1/2 lb burger with extra crispy fries!

Placed order over the phone! A few of us at the office decided to order lunch from a local restaurant in Marana. We all decided to order burgers! It's two patty burger with all the fixings! The burger was great. Definitely going to order from there again!

Trail Dust Town itself was built in the early 1960s as an Old West-themed attraction, and I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. The atmosphere is definitely part of the experience! I loved the western attire, the fun tradition of cutting off neckties, and the overall cowboy theme. Even if you're not eating at the restaurant, Trail Dust Town is worth visiting. You can stroll through the little western town, browse the shops, and even watch the Wild West stunt show nearby. The ties that are cutoff are even dated and hung as decorations above the tables ! Service was quick, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. We ordered the Cowboy Steak and the Ribeye, both served with beans, bread, and butter. The mesquite grill gives the steaks a really nice smoky flavor, which is what Pinnacle Peak is known for. I did feel the steaks could have used a bit more seasoning, but the mesquite flavor still came through well. The peach cobbler is a MUST have. Not overly sweet and absolutely delicious! Overall, I'd recommend coming for the unique Tucson experience just as much as the food. It's one of those local places that's fun to bring visitors to and makes for a memorable evening.

My cousin didn't like her ribs. They are not fall off the bones. It was hard. We started with the sampler. Didn't like the tortilla chips and the salsa could have been better. They give you one quesadilla that looks like u can make at home. The Mac and cheese tasted like it's from the box. The salad and mash potatoes kinda tasted like old country buffets (ranch and gravy). I think beans were suppose to come with the meal but was never brought out. The bread was thick sandwich bread slices.

We ordered Poseiden's Plate. My husband chose the filet mignon, lobster, and shrimp. I ordered the same but swapped the shrimp for scallops. The puffs, soup, noodles, shrimp, rice, and the filet mignon were our favorites. Our waitress and chef were friendly and talented and made dinner feel fun. They sang the birthday song in Japanese and brought out ice cream with a candle and surprised us with a printed photo. It was such a thoughtful touch. We also shared the Dragon Zodiac Bowl. It tasted like a yummy Shirley Temple with a twist. Very good but definitely on the lighter side if you are expecting something strong. A couple of things to note. We called ahead and were told we did not need a reservation but still waited about fifteen to twenty minutes. If you are going for Teppan Yaki it is better to make a reservation since those tables are separate from the regular dining area. When we were seated we were the only ones at the table. I asked if we could sit in the center and the hostess said maybe after soup and salad. A few minutes later the waitress, not the hostess, brought another group and let everyone know we could spread out and sit wherever we wanted. That made it much more comfortable and we moved to the center. Overall it was a yummy meal and a fun Teppan Yaki experience with really thoughtful birthday touches.

However, after being seated, it took nearly another hour for the teppanyaki experience to actually begin. Service throughout the evening was very slow, and they also forgot the white rice for one person in our party. It's disappointing because the food itself was really good! Unfortunately, spending over two hours at dinner, especially with a reservation, felt excessive. We really wanted to have a great experience, but the long waits and slow service took away from the evening.

The chunks of meat are generous and I've never bit into anything wierd (that's a deal breaker for me) and the broth is nice and thick. I'll rip a chunk of the perfectly fried, but not too greasy bread and dunk it into that fabulous broth and it emerges perfectly coated, getting soaked up by the little fried crunchies. And don't worry about it ever being soggy, you'll never leave it on your plate long enough for that to happen. Once you taste that first bite you won't talk to your friends, or check in on your phone, or even wipe up your kids spills until every morsel has been consumed. The red chile beef reminded me a lot of the traditional New Mexican red chile my family makes. Service was excellent.
