This was my 5th plate which was delicious

I haven't been to Cicis since I was a kid so for date night we decided to change it up and go here. We do not regret it. The cashier was extremely nice!! We got the buffet. They had a salad bar, chicken noodle soup, pasta noodles with a side sauce of marinara and white cheese which were both soo good! The pizzas were fabulous so was the cheese sticks it tasted so good with the marinara option! My favorite out of the whole buffet was the cinnamon rolls so warm and delicious!! I definitely recommend this restaurant if you have kids or budgeting. If you are a water drinker they no longer have water cups at this location but they do sell 50¢ water bottles.

    Personal pizza

We drove an hour to get here expecting it to be a decent location, but our expectations were significantly lowered. One of the members in our party has an allergy to onion and garlic. Other cicis locations are able to accommodate and make her a personal pizza. (The red sauce has garlic so they have to remove that) At this location, however, they put hardly any cheese at all on the pizza. See the pics. It was so disgusting she did not want to eat it at all. She then asked if they could redo it with more cheese, but they told her they weren't allowed to make more than one personal pizza for someone; that it would "go against their policy." Since when? We have been many times to cicis pizza and they are always happy to make her another pizza if the first is unsatisfactory. She came into the restaurant starving, and hoping to have a good dinner, but left hungry and very unhappy with the staff's inability to make her personal pizza correctly. Also, this location does not serve water. Only soda. They make you pay extra for a bottle of water, so that was also very frustrating. They also didn't serve any pasta for the entire time we were there, even though many guests kept asking and waiting for the pasta. Hopefully next time we go to Cicis it will be a much better experience.

This location brings back so many memories. The quality of food is even better than I remember back in the 90s. The place isn't as big as I thought but there's at least a dozen tables occupied by families of 4 or larger and the flow of the environment compliments the quaint space. Melissa was super helpful and very courteous. We haven't been to CiCi's since 2008 and I applaud this location, staff, and product it offers. The arcade is made up of about 10 large games with two huge motorcycle riding games in the middle of the store. I haven't seen a single table with leftover plates or debris nor have I seen any trash on the floor. The only set back for our family is that you don't have access to free water at the drink fountain, my husband drinks a gallon of water at every meal and our 3 & 4 year old don't drink soda. They do offer refrigerated water bottles for .50 so that's good!! They have every pizza you can remember with hot and fresh ones being delivered to the buffet every few minutes. The staff is above the standard for keeping their product high & tight. Delicious flavors, fresh ingredients, and a friendly staff .. what more could you ask for?

Affordable delicious pizza with a bunch of varieties along with dessert pizza. Get to play games. It is great you can request when something is not available. A great place for date nights or gatherings with your family.

This is the first I've been to CiCi's since I moved to Florida. I was heading to the grocery store and I was starving so I figured I should grab dinner first. Plus the Yelp reviews were positive. I was greeted as I entered the restaurant which I thought was a nice touch. After I made my purchase the associate gave me his name and told me to let him know if I needed anything. The pizza bar was full and I grabbed one piece of three different pies. The flat bread pizza crust was hard, but the other two slices were good. I also ate a salad. All the ingredients were fresh and I was pleased with the variety of salad toppings. Desert was yummy, but the cinnamon bun with icing was my favorite! I would eat here again.

It's been years since the last time I've eaten at Cici's. My son had not tried it so I took him after a long bike trails ride at Hanna Park. They shout "Welcome to Cici's!" when you enter the restaurant. Friendly and energetic staff. Their buffet is now $5.99. I guess that's dinner price? It's like a party in there. Very busy. Some pizzas are not bad and some tasted nasty. It's like a pizza experiment on some pies. I liked their chicken noodle soup and small salad bar. They also had pasta, but none for me.

It's coming up a star or two on the place! The renovated the place and it looks great. The salad, pizza and cinnamon rolls were good. The bus boy stopped by our table two or three times. I was too full to try the pasta and sauce or the soup this visit. The Manager that was on duty today was young, energetic and hard working-team playing is what it is all about. CI CI CI you later!

Instead it's been replaced with a freezer of ice cream cups where customers are instructed to select one or be charged additionally for a second cup. It's quite disappointing. Otherwise, the food was okay on the Asian cuisine side. The American side was full of fried and fatty foods per usual. Don't forget that after sitting an hour, you will be pestered to make payment even when the restaurant is not at full capacity. I am writing this on Easter during dinner. Well, enjoy if you go but ask yourself where did the hospitality go? How did we go from unlimited ice cream at a Buffett to being limited to 1 cup per person?

The only food that had any flavor was the Mac n cheese. The steak was too tough to chew, the chicken was dry, and the shrimp were rubbery. After we got our first plate and sat down, the waitress came over and asked if everything was OK. Never seen her again after that. Then, it is definitely overpriced at 36 dollars for 2. Was told 2 seniors, no discount. I will from now on stay a dedicated customer at China Buffet in Argyle Forest. Never any issues there.

We visited on a Friday for lunch, and the dining room was about 40% full--comfortable, not crowded, and easy to enjoy. ** Pros ** * Atmosphere: -- The space is surprisingly nice for a buffet. Two walls feature projected moving murals, and another showcases a large mountain scene. It creates a relaxing, modern vibe. * Food Quality: -- Everything we sampled--and we sampled a lot in small portions--was consistently good. -- Temperatures were spot‑on: soups were hot, desserts were properly chilled. -- Flavors were on par with other Asian buffets in Jacksonville, and in some cases better. -- The hibachi station is on the smaller side, offering two meats and a handful of vegetables. It's possible they expand options at dinner. -- Sushi selection was solid, with all the standard rolls you'd expect. -- The pork bun was the best I've had in town. It was light and had a great taste. * Value: At around $14 per person for lunch, we felt the price matched the quality and variety offered. ** Cons ** * Limited Variety: The overall assortment isn't as large as some of the newer buffets that have opened in the past year. Maybe the assortment is a bit larger at dinner or on the weekends. ** Overall ** We felt the visit was worth the drive from the Southside, and we'd happily stop by again when we're in the area.

Service was attentive and quick to clear plates, which is key when you're making multiple rounds (and yes... you will). It's also a great family option. They have many options to choose from in terms of different meats, greens, sushi, desserts, noodles, and more. How it works is you choose the soup of choice to cook the things on and then you go up and fill your place with what you want to cook. You can add things to the soup or on the hot pot to cook. They also have sushi and dumplings already made to eat. I've tried the traditional soup and the tom yum I believe it's called. I like the tom yum better because it has more flavor. You are cooking your own stuff so make sure it's done lol! Both servers both times were nice and attentive in changing out the stove you cook on and taking your dirty plates. Cool experience for sure!

We decided upon this place based on reviews, including from all our oldest grandchild, who said that he had been taken here and everyone enjoyed it. we knew it had previously been a Japanese/Asian grill for many years, but now it is a Korean style barbecue and hot pot.m, so we stopped in. first be aware that this is not a cheap meal, it was $37 per adult. that said, you get access to a variety of proteins and options. I will also say that my experience was quite a bit different than that of my wife. to start, you get one type of flavored broth for your hot pot in which to cook proteins or vegetables. The table also comes with a built-in grill if you choose to Cook that way. My wife selected the mushroom broth base and I chose the pork broth base. I must say, my wife added her own spices/sauces and enjoyed her broth so much that she shared with me and it greatly enhanced my experience. We enjoyed it so much so that we took the remainder home - there was a by weight up charge for taking this or anything else home. initially I felt that was a little expensive ($5) for taking home What amounted to 2 cups of broth, but we made Ramen out of the next day and it was the best Ramen I've had in a long time, so kudos to my wife for having seasoned it so well. my pork broth was not very flavorful, but I was being lazy and did not add any sauces to it, so I was disappointed, but frankly that is probably on me. In the middle of the restaurant is a very clean and well stocked protein buffet that has all types of seafood, pork, chicken, and beef offerings. I selected many of these, and went directly to the grill instead of cooking some of them in the hot pot. i ended up over cooking several of them before adding them into my hot pot, and they weren't good, but once again my disappointment is in part due to my impatience or inattentiveness. my wife enjoyed her selections very much because she didn't overcook her proteins. my favorite thing was the beef Bulgogi and Korean short ribs, which I grilled (or my wife did) and these were delicious, marinated in an excellent sauce and I frankly could've and should've probably just eaten several plates of this. they had a sushi/dessert bar with typical fare; my wife did not partake in any of this. I tried several of the sushi rolls and they were OK -- frankly this is probably not what you would gravitate to if you're going to a hot pot/Korean barbecue restaurant. their desert offerings were fine: I enjoyed the tiramisu and the Asian style donuts, which were very doughy, but I love them. My wife thought they were just meh. they were alcoholic options, but we were already going to be at $90 with tip and take home broth so we just had waters. I apologize for forgetting the servers name, but his service was excellent, due to attentiveness, explanation of the options, and making sure our drinks were consistently refilled. The ambience was nice, modern, clean. so my take away is that this would be closer to a 3.5 star review versus a four, as this was expensive and everything that I tried other than the grilled Bulgogi and what my wife shared that she had added to her broth) was just OK. However, my wife enjoyed the meal so much, that alone is worth it. Also, I should attribute some of the "disappointment" to my own laziness or overcooking of the proteins on the grill. I would go back for another special occasion, but at the price point, it would not be a weekly choice.
