They were very patient, and professional in their approach to our specific need. We agreed, to their reasonable price, and their plan for implementation. Then they got down to work, I was very impressed by their level of experience demonstrated in the installation process. They changed out breakers for us, and migrated the receptacle box to new locations in the wall, to make room for the new stove, and terminated the connections safely. I just saved Cisco Electric's contact on my phone since I'll definitely hire them again in the future. I had an issue with power shorting out in a line of outlets in my kitchen. I previously had 2 different general contractors take a look at the issue and they either couldn't find the problem or just put a band aid on it. We had bad experience with this service. First of all, they were shady about the price and also the jobs they would perform. When they changed the outlets, they did not close some of them and we did not know until after they left. When I called them back to fix some of the lousy jobs they done, Cisco said that he was out of town celebrating some family event and never got back to us. Very nice and hard working guys! Came today to fix one of my circuit breakers. He was very professional and fast; even gave me a short lesson on how does everything work in my electric panel and how did we blow off our breaker. Since electrical stuff to me is like Sinhalese, I appreciate him taking time and explaining each step, wire, switch, etc. Also, my boys had a playdate at the time of Francisco's visit, and they were quite curious about Francisco's work. We needed a licensed electrician to come help do a job at our commercial shop to get things up to code. We were stressed and calling around to get an electrician ASAP, but the three that I've called were not able to do it in a timely manor and also wanted charge us an arm and a leg. Cisco Electric is reliable and perfect. I wanted to have three GFCI outlets in my toilets as I wanted to install bidets. Everywhere I called, they wanted 50-80$ just to come out and give estimate. I think that's pretty unfair. Why should I spend money upfront just to give me an estimate? If I call three people and choose one, I am already losing more than 100$. But Francisco was awesome! He came in, looked at it. Told me how is he gonna pulo the wires and gave me an estimate. The day I called him accepting his estimate.ate, he toled that 3 days before, he will draw out the contract and get the advance. And he showed up on the dot to get that done. That showed me that he was punctual. On the work day, everybody showed up and got the work done the most efficient way. My house atyic structure is pretty weird and even with that they managed to do the wiring. Cleaned up after their worked, patched up drywall and it was all good. He also told me that the work is guaranteed and if it fails, I can call him. I can't tell you how smooth the work was. A++. Let me start by saying that I have never written a Yelp review before but felt compelled to endorse Cisco after a wonderful experience! Easy to schedule an appointment, very professional, neat, polite, and punctual. Quality work - I got some recessed lights installed in my first floor living room with no attic access. Four other electricians I got quotes from said they would have to cut the wall/ceiling and that I would need to get the patch work done by an independent contractor (which would have needed the entire ceiling to be painted again). Francisco was very diligent about not making any unnecessary cuts and in fact got the whole job done without cutting any other places than where he needed to install the cans. I needed to get a Tesla charger installed in my garage so I started calling up electricians in the area trying to get a quote. I got a large number of quotes over the phone ranging anywhere from 300 to 5000! Cisco was the only guy who insisted on coming in and looking at it for free before giving me a quote so I took him up on that offer and he showed up the next day. I could immediately tell from some of his comments that he was very knowledgable and he was quick to explain what was needed and what wasn't and he gave me an out the door quote that was very fair and well justified. He said he would show up the next morning and kept his word and within a couple of hours, my charger was all set up and my car was good to go. He also gets some cool points for doing the outlet using quality parts that are superior to what I had supplied him with. It pains me to leave this updated review since I had loved Cisco and his team in their last visit and had thought that I've found my go to electrician. Don't get my wrong, their team did a great job but Cisco had promised that he'll make another visit to replace the faulty switch and to take a look at the ceiling fan that started wobbling and making noise after he left. We scheduled time but he wasn't able to come and didn't let me know either so I ended up waiting for him. We then re-scheduled and again the same thing. This happened three times and he never came out. After about a month of this, I finally gave up and am calling someone else to help. I would want to take services from someone who can also follow up and stand by their work and not someone who would just forget their customers after the transaction is completed. Very disappointed.
