Yes Yes Yes! Charming ambiance, excellent food and great service! We went for breakfast and I got an egg, turkey sausage, and the beignets. Everything was delicious. I also had coffee and that was some of the best coffee I've had at a restaurant in Clearwater. My husband got the traditional breakfast and he said everything was wonderful. Came on a Saturday early afternoon for breakfast. We waited around 15-20 mins for a table. It wasn't too bad of a wait. This place was perfect. Although it didn't have an ocean view it was right near the beach. It has kind of a diner vibe with plenty of seating inside and a few outside. The food was delicious. I pretty much finished my whole meal and left no crumbs. The wait staff was amazing and so friendly. I would definitely come back to this place again. read more

Back up and open after hurricane. Remodel is beautiful. Inside so different and up to date. Ordered breakfast. Omelette, crepes, breakfast burrito, and bacon, egg, and cheese on bagel. All great! No skimping. Alot of staff on, so no waiting! Great start to new season! read more

The beach ambience outside and dark wood inside makes this place as casual or romantic as you could want. There has been good live music when I have been.. The staff always pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. It had been a while since we had been, the menu was extensive with wide variety of for any tastes. We started with the Brussel sprouts with bacon, goat cheese and balsamic, oh my they were perfectly crispy with crispy bacon and a couple dollops of goat cheese, yum yum! The food was phenomenal we ordered the heart attack biscuit and the chicken and waffles. The trolley driver had suggested we come here and the recommendation did not disappoint. While we were here we sat at the bar and the bartender, Julie was a superstar. She was exhausting to watch she was working so hard. So nice. Multitasked like a boss. Ordered turkey sausage because we don't eat pork, they gave us the bacon still and then when we returned it, they didn't replace it with the turkey sausage. Our server stated she brought my jelly for the English muffin to the wrong table and that's why it took her so long to bring it. I was able to finish my entire skillet before getting my jelly. Syrup wasn't given with the pancakes and had to ask the host for it. My fiancé got scrambled eggs when she ordered over medium. The chicken in my skillet tasted a little funky as well, super dry and almost tasted and felt like it was from yesterday. Heard a lot of good reviews which is why we came here. We frequent Clearwater for vacation from Maryland but had our first visit to Clear Sky last week. We played a bit of a seat change game since our initial indoor seat was cramped but then the strong storms forced us back inside to a thankfully more spacious seat for our party of four. The hotel I was staying at recommended this place for breakfast and it was a great choice. When we arrived it was pretty busy but the wait wasn't bad. The have a great variety of options breakfast food from burritos, pancakes, eggs Benedict and more. They even had a Bloody Mary station that had a variety of rims and toppings! Overall not a great experience. I ordered a draft Stella (as described on the menu) and received a warm bottle. We also ordered an Aperol Spritz that was very underwhelming (not much ice and heavy on the aperol). They seemed understaffed as it took a while to be served and we were only checked on once. Food was very tasty and the price was appropriate. They have nice outdoor seating that isn't in direct sunlight. We walked past this place in previous years but after reading, good reviews, we decided to try it. We will no longer walk past it in the coming years. It's a great local spot. We asked two different people where we should have lunch and both of them recommended this place so we thought we would give it a shot! Clear Sky Restaurant in Clearwater Beach is a very good place with a great atmosphere, great staff, and most importantly, great food. I visited on a Saturday for brunch and although there was a line out the door, we only waited about 20 minutes which was totally worth it. Our server Danielle was amazing and very attentive. She made the experience even better by providing impeccable service. The menu options at Clear Sky Restaurant are endless, and we tried several items. The mimosas were great and a perfect way to start our meal. In addition, we also had fresh squeezed orange juice which was very good. The heart attack biscuit, which is three eggs your way, fried chicken, gravy, and cheese served on a buttermilk biscuit, was nothing short of amazing. The biscuit was perfectly crispy and the combination of flavors was just perfect. We also tried the Mexican Skillet which is a skillet with Chorizo sausage, guacamole, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, and a side of ranchero sauce. This dish was bursting with flavor and definitely one of our favorites. The chicken burrito was equally impressive with grilled chicken, two scrambled eggs, peppers, onions, cheddar-jack cheese, topped with guacamole, sour cream, and ranchero sauce, served with homestyle potatoes. The dish was filling and delicious, with each ingredient complementing the other perfectly. The Beignets & Berries was a delightful and light dessert that I highly recommend ordering for the table during brunch. This deep-fried French pastry with fresh berries and caramel, topped with powdered sugar, was a perfect end to our meal. I also recommend ordering the breakfast potatoes crispy as they were the perfect accompaniment to all our dishes. Overall, I highly recommend Clear Sky Restaurant in Clearwater Beach. We had such a wonderful dinner experience at Clear Sky Cafe! Kristina and Rashid were amazing and provided excellent service from start to finish. When we first arrived, we chose to sit outside but changed our minds due to noise. The vibe outside was very different than inside, just a more lively and inside was a little quieter and calmer. Take your pick!!! They moved us inside without any hesitation and were so kind and accommodating about it. I am currently following a strict low-FODMAP elimination diet, which can make eating out extremely stressful. Kristina was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns, especially regarding gluten, dairy, garlic, and onion. She went back to the kitchen multiple times to check ingredients and even helped brainstorm possible substitutions so I could still enjoy my meal safely. I ended up ordering a margarita-style pizza with olive oil, mozzarella, basil, and bacon, and it was great! Every time Kristina came to the table, she asked whether I had any additional questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything I was eating. She was also funny, friendly, and genuinely made the entire experience much less stressful. My family was still able to enjoy meals that looked amazing, while I felt completely taken care of. It can be very difficult to eat out with strict dietary concerns, but Kristina and Rashid made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Beware of this location! The Dunedin location does a much better job with the food. Different menu, much better selections. Over priced for drinks, same as the draught haus but it makes it ok if I'm getting good food. Balsamic glaze blue cheese kettle chips were more of a bowl of balsamic soup with a blue cheese n chip garnish. Ordered the booze burger and was served with a thai satay sauce. Sent the burger back, only to have the server tell me that the kitchen wants to know if they can use the same patty and just scrape off the sauce and toppings. As I thought to myself, why do I want someone handling a patty that I already took a bite out of, I should have said yes because my second "rare" burger came out well done. Bloody Mary bar has great selections, however, the bartender was very slow and by the time I got mine dressed and ready to consume, half the ice was melted. Tip: don't do a Bloody Mary bar out in the sun! Luke warm toppings and mixers is not very appetizing! Overall grade, D-. I've heard and read so many great things about this place. 800 sq ft of sitting on top of each other is not a good time for me. Not to mention the tourist next to me feeding the seagulls. One more tip, I don't have respect for mangers that sit outside and smoke when your on a wait. Good luck at your next job! read more

Ate there 4 days in a row just this week with the family, and all 4 times were really, really good. Staff was very attentive and friendly (thanks to Spenser, Joel, Luigi and our first waitress whom I forgot the name, sorry dear), and food was top notch. At first glance Clear Sky seems more like a regular beach joint, one you find at any beach area with live music, but no, they are absolutely a few steps above that (not that there is anything wrong with it). I mean, I had their pork chop and it was perfectly cooked and with a mustard sauce out of this world (+fingerling potatoes and a oven baked tomato - yummmm). The mussels we had the last day (white wine/garlic) were also fantastic, worthy of a Michelin star (no kidding) - and they brought us fresh extra garlic toasts to finish up the abundant broth. Live music outside was fine, but a bit loud (our choice though as there was plenty seats available inside. Only thing I could say is a negative (and the reason we did not seat inside), is the outdated décor, but wouldn't take a star out because of it. Anyway, congrats to the chef and all staff. BTW, thanks for the free lava cake you gave us for my daughters birthday, it was very much appreciated. Will be back soon as we travel to Clearwater often and stay right across the street. read more

I have taken my visitors from out of town to visit this establishment RELIGIOUSLY for the past 2 years, since moving here. After the service I received this weekend, I WILL NOT be returning. My server, NICOLE was condescending, completely inattentive and overly RUDE! Any time we asked a question regarding the menu, her response was, "Read the description". I had already read the description and wanted a little clarification, which she was unwilling to provide. She then forgot to put in my husbands' order and when we pointed this out, she stormed away and returned to tell us that we never ordered it!!!! She never once apologized or tried to make our dining experience pleasant in any way!! I can not even fathom how she gained employment here or made it through training. She then took it upon herself to add gratuity to our bill, when we were only 4 people! I didn't notice at the restaurant and tipped her on top of that, and she never bothered to point out that we DOUBLE TIPPED her ACCIDENTALLY. I am guessing she does this often. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be taking my company to Caretta on the Gulf, where the customer is ALWAYS right and treated with respect. read more

One of our favorites in Clearwater. The menu is extensive, so good for families with "picky eaters". I had the Blackened Grilled Seafood mix. You get 3 shrimp, 3 scallops, and a generous filet of fish served with grilled veggies and rice. Our waitress (Rachel) recommended an upgrade to grouper as the fish and Diver scallops. I accepted and was glad for the recommendation. It did cost about $12 extra. The food was excellent. It comes with a spicy mayonnaise dip, which I liked also. I had one of the cheaper Chardonnay's, and it paired well with my dinner My wife chose the Cajun Chicken Pasta, and she was very happy with the food. She could not finish the entire bowl. The kids got the flatbread Hawaiian pizza and the BBQ stack burger. The fries with the burger were like a hybrid of waffle fries and potato cakes; they were very tasty! Great experience, great service, great food. We will be back for sure. Ps we ate at Frenchys original the previous night. No comparison in our opinion. Frenchys smells strongly of seafood upon entrance. The seating is too close proximity, and the servers were overwhelmed. The margaritas were tasty. read more

My family and I recently dined here, and our experience was beyond amazing. We chose to sit at an outside table under an umbrella, which provided a lovely atmosphere for our meal. The service was exceptional, thanks to our sweet and attentive server from Pennsylvania (I wish I could remember her name!). She ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I started with a strawberry mimosa, which was delightful. A quick tip for those sitting outside: the heat can get to your drink, so don't hesitate to ask for some ice if you need it. For my main course, I ordered the lobster omelette, and it was phenomenal. The portion of lobster in the omelette was perfect, and it was cooked to perfection. The grits that came with it were equally fantastic. Our son had two eggs with cheese, grits, and sausage, and he devoured his meal. My husband ordered the Huevos Rancheros, which he described as very satisfying. He says it had the flavor that he was expecting in a Latin genre of breakfast. Overall, our experience here was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning the next time we're in Clearwater. Highly recommended! read more

Beware of this location! Go to Dunedin if you want good food from this brand... We waited 20/25 min to sit, server did a good job, kitchen not so good. Ordered a burger rare, made the wrong burger, then asked if they could scrape off the toppings and re-use the same burger with the correct toppings, after I already had abite out of it. As bad as that sounds, I should have said yes because my second "rare" burger came out well done. Balsamic glaze chips with blue cheese on top was more of a bowl of balsamic soup and very little BC. Tip: don't do a bloody Mary bar with ice in the glass! Give the glass with vodka, then let the bar serve the ice prior to adding toppings. Super nice girl but way to chatty with everyone to finish my time sensitive drink. Tables way to close together! I enjoy sitting in public eating, I don't enjoy sitting so close to the tables on either side of me that I can smell their breath. Very pricey for food and drinks for fast food at best. As I mentioned before, go to Dunedin and you will experience something way different from this brand. read more

I came to Clearwater Beach from the Northeast 2 years ago. The first place I ever went was Clear Sky recommended to me by a realtor. It has become my home away from home I work in the medical field, therefore, I am not home much. Clear Sky became my 2nd family. I got there at least 3 times a week. I enjoy the happy hour with 1/2 pizzas, however, I love the booze burger with the whiskey sauce and black and bleu fries. Also, when I had family in town, we had entrees which were wonderful with the best calamari you could have. I highly recommend it. Coming from the Northeast, sitting on the patio with the sun shining and being able to see the gulf goes without saying. I highly recommend Clear Sky for a fun, friendly atmosphere with great servers and great food. read more

I had a nice meal here last night, great location on beautiful Clearwater Beach. Th efood was delicious, I had a flatbread Pizza and an app at the bar. Service was excellent at the bar, nice good looking chap, very friendly, even as he was being berated by who I thought was a drunk obnoxios patron, and turned out to be the owner. What an ass! This guy needs to get some anger management or get off the bottle?? I am a local resident on Clearwater Beach and dine here at least once a week and each and everytime I have friends or family visit. My 8 year old twin grandsons won't go anywhere else and have said to everyone that Clear Sky has the best Pizza ever!! I love the calamari salad and any of the seafood items. You can't beat the happy hour specials that feature 1/2 price pizzas !! The service is always friendly and attentive and themanagement makes you feel special. oh!! My daughter went online and found this place since it's our first time visiting were not sure what we were going to see. When we got there were seated outside which was nice, not a big place cozy and small. I liked our waiter RIO she was really nice she knew the menu and did recommend a lot from it, I had the seafood jambalaya had to add more spice (I like it spicey) was looking for red beans but everyone makes it different, food was good it was pricey (just a heads up). We are vacationing in Clearwater beach and randomly chose to eat here. What a happy accident! Our server, David was very professional and passionate about the food here. The restaurant was also very kid-friendly, which we were worried about before we arrived. I had the amazing Korean Short Rib which just fell apart it was so tender. My wife had the filet medallions which David told her would be fork-tender. He did not disappoint! Also, the kids fries were probably the best I've ever tasted. Great food, great atmosphere. Stopped for a quick bite to eat. Joel our server was very informative and helpful with making suggestions for appetizers and the evening specials. It was our first time visiting Florida, especially Clearwater. We had made a reservation at Clear Sky Cafe at 5:30, but we had got in early before our reservation time and they were able to sit us down. If you get a chance go to this place and have the bloody Mary oh my gosh best around here I've had since I was in New Orleans. I do like the steak and eggs it's kind of cold updated the filet we could be a little bigger but I'm a big eater. I didn't try one so I just take her word as to how good they were. DU had blackened grouper; only trouble was that it didn't come out with everything else. Once it finally DID come out, DU enjoyed it quite nicely. However this is the kinda stuff that needs to be squared away. This is why Star #4 doesn't get it. We love dear Michelle and the ambiance in this joint. Let's see what happens next time...if there IS one. Just don't hold your breath please.

Host was nice and friendly. He walked us to our tables and got our menus off the wall. Coffee serving was big. Food came out fast after we ordered our food. It's a small kind of like a local diner. Cost wise for each person's meal was not that expensive. It was home comfort food that hit the spot for us. We were fortunate to get seated right away and avoid long waits to be seated at other places. .
