So I decided to give them another go. So glad I did. The pizza was flame baked with a nice lightly blistered top crust. The crust was a thin crust. Thin, but not flimsy. The toppings looked and tasted fresh. My 10inch pizza ran about $15. The pizzas are customized. You tell them what sauce, cheese and toppings you want as the staff assembles the pizza before your eyes. They even have gluten free crust. There is a dining area, but it's not particularly large. So not great for large groups. They do have several TVs all tuned into different channels.

I know that sounds wild, but I just couldn't convince my brain that I was actually eating beef! That said, the calamari was delicious, as were the roasted artichoke hearts. We also really enjoyed the seafood linguine, which had great flavor. Add a couple of adult beverages and some good conversation, and it made for a great date night away from the kids. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. If you're in Folsom and looking for a nice place for dinner, I'd definitely recommend giving Fioris a try!

I'm a huge fan of their lunch special. They normally don't have it on the weekends, so I was surprised that they had the sign out. It was clearly advertised: small pizza and a beer for $15. I don't drink beer, but thought I might ask if I could sub a lemonade, or even just get the discount without a drink. I was told that the lunch special is not offered on the weekends, which was disappointing. But I'd been craving good pizza for a while, so I ordered anyway. The quality of the pizza was amazing. Even though I received about twenty percent less toppings than I've ever received from any other Curry Pizza House, it was still a pretty decent amount. The cilantro was so fresh. The chicken was so juicy. The sauce and crust were absolute perfection. Honestly between four and five stars. I was annoyed because I felt like I was overcharged and got less toppings than usual, but the pizza still slapped and it was amazing. I honestly don't know many places where I can get a pizza that tastes this good. The flavor is phenomenal. It only took about ten minutes to put my pizza together and the woman who took my order was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean inside and there was plenty of parking.
