Then of course, a group of White ladies walked in and they were immediately greeted. Not off to a great start. I continue to go ahead and browse the makeup aisles and made my way to the Dior area. I have been eyeing their base as well as Hourglass's primer and could have really used the assistance of an employee. No one was around me so I made my way toward the front of the store in hopes of finding one. In the middle of the store was a roundish Asian lady with black hair and grown out blonde highlights standing. I asked for her help, and was immediately met with attitude and no sense of customer service. "What do you need?" and a frown was all I received. Personally, I found that I would rather go to another Sephora (which I did) and find assistance there. I turned around and walked out, and funnily enough, I saw the employee in front greeting the other White patrons walking in. It's a shame that this store neglects basic customer service and kindness, but that's what u get these days. No good help these days!

For a company that prides itself on a semi-luxury customer service, the experience felt dismissive and disappointing. As a person of color, the interaction left me feeling especially overlooked and undervalued as a customer. Not worth the price and headache!

They didn't have the shade I usually buy so I was trying on different ones to see if I could find one that fit and that was in stock. Kimberly nicely approached me and started helping me try on the available shades, the one shade that fit perfectly wasn't in stock and we couldn't get it online either, but she was extremely nice to get me sample, that'll probably last me a few months since I don't do my make up often, and she also advised me to look in other stores since it was on sale. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SALON SERVICES…read more Absolutely horrible experience. I went in for a simple brow cleanup and walked out with part of my eyebrow missing. Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn't notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable. All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. After multiple complaints and constant back and forth, they gave me a $50 gift card, which doesn't even come close to covering the products I now have to buy to fill it in and try to grow it back. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and regret. Go somewhere else.

I asked the hair stylist if it was possible, she seemed to think it was. I told her what I liked about my inspo picture and we chose a pink. She bleached the length of my hair, except about an inch from my roots and underneath on the back of my head (roots and underneath all left brown). My hair was mostly orange, some pinks, and completely fried. It was/ is tragic. The integrity of my mostly virgin hair is ruined. When it came time to blow dry I realized there was no way THIS was what I was going to pay for. I had a nail appointment and a second date after my appointment all of which I had to cancel (obviously). Management was really nice but also worried. I chose to go elsewhere to get it fixed, because no one really had a solution. I have to purchase all of the hair stuff to try to build the bonds in my hair back, and am honestly lucky I didn't have to chop it all off. If you're looking for just a root touch up, I think this salon is perfect. Anything else? Take this as your warning. The price and deals they offer aren't worth it!

Their Demi-color covered up all my grays. I went using the new customer promo, Maddie was my stylist. Loved her, she did an excellent job, and I am very happy with my color, but probably will not be back as I prefer a more full service salon.
