I am in love with the kolaches here. The bread is so soft and just the right amount of cheese and sausage. Normally at donut shops the kolaches have a funny aftertaste or a overly oily texture. Not here, here the kolaches taste fresh and made with love. My hubby loves the caramel pecan rolls but I love the kolaches. I've not tried the regular cinnamon rolls but I will and I'll update my review. If you're looking for quality kolaches that taste superior than the ones your used to, then this is your place. I can't believe I've never noticed this place before. Tiny little Bakery specializing in Cinnamon Rolls. Giant Pecan Rolls / Sticky Buns, Standard Cinnamon Rolls, Kolaches, and these wonderous little fruit filled cinnamon logs that are just fantastic. Also have mini-rolls in convenient to-go containers. Hand made...in fact, you can watch them making them! Maybe a bit more expensive than your standard "donut shop" ($3-4 for a Cinnamon Roll) but these things are way better (and bigger) than donuts, so it's pretty reasonable. Very rude. I went in this morning at 6:05 a.m. to purchase (2) dozen kolaches and (6) sticky rolls. They told me I should have called them the day before to such a large order? We do not consider this a large order when their business is to make and sell sticky buns and kolaches. They did not want to sell me their (6) sticky buns being they had only made (6), they said, they would sell me (4) because they have regular customers and I would have bought them out. WHAT!! Or, I could wait for 15 minutes and so they could make another (6). Our company spent $65.00 with this place only to be treated so rudely. Came here to get some kolache for my sister. Was my first time here. I saw the sticky bun and it looked really good so I ordered one. The guy helping me barely said a word to me. I believe only time he talked was when he told me the total and that was it. The sticky bun was good and wasn't as sweet as it looked, which was a good thing. I don't like overly sweet stuff. I can't speak for the kolache since I didn't get any for myself. To me, service is a crucial part of the food industry, no matter if it's a small place like this or big like target. Upon walking in noticed how everything seemed dirty, rundown and outdated. The workers behind the counter were friendly but when we went to see what we would like there was nothing out. They said they had pecan rolls or regular cinnamon rolls. I got a pecan, my daughter a regular. We went to sit down and the tables were dirty and there was a dead bug on one, appeared like it had been there awhile too. The cinnamon rolls themselves weren't bad but weren't great either. The outside layer was VERY hard and was difficult to cut through with the plastic cutlery. Inside layers were softer and the flavor was decent. We stopped in for a quick bite before church last Sunday, my husband and our two toddlers. We were immediately greeted by the manager (I'm guessing) and he gave each of my kids a quarter for the little toy machine and he was so nice and welcoming to them. This small bakery is located next to a Subway, you could easily miss it. The staff is polite and courteous everytime I go. The cinnamon rolls are excellent as well as the kolaches. The donuts aren't your regular donuts. These donuts are big and dense, which makes them very filling. There's also coffee and other drinks for sale. There are several small tables and chairs if you want to eat in. If you are a fan of pecans try the sticky bun, you can ask for icing on top as well. Give this place a try! read more

The sticky bun has plenty of pecans (the pecans are whole not chopped or pieced) the bread is soft and bottom is crispy. What a treat! My husband ordered the jalapeno sausage and cheese kolaches. I personally don't like kolaches that are made up of a large piece of roll and a tiny link inside, not here these were just right, small but so good. Cinnamon bakery is legit. This was the first time I've been here and we got a warm pecan roll to eat at the bakery. It was delicious! They also have pre-packaged ones that you can buy but you'll need to heat them back up at home. I came around closing time and the nice lady gave me an extra sausage, cheese, and jalapeno kolache on the house! The kolaches are small but they are good. We also got a bag of "chips" for 99 cents. I needed muffins for a small business meeting, and Yelp led me to Cinnamon's Bakery. All the reviews raved about the cinnamon rolls, saying they're better even than Cinnabon. Surely you can't be serious?! I had to see for myself. And don't call me Shirley. For the meeting I bought banana nut muffins, blueberry muffins, and cream cheese muffins. Then, oh, what the heck, go ahead and add on a cinnamon bun on a separate order for the breakfast courier. The muffins were large; larger than a grocery store muffin. Each muffin has a crunchy, sugary crust baked on top. Instead of choosing one muffin I decided to try a small bite of each of them. Once I ate past that yummy crust, I was a little underwhelmed with the muffins overall. They were decent, but not great. The blueberry muffin was chewy, but chock full of big ol' blueberries. The cream cheese muffin was moist, but was lacking a whole lot of the cream cheese-y flavor I so love. The banana nut was tasty, but could definitely have used more banana. Just... OK. Seems as though my search for amazing muffins continues. Then I tried the cinnamon roll, but only after salivating to its aromas wafting lazily through my car as I drove the 20 miles to work. When I ordered the roll, the girl asked me if I wanted frosting. With my best crazy eye fixed on my face I said, "CHYEAH" and she poured it on. The texture of the bun is my perfect cinnamon roll: nicely baked on the outside with a gooey, messy center. Cinnamon's Bakery does not skimp on the filling with these rolls! It is quite sweet, so I might even ask for less frosting next time I order a cinnamon bun. Maybe.
