CIOCCA HONDA OF HARRISBURG IS A SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! I have a 2008 Acura TL that was inspected by this dealership (Ciocca Honda) last year without any issues. One year later it needs to get inspected again. I drove this car just about 1000 miles last year. I was excited and thinking to myself that this is going to be easy and cheap, since it will be exempt for emissions and there is nothing wrong with the car mechanically because I haven't even touched the car since it last inspected by the same dealership. I call up Ciocca Honda and schedule an appointment. I drop of the car at the dealership and asked them to call me when done. Still being excited on how this should be a no brainer. Few hours pass and I get a call back. The lady on the phone tells me that it went well but apparently it needs a new passenger side tie rod end to pass the inspection. She states that it's "leaking" and it had play. (I guess the tie rod end was be low on Rod Fluid and it needed to be refiled. /s) (First red flag, tie rod ends don't leak. They might be greasy, but they don't leak fluid like they said.) She tells me that they can fix it for $250 this afternoon. I laughed, thinking this was a joke. (Second red flag, trying to sell me expensive suspension parts) According to them my whole car suspension took a dump in the 1000 miles since THEY last inspected it. I told the lady that not to fix anything since I will be fixing it myself. I went to pick up the car. She gave me the paper work and paid for the bill. The bill was more than last year's inspection even though this year the car is emission exempt and it didn't even pass the inspection. You would think it would be less and not more, but no, they charged me more. The paper work said that the car was emissions exempt because it was driven less than 5000 miles in a year, but the windshield sticker doesn't reflect that. And on top of that, they charged me the full price for exempt emissions. (Third red flag, the sticker doesn't say exempt, the paper work does say exempt but they charge full price for something that doesn't have to be done.) She tells me that I have a month to fix the car. I took the car home. Bought both tie rod ends, for both sides. Replaced them 30min. It cost me $30 in total and 30min of my time. The supposedly "leaking" tie rod end was not leaking but it was just greasy as it should be. The rubber boot was still intact. It shouldn't be dry or rusted and it should still have grease in it. It also was not loose like they said, but I changed the parts anyways just to satisfy their ego. (Fourth red flag, they were lying about the parts being broken.) Called them back up to reschedule an appointment, telling the lady on the phone that I changed the tie rod ends and just need to get the sticker. Took the car back to the dealership telling them that I'm here to get the inspection sticker after replacing the supposedly "leaking" tie rod end. He told me that they will have to do a whole another reinspection since the car "left" their lot. I said fine do another inspection, but then he said that it will cost me another $50 or whatever, because, again, the car "left" their lot. That was it for me. I just told him to cancel the appointment and give me my car keys. (Fifth red flag, and that one did it for me, they wanted even more money now.) Tl;dr: The dealership tried to scam me by telling me that the suspension is broken ($250 to replace a tie rod end). They charged me a full price for exempt emission, which they half-donkied anyways by saying exempt on paper while the sticker doesn't say that. Then they tired to charge me for another inspection at full price after I fixed the "broken" tie rod end by myself. COMPLETE SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Don't let them kid you with their 100% Customer Satisfaction. That goes out the door as soon as you drive off the lot.

He sent me a check to reimburse me for a portion of the labor that it would've cost to install the replacement part under warranty. They only reimbursed me for 1 hour of labor when they originally charged me 1.5 hours to install it. Since they sent me the check and admitted they made a mistake I am updating my review to 3 stars but I still would not trust this Garage in the future and I will not be going back to them. After seeing all the excellent reviews of this place I thought I'd give them a try when I needed my rear drivers side window regulator replaced in June 2022. I am very sorry I did. The service I received definitely didn't live up to the reviews. The first thing that happened was when they called to tell me the window was done they told me my front drivers side window regulator was broke now. I told them to just leave that one go and I would fix that one myself because I couldn't afford to have them fix both at the moment. For the drivers side rear one they charged $165 for the part (which only cost about $100 in the store) and $135 for labor for a total of $318 just to fix the one window. I don't consider that reasonable like all the reviews say. The shop I normally go to told me they would do it for about $100 less when I called to get a quote to get the newly broken front drivers side window regulator. I told Lauger's I wanted my old broken window regulator back because it had a lifetime warranty and I wanted to exchange it at the store where I bought it to have a spare. Lauger's LIED and told me they put the old part in my car. They kept it and I'm sure they returned it to NAPA and got more money back from it since it was a NAPA part! 16 Months after Lauger's replaced the rear window regulator it broke and the window was stuck down. Since Lauger's is a NAPA Auto Care Center I called them to have them replace it under the NAPA 24 Month/ 24,000 Mile Parts and Labor Guarantee. Lauger's LIED again and told me the part is covered 2 years but labor is only 1 year. I called NAPA Corporate and confirmed that the part and the labor should both be covered for 2 years at Lauger's and they didn't understand why they would tell me only 1 year labor. I honestly don't want Lauger's anywhere near my vehicles after this because I don't trust what they might do so I accepted their offer and picked up the new window regulator from them and installed it myself. When I took the broken window regulator out I noticed that it didn't even match the part # that Lauger's said they installed on my bill! This is outright fraud! I think they must have installed a cheaper part than the part # they charged me for on the bill which is why they refuse to honor the warranty. Don't make the same mistake I did by believing the glowing reviews this place gets because it's definitely not true. I learned an expensive lesson by putting my trust in them and will definitely not be going back and will also be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place.

Called the next day to inquire about weekend drop offs and process. Didn't get a return call. I took my chances and dropped off over the weekend. Figured they'd get back to me on Monday. NOPE. I was having a medical procedure done so wasn't able to follow-up on Monday. Tuesday called at the end of the day, hoped they would have called me either returning my call from Friday or to update in regarding the Monday appoimtment...again NOPE!!! Called myself on Tuesday to be informed it hasn't even been looked at yet or started. I asked, "WHY the Monday appointment if you weren't doing anything with it??" Response, "I'll look into it and etc you know." Wednesday, no call. Thursday, no call. I call AGAIN, am informed they are just now doing the estimate. WTF...It was done a week prior. No response, other than I don't know but will look into it and call you back. I hang up and call my insurance to complain about the company they sent me to. They extend my rental cause no way my car will be done by Sunday since they haven't even started it. Friday, Ciocca, calls me back to say, they are just now getting it in and took it upon themselves to extend my rental, a DIRECT LIE, since I did it with my insurance and the rental company the day prior. Monday, get a text that my car, "HAS BEEN PAINTED AND IS BEING REASSEMBLED". Wednesday, get another text,"YOUR VEHICLE IS BEING REASSEMBLED." Really cause what about the text 2 days prior??? Got a phone call at end of my work day that my car was finished and we close at...30 MINUTES AFTER the message was left. There is no way in hell I could have made it there in time. Unless I was already on my way. This place has HORRIBLE customer service the rep that calls/answers the phone is one of those slow talkers in a monotone voice, knows not a single detail about what is going on. DON'T recommend!!! Car got repaired but has a SMALL scratch on the leather...I will deal with it as I am the only person who would ever notice.

They worked with me on my trade-in and got me the best price. That being said, there have been a lot of bumps along the way. My truck has been in the service shop at least 5-6 times for major repairs from VCT solenoid, brakes, axle transmission being rebuilt, and the timing cover leaking. Normally, other people would have gotten rid of their vehicle a lot sooner, but being that it was just purchased, I did not want to take a hit financially. Thankfully, I had a warranty that covered all these repairs. I personally would not use their service department in Campbelltown because I was getting laughed at by the service manager at that location. Then I had to get a hold of the general parts and service manager, because that manager did not feel that my vehicle needed any repairs before the transmission and passenger side axle needed done. He told me those components were fine. In the beginning, Frank was awesome to deal with and took great care of making sure that my vehicle was in the shop, fixed, and back to me as quickly as they could. Now I'm trying to get a hold of them regarding an issue with my vehicle and I can't reach any of the upper management. They all send me to voicemail or do not answer my calls or texts. I spent good money at this dealership for a truck, and it's been at the dealership with issues more than I've driven it. All I can say is I made a big mistake by buying that vehicle from them. It's been nothing but a headache. I have mixed reviews and mixed feelings about this dealership. I tried to trade this vehicle on another raptor that they had, and we were just too far apart on payment and price. I also contacted the Campbelltown store and got the general manager because I was upset that my vehicle was in the shop more than it was at my house. His answer was well, is your vehicle fixed? What kind of question is that? IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOOKED OVER COMPLETELY, because all this stuff does not happen right away! They tried to do the least possible to get it out the door, and it ended up being a problem for me and the dealership. I asked for some kind of compensation like credits towards accessories, which they would get the money back since I am spending at their dealership!! Or even make one of the car payments since it's been at the shop more than I had it, but all he could offer me was an oil change. I'm just very disappointed. I have family that bought from them, so I decided to give them a shot as well, and it has not been a good relationship so far. Yes they repaired my vehicle, but it seems to have to go back at least once a month with some kind of issue. A couple of these issues were major repairs. All I can say is before you buy a vehicle, please make sure you get all the service history on the vehicle, because obviously this vehicle was a lemon. It should have been sent to auction with all the issues it had. They argued saying they had to put money into it when it came in from a trade-in, but having all these issues right up front is ridiculous. It is unfair for a customer to have to put up with! The truck has run marks on the fender flares from someone spraying and letting something dry on my fender flares not happy won't this dealership at all! I am sure the owner of the dealership would not appreciate his truck living at the Ford dealership for the first three months of ownership!

I was stuck in a pre-owned 2018 Jeep Compass that I had purchased in 2021 and it was nearing the end of its habitual auto life. My folks had dealt with one of the sales managers at this Ford dealership before, so I felt that maybe he could help me get out of my bad auto situation and put me into a better one. Summer rolls into Fall, and I get a call from him to come down and take a look at one of their newer models that was being promoted at the time. Needless to say, it was a very wise choice for me to stop in here and level up my driving game. I got a $5000.00 credit for my old Jeep Compass in return for a 2025 Ford Escape! I was in and out of the dealership in less than three hours. Thanks Maguire's!
