Last night I called in my order & the old guy that answered was very rude, I didn't even finish my order & he hung up on me, I called back & I told him I wasn't done ordering and he said that I was & that he told me to have a nice day, it was night time btw...I go pick up my phone order & he was rude, he charged me $50 dollars, I asked him for an itemized receipt & he told me the prices with an attitude...I asked him for some ketchup & dressing & he said "I asked you how many forks do you want" with a very bad attitude....I definitely will Not go there again, I'm sure that old fart could care less but their food ain't all that and with his shitty attitude his food sucks even more... read more

What happened to Classic Burger? This used to be my family's "go to" for the best hamburger in the area. Today we ordered for pick-up, two burgers and a BLT with french fries. The hamburgers were horrible! The patties were super thin and overcooked to the point of being crunchy. The fries were also overcooked and had no salt on them. The BLT was the only thing that was edible. We threw away the rest. I wonder if there is new ownership as I did not recognize any of the employees. This place is a small burger joint on the corner of a renovated plaza. Overall, the place is fairly small, as around 15-20 people can fit inside and they have around 4 tables outside. Service is decent, they are friendly and get your food cooked without much delay. I've been there two times and tried the double cheeseburger, chili cheese fries and the beef and chicken teriyaki combo plate. All the items I've"ve tried definitely had large portions, and I had to share with the teriyaki and the chili cheese fries in order to finish them. The double cheeseburger was good and included lots of lettuce, tomato, onions and thousand island dressing. One issue I had with the burger was that the patty had a little too much seasoning, and made it a bit salty. The chili cheese fries were met my expectations: lots of melted cheese and hot chili! The beef and chicken teriyaki plate is the best value. Lots of chicken and beef which your choice of salad. and rice. there is plenty of teriyaki sauce included but it definitely doesn't hurt to add more! 2015 YELP 100 CHALLENGE - 12/100 Small joint located right next to the gas station of the 85 Degree Bakery plaza. Came here based on the reviews of their chicken/beef teriyaki and their portions. I have the same complaints as everyone else. I realize that everything has gone up, but the prices here for fast food are pretty extreme. The interior is not at all inviting if you even wished to eat there. Went there on a Sunday and ordered a burger the woman behind counter pointed to sign which said breakfast til 11a.m. I came in around 10:20am It didn't say only breakfast would be served as she then stated. There was no other person in the place. I stated that's Ok I'll go elsewhere then she said she would cook what I wanted but it was too late. I had decided to go elsewhere. I gave it 2 stars as the chicken teriyaki plate is still good though pricey now. It's been a long while since I've been to Classic Burger. This was an immensely popular joint for people back in my high school years, with people being split between either In n Out or here. Price is decent, service is quick (you can even call in to order beforehand so the food is ready by the time you arrive), and best of all, the food is good. There are a variety of burgers, all being quite good. They also serve massive breakfast burritos though, which I was a huge fan of. Burger comes with dressing (thousand island), pickles, tomatoes, diced onions, and lettuce. Very juicy with tons of flavor.
