me to another staff member. Unfortunately, the second employee was equally unprofessional and spoke in an irritated, dismissive tone that made it seem as though helping customers was an inconvenience. Rather than apologizing for the error or offering a reasonable solution, I was told that I would have to personally come back to the restaurant to pick up the missing pizza. I was also told they would "throw in a free pizza" for the inconvenience. Despite already waiting over an hour and a half for the original delivery, I drove to the restaurant myself only to wait yet again for the food to be prepared. When I finally received the order, I was handed a 16" sized cheese pizza along with the original pizza that had clearly been sitting out for nearly two hours. By that point, the food quality was noticeably compromised and no longer fresh. What made the experience even worse was the condition of the restaurant itself. The establishment appeared extremely unsanitary and poorly maintained. There were leaks coming from the ceiling with rags and buckets scattered around to catch the water, flies throughout the building, and an overall atmosphere that felt unclean and neglected. Combined with the rude customer service and mishandling of the order, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The lack of communication, poor attitude from both staff and delivery personnel, unacceptable wait times, and unsanitary conditions made the situation far more frustrating than it needed to be. I would strongly encourage improvements in customer service, order accuracy, and cleanliness standards moving forward.

On a slow night, my husband called in an order for a large pizza, a small calzone, and 10 BBQ wings. I stopped to pick it up on my way home from my son's sick doctor visit, only to be met with attitude the second I walked in--like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I paid (almost $40), waited, and was handed only the wings and Calzone--no pizza. When I asked about the rest, I was told "this is all I got" while she held up the receipt. Come to find out, the order was wrong to begin with--they had put in a LARGE calzone instead of a small, and completely missed the pizza. So now I have to reorder the pizza and wait--again--with a sick child in the car. After 20 minutes, I finally get the pizza... and it's the wrong size. At that point, the attitude from the employee made the situation even worse. And to top it all off, we get home and the calzone is burnt, and the bottom of the pizza is completely burnt too. This place is not what it used to be, which is really disappointing. It seems like management or something major has changed, because the difference from even a year ago is drastic. Sadly, we won't be coming back--and we'll definitely be warning others about our experience.

When I mentioned it, the employee said they had called my name, which simply isn't true because I was sitting right there the entire time and never heard anything. What makes this even harder to understand is the price. A large pizza there runs about $27, and it's a very thin pizza. At that price you'd expect hot food and at least a little attention to making sure customers actually get their order when it's ready. Cold pizza twice in a row at that price point is disappointing.
