I stopped to pick it up on my way home from my son's sick doctor visit, only to be met with attitude the second I walked in--like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I paid (almost $40), waited, and was handed only the wings and Calzone--no pizza. When I asked about the rest, I was told "this is all I got" while she held up the receipt. Come to find out, the order was wrong to begin with--they had put in a LARGE calzone instead of a small, and completely missed the pizza. So now I have to reorder the pizza and wait--again--with a sick child in the car. After 20 minutes, I finally get the pizza... and it's the wrong size. At that point, the attitude from the employee made the situation even worse. And to top it all off, we get home and the calzone is burnt, and the bottom of the pizza is completely burnt too. This place is not what it used to be, which is really disappointing. It seems like management or something major has changed, because the difference from even a year ago is drastic. Sadly, we won't be coming back--and we'll definitely be warning others about our experience.

When I mentioned it, the employee said they had called my name, which simply isn't true because I was sitting right there the entire time and never heard anything. What makes this even harder to understand is the price. A large pizza there runs about $27, and it's a very thin pizza. At that price you'd expect hot food and at least a little attention to making sure customers actually get their order when it's ready. Cold pizza twice in a row at that price point is disappointing.
