this is the location on 19th cactus and there is an associate that works in their who has the worse attitude and i want to say his name is gary but i'm not sure. but the associate i'm reffering to indirectly told another customer that i was stealing and when i asked if he was talking to me, he said no with a nasty tone. when i put my sunflower seeds and pop on the counter to pay for them, i also ask for a pack of smokes but he grab the wrong brand and turned around with disgust and i told him to forget since his demeanor was so nasty and ugly. i walked out the store and went online and reach out to the corporate office and file a complaint. read more

I come here mainly for gas and lottery tickets. The employees working here are friendly every time I come here which is about 3 times per week. They have everything that you'd expect a convenience store to have: coffee, soda, alcoholic drinks, candy, chips, ready to eat foods, donuts, ice cream, hot dogs, cigarettes, etc. My last visit, I bought six orange juices to make my mimosas at home along with my lotto tickets. The gas station here gets super packed during rush hours. There is a tire air/water machine outside near the gas pumps. It costs 2 bucks to use and you get about 5 minutes worth There is also an Amazon locker near the outside front entrance of the store if you wanted your Amazon packages to be sent here instead of your home. There have been only a few times I was disappointed coming here. One time they had no lids for the large slushee drinks. Another time, the gas receipt printer ran out of paper so I had to go inside the store to get my gas receipt. There was another time they ran out of orange juice. My breakfast mimosa ain't gonna mix itself. That was so terrible. How am I supposed to get through my morning at work without my mimosa inside my flask?!?! I'm still giving them 5 stars because they're friendly and they do ring you up very quickly. I'm heading there right after I post this to gas up and buy more lotto tickets. If I win the jackpot, I'm giving a thousand dollars to everybody that's ever been good to me. Thanks Circle K for having my orange juice stocked most of the time. I'm heading off to work with my 40 oz flask full of breakfast mimosa. I'm a responsible drinker and I never drink and drive. I wait until I get to work to take my first sip. Cheers guys read more

I frequently pop in here for a Polar Pop and occasionally grab a snack. The checkout is a little confusing - most people chose to wait in line instead of using the self check, I love a good self checkout so I jump over there and am in and out quickly. There are often homeless people loitering on the side of the building, but they tend to keep to themselves. read more

Hands down worst experience ever! My wife stopped in to by a drink and use the restroom, when she came out of the restroom a store associate confronted my wife and told her that she wasn't supposed to be their and that she needed to leave at once! When asked what she did, or what was this about, and the employee replaced again with " you know that your not supposed to be here". Again, my wife asked for and explanation, the associate said I'll get my manager, when she came back (without the manager) she said never mind, have a nice day. Again, my wife wanted an explanation as to why she was treated like that, the asst said " you look like a homeless persone that somed in here sometimes, and my manager had banned this said homeless persone, and you just looked like her and it's har to tell with a mask on." What the fu€#, who does that?! I called the store after my wife got home, and asked to speak with the manager and was informed by the same associate that interacted with my wife initially and accused her of being a homeless thief, told me that there was no manager on property on sundays, and that there was no one there to talk to about this. Circle k is a joke, I will not support this company anymore, I spend over $2000 a month on gas with them currently, never again. Homeless or not, no one should ever be defeated like that in the middle of a cruises store. Usually come to this circle k to use my frys points for gas. Save 10 cents a gallon woohoo! Also inside is clean. They have a redbox outside usually I come here to rent a movie, cause the other redboxes don't have the movie I want. Also they have a water machine outside to fill up gallons. it's $1.25 for 5 gallons, the water tastes good. read more

Just left there. Homeless guy in there w cart of belongings & a dog and threatening customers. I asked staff, Alexis & stocky kid, why do you let him stay in here. She said it's hot outside. I told them what he did. They said oh well I didn't see it. Looked at her name tag and with attitude says ya that's my name. As all the google reviews say, SCARY place to go & definitely not safe. I refuse to go back to this Circle K until they remove the automated checkouts. For months, anytime day or night, there is a 10 minute wait in line for 1 register with an employee while multiple checkouts sit unused because nobody wants a robot to check them out. Nice, new and clean. I like this Circle K, but all Circle K's lose a star for overcharging for 5 Hour Energy drinks. Also, they charge 75 cents for air. I'd rather go to QT where the air is free. read more

New Circle K format here. They started out great, with staff saying hello like a Quik Trip. But that has fallen to a lower level recently. If you go late at night, it's like pulling teeth when the person says hello. I think night staff is more like your standard Circle K staff of the older stores. They have a huge selection of beverages here, coffee, slushes, soda, teas, etc. Large store, very roomy. Well designed gas pumps with 2 pumps per row, easy access in/out of driveways, convenient location. I hope they get back to the greeting customers each and every time with an upbeat, energetic tone. read more

I wish Circle K stores would increase their fuel max to $100 since my large truck usually uses about $80-$90. Other than that, this location is larger than most...I think they are starting to figure out that QT is kicking their rear. I just wish they would figure out a way to take better care of customers like me that probably buy more gas than people that own most cars. Guess what guys! Apparently Circle K is taking over the Corner Store at the corner of N. North Valley Parkway and 303. The sad part is that store is actually well stocked, clean, and doesn't look like a homeless camp. Now that Circle K is assuming control, it'll be interesting to see if they maintain the same standards expected for that community. read more

This is one of the worst Circle K's i have ever been to. Horrible customer service. Stopped for coffe this morning. Waited in line forever. Watched the girl ringing up customers while eating a sandwich. I had to stand in line and watch her shove food in her face while ringing up customers. Unbeleivable.. The busiest gas station in North Phoenix with it being a hit or miss on "satisfactory" customer service.

I really love my Circle K. But today I came in and bought my 10th coffee and should get my next one free. Because the cashiers do not keep up with changing the tape where the rewards are concerned my free reward did not print out. So I was informed that I have to now purchase 11 coffees before I get my next one free. I think that the owner, Or store manager needs to make sure every day that rewards register tape has sufficient amount if tape for each day. read more

It is almost impossible to get in and out, without a negative interaction with staff, or weird conversation. Avoid going inside if you can.

We love this store. We will always drive out of the way to go here!! A huge reason is Mike aka Bubba! He is awesome, very friendly and always smiling. All of the staff is friendly and really remember who we are after seeing us. The only down fall I think is that sometimes the syrup of cherry or vanilla is out. But that really doesn't change my mind! We love this store!! And love Mike!! Hire more people like him!! read more
