I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.

All items were returned to me extremely damaged after cleaning. Damage to the Reformation dresses included pleats being removed from multiple dresses, all the dresses shrinking, and dresses losing elasticity. The worst damage, by far, was to my one-of-a-kind wedding dress. The top is now a whole size smaller, the fabric from the inner lining has been frayed, and the structure of the bottom has been completely changed. This dress was not only sentimental and expensive, it was required for a second ceremony overseas. Because it was damaged and we needed to attend our second wedding overseas immediately, we were forced to scramble while traveling internationally to repair the dress and secure backup outfits immediately before the wedding. Despite extensive documentation, before-and-after photos and videos, and corroborating assessments from the dress designer, a seamstress, and dry-cleaning professionals, the business refused responsibility, blamed manufacturer defects, and offered no meaningful resolution. The most disappointing part of this ordeal is that they never apologized or even seemed to consider it could possibly be their fault, and have now stopped responding to our communications. We will be filing a claim in small claims court. Not only is the total value of these garments over $4,000, the distress and frustration this ordeal has caused us was immense as well. If you value designer, formal, or irreplaceable garments, proceed with extreme caution. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and customer care matter. Unfortunately, neither was shown here.

As someone in my 80s, I found the entire encounter incredibly intimidating and distressing.
