Cici's Pizza was a great dad day out lunch with my kiddos. Reasonably priced ($44ish for 3 kids and one adult) and super friendly staff. The arcade was a fun addition to the day too. There isn't a whole lot of games per se, but in a pinch it works for a fun afternoon with plenty of pizza (what kid doesn't like pizza!?). The place was pretty clean and well kept. The only "downside" maybe would be the stacking of plates at the turn-in point where plates are to be returned. But to be honest I feel like I've had just as many plates in my sink.....so, truly not a big deal....again, long story short the kids had a great time and so did I! read more

The food was really stale and not the best quality. All the drinks were flat. The desserts looked raw. And I had to get a refund. I also ended up with food poisoning and had bad stomach aches. I took the kids to dinner at CiCi's and was surprised to learn that tap water is not an option as a drink. I'm not a big proponent of bottled water, unless I'm traveling abroad. With a background in Public Health I'm much more trusting of the local Environmental Health officials than I am of corporate businessmen to ensure my drinking water is safe. In any case, I was ordering a soda and my 6 year-old's soft drink was included with his meal, so it was just the 15 year old who had to go with the bottled water option. Anyway, the staff at this location were very pleasant and friendly. They kept up with the demand for pizza, and were quite accommodating when it came to special requests. In addition to pizza, there was a salad bar with plenty of fresh ingredients, chicken soup, pasta with both red and white sauce available, cheesy breadsticks, and various desserts; the cinnamon rolls were really pretty tasty! The atmosphere and decor kind of put off an 80's cafeteria vibe, with an arcade type game room on one side of the dining room and the buffet line and cashier on the other side. They do a good job of keeping up with dishes and keeping tables wiped down as patrons finish and leave. While it's definitely not the best pizza I've ever had, the price is right, the kids enjoy the place, and the food's not bad. I'm sure we'll be back. read more

Customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The older gentleman greeted us with a smile and had jokes with the kids. He explained everything about the process of ordering pizza you want as well as the game card. The arcade was pretty fun, a little slim pickins but the kids still had fun. Me and my fiance love this place we eat there at least once a week everyone in there is always so nice and attentive as soon as we walk in the door they know exactly what kind of pizza we want and they always have it out super fast and the manager Russell is always on top of his game and takes very good care of that place and cares about his customers. The service here makes this place. The old man working the cash register is always so friendly to us and makes sure if we have a request that it gets made quick! The dining room is not the most inviting with construction equipment on the tables to the side. The table we picked however was clean! The pizza was all fresh and restocked quickly. The brownies here are my all time favorite, the Mac and cheese pizza is also a fan favorite! We hope the doors on this one stays open as the one in fort Walton closed a few years ago! read more

Rarely do I ever write a review for a place, but honestly and truly, this staff deserves this review. Today was another date day for my girlfriend and me. While we were out and about, we decided to hit up Cici's, as it has always been a childhood staple for me and since I recently introduced her to it a few months ago, she has fallen in love with it as well. We are always greeted with a smile and joy, even when I can tell they have had a long day. The staff are always working hard to make sure we have everything we want and need (whether it be certain pizzas, fixing the air hockey table, or checking in on how we are doing). The staff working today were Haley, Russell (Rusty), Josh, Whitney, and Tyler! I would watch them as problems would come up (like noticing something to clean or grabbing more dough or communicating pizza orders) and I can honestly say, they work fantastic together as a crew. Their efficiency is great, and they still keep the place bouncing with joy and service. I only got to really dig deep with a couple of the workers today, Haley & Rusty, and I HAVE to give them some praise. Haley has worked there for a long time, and I remember her back then still being as joyous and hardworking as she is now. She is and has always been willing to help customers and do whatever she can to make sure not only we are happy but genuinely feel welcomed there. She still works just as hard, if not harder than when I saw her there multiple years ago. Haley is probably my girlfriends favorite worker there and she always loves to go up and chit chat with her and enjoy the company! I have no clue how long Rusty has worked there, as I just started going back a couple months ago with my girlfriend after a multi year hiatus (because she said she never went as a child, and I couldn't let her keep going without experiencing it). Since we've started coming back, Rusty has been one of our favorite staff to see! He always has a smile on his face, and a genuine joy in his heart. He always truly checks in on people and I can say that we truly do love it and look forward to him being there! I know I have written alot, but I can't help but to say just how amazing this place is, especially for both my girlfriend and I. So many memories have been made here from when I grew up and had birthday parties here, to late night snack nights with the guys, to now little date and game nights with the love of my life. Cici's will forever hold a spot in my childhood, but this place will forever hold a spot in my heart. Idk what i was expecting but it was not what we saw tonight. The pizza in the buffet is nasty and very poor quality. I know it's cheap but i could get better pizza at Chuck e. cheese. It was super unsanitary, all the tongs and utensils were sticky and felt like they hadn't been cleaned all day. Overall just gross here and will never return. read more

When we first arrived we were greatly greeted by the sent of fresh cockroaches and when I went to grab my pizza there was a very large variety of pizza to choose from I loved the sponge pizza I especially loved the nice watery taste of Dr Pepper I also enjoyed the little children running up to the counter and dipping their hands in ranch and running around the restaurant spilling ranch all on the ground making many people fall on the ground this was a great form of entertainment I saw a well condition chair that a man was sitting in as it was collapsing. A pizza buffet with only one pizza out (macaroni pizza) and no basics (pepperoni, cheese, etc.) even in the oven baking. Dessert bar was bare too save for brownies. It was 12:09 noon so not like they were trying to close up or anything. Arcade area was closed for construction. Now, Cici's is nothing fancy. Cheap pizza buffet at family affordable prices. It is usually a good bet if you have kids. They have fun and you get out of there without having to take out a second mortgage. But this Cici's is something very different from any other I have been in. This one is managed by an excellent management team. Actually, i would have to say it is led by an excellent leadership team. This is the first one I have seen that is properly staffed. The shop was packed, yet there were enough staff to keep the buffet fully stocked with hot pizza, keep all the tables cleared, remove unneeded things from the occupied tables, keep the trash bins emptied, plates stocked, and on and on... The staff was friendly and you could tell they enjoyed working with each other and they enjoyed working there. Well done... read more

The food was not well prepared. It was way to dry and I didn't finish my meal. Customer service is what I have a bigger concern with. My 10 year old had left over wings and needed a to-go container. She walked up to the cashier. They told her to go around to the other side. She did that, asked another employee and was told "no, I'm going on my break" my husband and I were in earshot of the conversation and stepped in to get the to-go box. Really? You couldn't ask another colleague to grab or pass the customer a box? That extra step would of had us return as customers... this experience will ensure we don't return. We have eatten at other Cici locations in New Mexico and that is where we fell in love with the place. We JUST returned from an overseas tour and was excited to have a local Cicis location. Yea, not coming back. I am willing to pay a little more for an experience, this location needs a lot of help. Also staff needs to keep their laughter and horse playing down. Its distracting. I LOVE CICIS! I am originally from Texas and we have these all over the area where I grew up. We had school parties there, went there to play the video games, such good memories! I love their pizza. Great crust, all sorts of toppings like Mac & Cheese, BBQ, etc, very reasonable price. The pizza tastes great, unless you're from Chicago or New York, in which case I am sorry that you're a pizza snob yankee. Staff were friendly and kept busy keeping items full and fresh, no dried out leftovers here! Options were great salad, soup, pasta and several pizza styles and flavors. So pizza may not be the best food for your figure but sometimes you must give into temptation. I would recommend the taco pizza. It's bomb but just make sure you get it when it's fresh after 5 minutes the heat lamps make it appear 3 days old. Also the Cesar salad is a bit watery. Good place for the price. Staff is friendly and attentive. It has a very casual atmosphere and if you go after the lunch peak and before the dinner rush then it is a fairly enjoyable experience. If you go during lunch or dinner rush then it can get noisy and you can expect to have kids running around. This is definitely not Tuscan Oven or Mellow Mushroom, but it is a good bargain. I believe the price is about $6-$7 per person. If you are a water drinker like me, than you can also save a few bucks there. My favorite part about Cici's is their strange pizza combinations like Alfredo, Cheeseburger, or Mac 'n Cheese pizza. if you have ever been to cici's pizza before 2016 then you know what I am talking about. they apparently cut some costs or just shifted funds because they now offer mediocre wings that are too expensive and no longer allow you to order a full personal pizza to your table, only special personal size that is not offered on the buffet. so I couldn't get the spinach alfredo to my table and I was only able to grab 1 ery last slice in the pie in like 20 min.... I still gave it a 3 stars bc I love love pizza buffets.. but it is different now... we will not be going back very often. only 1 or 2 times a year. maybe. not our usual "go to out to eat place" read more
