The environment is nice, staff were friendly, server was busy but helped as she could. Pizza was very good. Tuna salad was very boring. Waygu sliders? Just two small parties of ground beef, very boring. Ceviche? If you like shrimp, ok, but do not expect a lot of sea food (as it is described in the menu). read more

Nice locals spot but also touristy. The service is great. I was here for both lunch and dinner a couple of times. I have sat at a table and at the bar, both time service was very consistent. The food is great, if you are looking for a sandwich or an entree you can't go wrong. Seafood lovers like myself will appreciate the local selections. Honorabke mention for their seafood grill entree. read more

This was the 2nd visit to Clear Sky Cafe for my family. We loved it the first time. The 2nd time, even better. I had to write this review to make sure people know that this unassuming restaurant is a MUST TRY when you are in Clearwater Beach. Many of the restaurants in the area are bland, boring tourist traps. This place is different. We tried a wide variety of items on the menu - sushi, barramundi (fresh catch), the short ribs, the hamburger, southwestern egg rolls, and a few kids menu options. Everything was great. Service was impeccable. By coincidence, we got the same server both times we visited. He was very professional, friendly, and attentive. Seriously, try this place. Don't look any further. You can thank me later. read more

Amazing craft cocktails Drinks: Highly recommend the smoked old fashioned. One of the best! 10/10 They have two options for espresso martinis. Dark or creamy. I tried the dark it was good. Recommend darker if you prefer it more bitter than sweet. Next time I would get the creamy one that is made with kahlua Also tried the wagyu beef sliders with jalapeño onion jam and brie. The jam was sweet with caramelized onions. Served with fries. 10/10 read more

The dynamite shrimp were perfect for an appetizer! I totally forgot to take a photo because after the first bite, I couldn't stop from going back in for another one. The Ahi salad was amazing! The dressing is sweet but savory at the same time- delicious! The ramen bowl was pretty great as well! I did ask for the chili crisps to be on the side instead of in the bowl, and I'm glad I did. That chili crisp added a different level of spice! The soy sauce egg in this bowl was my favorite part about it! Our bartender, Nick, was so nice and chatty. He made us feel so welcomed and made great suggestions. There was a band on the patio so go if you are looking for a great time to dance and be social. Went back the next day for lunch as well- did not disappoint. read more

I don't like to post bad reviews, but when I do , it's usually in hopes that the problem we encountered is corrected by management. We were visiting Clearwater for a few days. As a yelper I checked a few places out before getting here, and this place seemed good. It was 11:45 am, we were seated quickly. A person dropped menus on the table and walked away. Didn't know it was the server..until she returned and asked if we wanted drinks. I noticed it was a breakfast menu, and asked if I could order lunch she said lunch isn't served till 12. That was in 10 min.. so I said fine, I'll have a beer, my wife will have a sparking water. She walked away... said nothing... brought back the drinks. It was after 12, my wife placed her order and I placed mine.. I'd like to have the jambalaya. She says.. it takes a half hour to switch to the lunch menus. Why not say that earlier? We paid for our drinks and walked out. The server was young, maybe having a bad day...but that's not the way to treat customers. read more

Will visit again if in the Clearwater area. Great food, good service, and nice interior (with AC since it was hot). Had the blackened seafood combo and work buddy had the sea bass. Both of us cleared the plates. Had a couple beers. Waitress nicely accommodated the inconvenience of our business requirement to have separate checks for food and alcohol. Thank you read more

This is an amazing restaurant. Very reasonable and very delicious. Good quantities and great service. We had breakfast here and returned for dinner which both were excellent. We did have to wait a little bit, but the white was worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

I have been coming here for about 5 years now religiously for Sunday brunch and sometimes mid-week days. The food and service is top notch. Samantha behind the bar is a beast! I have gotten to know so many servers and managers over the years and everyone is so nice and accommodating. The menu has changed over the years and I do have to say they took away a few of my favorite items but the great thing is you can ask for any item to be altered to your liking and they will gladly do it. Of course, some items do have an upcharge. I have most of the items on the breakfast menu and all are so good. The food quality is on point and the presentation is also there to make your delicious food beautiful. Clearsky also does not skimp on the amount of food they serve. I often have to take some of my breakfast home. The lunch and dinner is also great. Get the Calamari Fries!! They are just like regular Calamari but instead of rings they are like fries. They are thicker then most and come out perfectly fried where they are juicy and tender. I could go on and on about different menu items here but I honestly have never had a bad experience. On nights and weekends they will also do specials that always sound so good and the times I have gotten them, they did not disappoint. They give out amazing food at a great price point and can hang with the high-end steak places in Tampa that would charge double for the same thing. Clearsky is just simply a place that you need to try. Join the group of regulars, seeing familiar faces makes the experience even better. This is my "Cheers". read more

Food here is consistent. There were 11 in our group and the service was excellent. Many food options. Those in the group who ordered rice said it was so salty it was inedible. Once the server was told she promptly dealt with the issue. The ambiance is nice since the remodeling. There is a nice outdoor seating area and there was live music. Had a reservation for five people which the hostess acknowledged. We then waited outside for at least 40 minutes after our reservation time in brisk weather, constantly having to sidestep traffic as there was no waiting area other than an obnoxiously large novelty chair. In that time, the hostess took at least three parties that walked up after us, including a family with four children. When we finally asked what the deal was, they said that we had an "assigned" table and that the party before us was just sitting there chatting despite having already paid and not ordering anything else. When we asked if the staff could politely ask them to leave, they insisted they couldn't do that, as it was "owner's policy" to not ask people to leave. We told them to cancel the reservation since they had no intention of honoring it, and all we got was an "OK, that's fine." No apology, no acknowledgement of how long we waited, nothing. Thing is, we are friends of the owner's family, and though we have resolved to not be petty about it by phoning him, I don't believe for a moment that he would have implemented such an asinine policy. If a group is not actively eating/drinking or awaiting an order and is not paying to hold the table, and you KNOW that you have reservations that you have to honor, then ASK THEM TO LEAVE. And if you don't have the spine to do that, then don't take reservations. Better yet, don't work front-of-house at all. But hey, thanks for turning our night out into a crappy Seinfeld episode. read more

4++ Food & Drinks - Starting with a Bloody Mary and loaded it up with everything. Really good and almost a meal in itself. We had heard the French toast was good so we went with the pecan French toast and the cinnamon bun French toast. The pecan was very good really well done with candied pecans and a nice cinnamon butter. The cinnamon bun French toast was amazing. Doesn't need syrup to make it great. It is a sweet, rich and melt in your mouth bite after bite. Service - Server was good and checked on us from time to time. Had a little bit of a wait for brunch but with the quality of food, I can understand. Ambiance - It has a nice balance of inside and outside seating. Very clean and a little more upscale than some other restaurants along the beach. I would definitely recommend and would probably go back to try some of the omelets or other popular dishes. read more

Three and a half years since our last visit and just as wonderful as I remember. Definitely less busy than last time (visiting in July now vs. Oct). We went twice on our 4 day vacation. I had the Square Meal Deal which had wonderful pancakes and extra crispy home style potatoes. The second time I had the lobster Brie Bennie which was great as well. Everything is reasonably priced. They said they remodeled after the storm. It looked nice, but I don't remember going inside last time to compare. We always sit outside. Both servers were great; the guy the first day was super sweet and seemed interested in talking to customers. read more

Overall this was a solid spot to eat in Clearwater. First day I had Lobster ravioli and it was good. Had a lot of lobster pieces too so that was a plus. Had a good experience so went back the next day and got the chicken bacon club sandwich and that was just okay. Chicken was pretty dry and bacon had a slight burnt flavor to it. However the coleslaw on the side was interesting. Service was decent. read more

Went to Clear Sky Cafe for a quick nice/casual date night, it was not packed but had a good amount of customers. We sat outside and there was a musician playing some good music. The Dynamite Shrimp were incredible and I would highly recommend them. I ordered the BBQ Haystack Burger which was good as well. A nice spot worth going for a meal. read more

Inconsistent. Do NOT trust their hours. As a local, I rely on consistent kitchen hours. When your hours state kitchen open til midnight on a Friday, but you close the kitchen at 10, no bueno. Especially when i was just there on a Wednesday at 11 and ate from the full menu. You just lost a pretty loyal family/customer for good. Your food was decent enough but this is intolerable. Fix your hours. Be responsible. And also, you booths SUCK. They must be amazon bc they are the worst i have ever sat in. read more

Always love to visit this place on vacation. Food was perfect as usual, but the service was subpar and I think it was because I was a solo diner. When I arrived, I wasn't asked if I wanted anything from the bar, Wasn't told the daily specials, just asked "do you know what you want". It was a few minutes before sunset so told my server I was going to run down to see it (seemed annoyed). When I returned 10 minutes later, my food was as my seat......not sure why it wasn't kept back until I arrived. Temperate wise it was fine but just not happy my food was just "sitting out". Water was only filled once I was done with my blackened mixed grill. In comparison to the experience I had last year (same time of year / same order) it was not great. Please don't discriminate against solo diners because you don't think your tip is gonna be big enough. I was a server for many years and tip nicely and definitely over tipped in that situation. read more

Went to dinner for large birthday group. 1 waitress for a party of 15+. I wish I remembered her name but she did an amazing job. Very attentive and made sure we didn't have to wait for anything. Drinks were great. Food was very, very good and well executed. For a beach restaurant, prices were very fair for portions. Everyone was very happy with both food and service. Lucked out on parking out front but your experience may vary. There is paid parking across the street. Will be back. read more

It was crazy hot so we couldn't sit on the patio but at sunset it was still a stunning view. Kalby was an absolute pleasure to be serviced by. She was attentive and used her talents to help recommend entrees from the menu. Our starter was the bulgogi skewers which were perfectly balanced with sweet and Korean spice. The edamame was our least favorite dish. I did discuss this with kalby and the manager. The idea was there but poor execution. The gochujang sea salt...the gochujang just wasn't there and once you ate that top layer all you got was oily edamame, so much oil...you wouldn't need chapstick for the rest of the day. Then wins though came from the cocktails. Ours were delicious and my old fashion was spot on. Also in the win was the sunset sushi, beautiful and fantastic, along with Korean crispy chicken. The peanut sauce was the perfect balance to that meal. Now...what we also loved that should be permanently on the menu was the mochi. We had 4 of them and they were wonderful! Everyone should be able to experience these. But ocean hai on your list as a must try place for sure.

The skewers were sort of dry and chewy...and I don't know that they tasted like bolgogi. The tuna tartar app tasted heavily of lime and nothing else and the cuts on the tuna were pretty messy and made it a bit difficult to eat. The grouper entree was okay, but the piece of fish I got looked like a baseball in that it was thick and sort of round? It made it just kind of tough and overcooked on the outside and a little undercooked on the inside. The chicken fried rice was good, but nothing to write home about.

Clear Sky Restaurant in Clearwater Beach is a very good place with a great atmosphere, great staff, and most importantly, great food. I visited on a Saturday for brunch and although there was a line out the door, we only waited about 20 minutes which was totally worth it. Our server Danielle was amazing and very attentive. She made the experience even better by providing impeccable service. The menu options at Clear Sky Restaurant are endless, and we tried several items. The mimosas were great and a perfect way to start our meal. In addition, we also had fresh squeezed orange juice which was very good. The heart attack biscuit, which is three eggs your way, fried chicken, gravy, and cheese served on a buttermilk biscuit, was nothing short of amazing. The biscuit was perfectly crispy and the combination of flavors was just perfect. We also tried the Mexican Skillet which is a skillet with Chorizo sausage, guacamole, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, and a side of ranchero sauce. This dish was bursting with flavor and definitely one of our favorites. The chicken burrito was equally impressive with grilled chicken, two scrambled eggs, peppers, onions, cheddar-jack cheese, topped with guacamole, sour cream, and ranchero sauce, served with homestyle potatoes. The dish was filling and delicious, with each ingredient complementing the other perfectly. The Beignets & Berries was a delightful and light dessert that I highly recommend ordering for the table during brunch. This deep-fried French pastry with fresh berries and caramel, topped with powdered sugar, was a perfect end to our meal. I also recommend ordering the breakfast potatoes crispy as they were the perfect accompaniment to all our dishes. Overall, I highly recommend Clear Sky Restaurant in Clearwater Beach. We had such a wonderful dinner experience at Clear Sky Cafe! Kristina and Rashid were amazing and provided excellent service from start to finish. When we first arrived, we chose to sit outside but changed our minds due to noise. The vibe outside was very different than inside, just a more lively and inside was a little quieter and calmer. Take your pick!!! They moved us inside without any hesitation and were so kind and accommodating about it. I am currently following a strict low-FODMAP elimination diet, which can make eating out extremely stressful. Kristina was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns, especially regarding gluten, dairy, garlic, and onion. She went back to the kitchen multiple times to check ingredients and even helped brainstorm possible substitutions so I could still enjoy my meal safely. I ended up ordering a margarita-style pizza with olive oil, mozzarella, basil, and bacon, and it was great! Every time Kristina came to the table, she asked whether I had any additional questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything I was eating. She was also funny, friendly, and genuinely made the entire experience much less stressful. My family was still able to enjoy meals that looked amazing, while I felt completely taken care of. It can be very difficult to eat out with strict dietary concerns, but Kristina and Rashid made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely ask for their help again the next time I visit. They make a great team, and this is an overall fantastic restaurant! read more

Beware of this location! The Dunedin location does a much better job with the food. Different menu, much better selections. Over priced for drinks, same as the draught haus but it makes it ok if I'm getting good food. Balsamic glaze blue cheese kettle chips were more of a bowl of balsamic soup with a blue cheese n chip garnish. Ordered the booze burger and was served with a thai satay sauce. Sent the burger back, only to have the server tell me that the kitchen wants to know if they can use the same patty and just scrape off the sauce and toppings. As I thought to myself, why do I want someone handling a patty that I already took a bite out of, I should have said yes because my second "rare" burger came out well done. Bloody Mary bar has great selections, however, the bartender was very slow and by the time I got mine dressed and ready to consume, half the ice was melted. Tip: don't do a Bloody Mary bar out in the sun! Luke warm toppings and mixers is not very appetizing! Overall grade, D-. I've heard and read so many great things about this place. 800 sq ft of sitting on top of each other is not a good time for me. Not to mention the tourist next to me feeding the seagulls. One more tip, I don't have respect for mangers that sit outside and smoke when your on a wait. Good luck at your next job! read more

Ate there 4 days in a row just this week with the family, and all 4 times were really, really good. Staff was very attentive and friendly (thanks to Spenser, Joel, Luigi and our first waitress whom I forgot the name, sorry dear), and food was top notch. At first glance Clear Sky seems more like a regular beach joint, one you find at any beach area with live music, but no, they are absolutely a few steps above that (not that there is anything wrong with it). I mean, I had their pork chop and it was perfectly cooked and with a mustard sauce out of this world (+fingerling potatoes and a oven baked tomato - yummmm). The mussels we had the last day (white wine/garlic) were also fantastic, worthy of a Michelin star (no kidding) - and they brought us fresh extra garlic toasts to finish up the abundant broth. Live music outside was fine, but a bit loud (our choice though as there was plenty seats available inside. Only thing I could say is a negative (and the reason we did not seat inside), is the outdated décor, but wouldn't take a star out because of it. Anyway, congrats to the chef and all staff. BTW, thanks for the free lava cake you gave us for my daughters birthday, it was very much appreciated. Will be back soon as we travel to Clearwater often and stay right across the street. read more

I have taken my visitors from out of town to visit this establishment RELIGIOUSLY for the past 2 years, since moving here. After the service I received this weekend, I WILL NOT be returning. My server, NICOLE was condescending, completely inattentive and overly RUDE! Any time we asked a question regarding the menu, her response was, "Read the description". I had already read the description and wanted a little clarification, which she was unwilling to provide. She then forgot to put in my husbands' order and when we pointed this out, she stormed away and returned to tell us that we never ordered it!!!! She never once apologized or tried to make our dining experience pleasant in any way!! I can not even fathom how she gained employment here or made it through training. She then took it upon herself to add gratuity to our bill, when we were only 4 people! I didn't notice at the restaurant and tipped her on top of that, and she never bothered to point out that we DOUBLE TIPPED her ACCIDENTALLY. I am guessing she does this often. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be taking my company to Caretta on the Gulf, where the customer is ALWAYS right and treated with respect. read more

One of our favorites in Clearwater. The menu is extensive, so good for families with "picky eaters". I had the Blackened Grilled Seafood mix. You get 3 shrimp, 3 scallops, and a generous filet of fish served with grilled veggies and rice. Our waitress (Rachel) recommended an upgrade to grouper as the fish and Diver scallops. I accepted and was glad for the recommendation. It did cost about $12 extra. The food was excellent. It comes with a spicy mayonnaise dip, which I liked also. I had one of the cheaper Chardonnay's, and it paired well with my dinner My wife chose the Cajun Chicken Pasta, and she was very happy with the food. She could not finish the entire bowl. The kids got the flatbread Hawaiian pizza and the BBQ stack burger. The fries with the burger were like a hybrid of waffle fries and potato cakes; they were very tasty! Great experience, great service, great food. We will be back for sure. Ps we ate at Frenchys original the previous night. No comparison in our opinion. Frenchys smells strongly of seafood upon entrance. The seating is too close proximity, and the servers were overwhelmed. The margaritas were tasty. read more

My family and I recently dined here, and our experience was beyond amazing. We chose to sit at an outside table under an umbrella, which provided a lovely atmosphere for our meal. The service was exceptional, thanks to our sweet and attentive server from Pennsylvania (I wish I could remember her name!). She ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I started with a strawberry mimosa, which was delightful. A quick tip for those sitting outside: the heat can get to your drink, so don't hesitate to ask for some ice if you need it. For my main course, I ordered the lobster omelette, and it was phenomenal. The portion of lobster in the omelette was perfect, and it was cooked to perfection. The grits that came with it were equally fantastic. Our son had two eggs with cheese, grits, and sausage, and he devoured his meal. My husband ordered the Huevos Rancheros, which he described as very satisfying. He says it had the flavor that he was expecting in a Latin genre of breakfast. Overall, our experience here was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning the next time we're in Clearwater. Highly recommended! read more

Beware of this location! Go to Dunedin if you want good food from this brand... We waited 20/25 min to sit, server did a good job, kitchen not so good. Ordered a burger rare, made the wrong burger, then asked if they could scrape off the toppings and re-use the same burger with the correct toppings, after I already had abite out of it. As bad as that sounds, I should have said yes because my second "rare" burger came out well done. Balsamic glaze chips with blue cheese on top was more of a bowl of balsamic soup and very little BC. Tip: don't do a bloody Mary bar with ice in the glass! Give the glass with vodka, then let the bar serve the ice prior to adding toppings. Super nice girl but way to chatty with everyone to finish my time sensitive drink. Tables way to close together! I enjoy sitting in public eating, I don't enjoy sitting so close to the tables on either side of me that I can smell their breath. Very pricey for food and drinks for fast food at best. As I mentioned before, go to Dunedin and you will experience something way different from this brand. read more

I came to Clearwater Beach from the Northeast 2 years ago. The first place I ever went was Clear Sky recommended to me by a realtor. It has become my home away from home I work in the medical field, therefore, I am not home much. Clear Sky became my 2nd family. I got there at least 3 times a week. I enjoy the happy hour with 1/2 pizzas, however, I love the booze burger with the whiskey sauce and black and bleu fries. Also, when I had family in town, we had entrees which were wonderful with the best calamari you could have. I highly recommend it. Coming from the Northeast, sitting on the patio with the sun shining and being able to see the gulf goes without saying. I highly recommend Clear Sky for a fun, friendly atmosphere with great servers and great food. read more

Service was excellent at the bar, nice good looking chap, very friendly, even as he was being berated by who I thought was a drunk obnoxios patron, and turned out to be the owner. What an ass! This guy needs to get some anger management or get off the bottle?? I am a local resident on Clearwater Beach and dine here at least once a week and each and everytime I have friends or family visit. My 8 year old twin grandsons won't go anywhere else and have said to everyone that Clear Sky has the best Pizza ever!! I love the calamari salad and any of the seafood items. You can't beat the happy hour specials that feature 1/2 price pizzas !! The service is always friendly and attentive and themanagement makes you feel special. oh!! My daughter went online and found this place since it's our first time visiting were not sure what we were going to see. When we got there were seated outside which was nice, not a big place cozy and small. I liked our waiter RIO she was really nice she knew the menu and did recommend a lot from it, I had the seafood jambalaya had to add more spice (I like it spicey) was looking for red beans but everyone makes it different, food was good it was pricey (just a heads up). We are vacationing in Clearwater beach and randomly chose to eat here. What a happy accident! Our server, David was very professional and passionate about the food here. The restaurant was also very kid-friendly, which we were worried about before we arrived. I had the amazing Korean Short Rib which just fell apart it was so tender. Stopped for a quick bite to eat. Joel our server was very informative and helpful with making suggestions for appetizers and the evening specials. The tuna nachos are simply amazing.The portion size is large enough for the whole group. Our main entrees came out looking very nicely presented. The blackened seafood plate was delicious. It was our first time visiting Florida, especially Clearwater. We had made a reservation at Clear Sky Cafe at 5:30, but we had got in early before our reservation time and they were able to sit us down. Our waiter was Rio she was very friendly and recommended delicious food that we should try especially the drinks which were my favorite including the hush puppies and Mahi dish. If you get a chance go to this place and have the bloody Mary oh my gosh best around here I've had since I was in New Orleans. I do like the steak and eggs it's kind of cold updated the filet we could be a little bigger but I'm a big eater. I said at the bar when I go there and I got a Telya the bartenders at home and sweet kind and very helpful. Good friend of mine Brad is there multiple times a week. What can I say other than I love this place. The staff is great and the service is awesome. They have a bunch of stuff on the menu to choose from. Voted best happy hour on Clearwater beach. It's half price all well drinks, beers, & house wines every day 3-630 & about 20% off pizzas, flatbreads, & bruschettas on Monday through Friday. Every time I come here I'm never disappointed. We are in Clearwater for the week as tourists from Canada. We had a great experience! Despite the fact that the place was quite busy, we've received quick attention from our server Meghan. To the owner Dan: For a "no frills BEACH bar" I must say the "no bathing suits" policy is rather asinine. My friend and I walked into your rather dead establishment this afternoon and simply because my girl friend had her bikini top on with her skirt cover up and didn't have a shirt with her, we couldn't be guests at your bar. Came for dinner while visiting from Maryland. David was an excellent server. Brought out ice water to begin the meal. We ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and the lobster ravioli and both were to die for. For desert we got the lava cake and key lime pie. Lava cake was excellent but I expected much better key lime pie than received. Overall, a great place. All a giant cool chair to take pictures in outside. read more

Crabby's was exactly what we were looking for. The sunset views over the Gulf were absolutely beautiful, creating the perfect setting for dinner. The food was excellent--I had the locally caught Cajun red grouper, which was fresh, perfectly prepared, and one of the best meals I've had on this trip. The plantains were also outstanding. What really made the evening special, though, was our server, Tom. He struck that perfect balance of being attentive without hovering. He was warm, personable, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. Great service like that makes all the difference. Between the food, the atmosphere, and Tom's hospitality, this was one of the highlights of our Clearwater vacation. We'll definitely be back. The live musician was also pretty amazing too!! Preston was so fantastic, immediately welcoming me, offering a beverage, and asking if I wanted some food. My absolute favorite thing about Drift is that they serve Caymus by the glass! I ordered a glass right away, followed by the mushroom flatbread (to which I added pepperoni--delicious!). I was able to enjoy my wine and a fresh slice of flatbread, and took the rest home, all before they closed. I was so thankful and impressed with the wonderful customer service and for accommodating me as their very last customer. The espresso martini (get it with Baileys added for a smoother taste!) is huge and delicious. Brussel sprouts appetizer and feta whip appetizer were both tasty and ample for two people. The spicy fish tacos are Mahi Mahi and a MUST if you like Mahi. I will only eat Mahi if close to the ocean, and it was great. No fishy taste, nice and tender. The brownie dessert that was off-menu was perfect for a sweet bite. So many nice restaurants get too crazy with their specialty desserts, and sometimes you just want a simple yet decadent treat like a brownie! Make a reservation on their website and relax. It's an easy Uber ride if staying locally as well.

The potatoes were the perfect complement and soaked up all the delicious flavors. Lobster Bisque - The standout of the meal! Every person at the table took a bite and immediately agreed this was a winner. Rich, creamy, and layered with spices that linger just enough to keep you thinking about your next spoonful. I called on a Monday evening for reservations for 8 people for the following Saturday evening at 6pm and requested the room near the bar. I was told no problem - they could put two tables together for us. She took my name and phone number and all was good. Saturday afternoon at 4pm I received a text from Coco's stating they could not seat 8 people in the bar area - 6 people is the most they can take. I explained what happened when I tried to use their online reservation app and it kept messing up that I called and spoke to someone there who I assumed was the hostess. She asked me for the persons name and I did not remember it (5 days earlier) The hostess on the phone didn't care and again stated that the largest party allowed in that room was 6 people. I asked why she waited until 2 HOURS before the reservation to call me and she said she and the other hostess came in that night at 4 pm and saw the reservations then. I asked her if she could seat us in the main dining room and she said no they could not. This is inexcusable and bad policy to not review reservations in advance in order to notify patrons of an issue. So Saturday night before Fathers Day, 8 people -4 dads-were left to hang out to dry.
