Bummed I have to leave this review because I absolutely loved this place a few months ago when a different woman who I believe is the owner was doing the threading. She would do such a great job and was so friendly. Now there is a new woman working there and it's a whole different experience. When I get home, I notice half the hair is still on my upper lip. Since it's impossible to see anything in that tiny mirror they give you to check and even when I would ask the new woman to go over a spot another time she would say "Oh I've already done it so many times." Since I've found this spot I come here consistently, but I'm disappointed to say I will have to find a new threading place since it seems this new woman is the only person working, meaning they are also short staffed and there is a long wait almost every time I come. read more

I happen to be in the area waiting for my dog to be finished at the groomer and saw City Threading. I went in asking for an eyebrow wax as in my previous experience, threading hadn't removed all of the hair completely. However, she asked if I wanted to try threading again and if I didn't like it she would wax me. She did AMAZING and I didn't need the wax. Would highly recommend this place! Just went here today for the first time. I have an ethician that I normally go to but she is on vacation so I went here. The prices are affordable and the lady who did my waxing was nice. I got waxing for my eyebrows, upper lip, legs, and Brazilian. I found a couple of stray hairs on my eyebrows but no big deal, just plucked a couple of hairs when I got home. I must say that I have been getting Brazilian waxing for 10 years and this was probably my most painful experience. I also found a couple of hairs on my legs when I got home and plucked some and shaved some. Also I made my appointment for 10:00 on their website and the confirmation text they sent me also said that but they wrote down that my appointment was at 10:30 so the lady took me at 10:00 but she had to warm the wax and still get things ready so that seemed disorganized to me. I will continue going to my normal lady but if she ever goes on vacation when I need a wax than I would come back here. read more
