Clear Sky was a fantastic dinner. The outdoor patio is lovely, and even though tables are close together, it doesn't feel uncomfortable, but warm instead. We loved our server, who went out of her way to give thorough, thoughtful recommendations. We started with a surf and turf skewer, which was the one and only low point. Both the meat and seafood were over cooked. Moving in, the seared scallops were absolutely delicious, and my husband was really impressed with his pub burger and it's unique toppings. My favorite spot to eat so far since being in Clearwater! The menu is HUGE with all kinds of great options! I got the veggie quiche and it was AMAZING!! It came with fruit which was delightful. I also ordered a side of patty sausage, it was the only thing I had that I didn't favor. My boyfriend got Nutella waffles, they looked amazing and he said he loved them! They have a great alcohol drink selection for breakfast but I was just in the mood for coffee... our sweet server went out of his way to make me an iced coffee which wasn't on the menu. Excellent for breakfast along Clearwater Beach. I dined here with a small group of three people on a Friday morning in June. Like most restaurants in Clearwater Beach, this restaurant is within walking distance from most hotels. Clear Sky offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as delivery or take out orders. You can also come by to enjoy live music. Reservations can be made on their website or through the Open Table App. As I mentioned, we visited for the breakfast menu which might I add is quite extensive. The options offered have an excellent price point as well. There are breakfast classics, but they also serve classic dishes with a twist. There are also healthier options to enjoy as well. The fresh fruit is delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our table. Our coffee and water glasses remained filled during our meal, and our entrees arrived in a timely manner when our order was placed. Have gone to both the downtown location as well as the one at Clearwater Beach. Overall food is good for breakfast and dinner. Atmosphere is very relaxed and service is prompt except when then are very busy. As I said, overall the food is good and we go there regularly. A couple of small complaints. The offer roasted Brussels sprouts that every restaurant seems to have these days except theirs are sweet. Just doesn't work for me. We were there earlier this week and I had one of their specials, which was several types of seafood in a tomato sauce with rice. Sounded good , but it was like someone just poured pasta sauce over the seafood. It completely overwhelmed the seafood. My wife had the salmon and it was great. This is my favorite spot we have tried in Clearwater. The service was prompt even getting close to closing time, Syd took great care of us. We started with Ahi Tuna Nachos. They were incredible fast and excellent. The tuna and avocado portions were well worth the price. By the time our food came, we were already getting full. My date had the Lobster Mac n Cheese while I did Lobster Ravioli. We commented multiple times on the amount of Lobster we found within both meals. I swear I must have had 4-5 claws in my dish. Now, I consider myself a mojito purest, however, per Spencer's recommendation, I tried the coconut mojito and IT. WAS. FANTASTIC! ...and strong! We went on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend around 10:30 am. We walked over from our hotel so i cannot confirm the parking situation, but I didn't see a lot on our walk. We were told a 30 minute wait and ended up only waiting 10 minutes. While waiting we took advantage of the Bloody Mary bar. This was a little unorganized as you need to order your vodka and pay at the bar and then go outside and have the Bloody Mary bartender mix you up. We paid $11 for Tito's vodka. The bar was extensive. Zing Zang mix, hot sauce, horseradish, pickles, meats, stuffed olives, shrimp, the works. It was a fantastic Bloody Mary and held us over until we were seated & eating. We sat inside due to the heat. Table was a little small, and your table neighbors Re close due to the small nature of the restaurant. There is a bar that seats maybe 10 people and an outside seating area as well. The food was good with decent portions for the price, and the menu had options for everyone. We had a Coast Watch Omelette, an Oscar Omelette, and a Lobster Omelette. Our meals ranged from $14 to $16. We didn't spot any scallops in the Coast Watch, but it was good regardless. The Oscar has large pieces of lump crab, but other than that it was just chopped asparagus. The omelette come with toast options. Two of us went with rye toast and one of us enjoyed the biscuit. Cool little place next to the Sand Pearl resort. It's on the Atlantic side so great for sunsets! I'm enjoying a bloody mary after a long hard week. It's relatively quiet despite being busy. They use zing zang BM mix, put a seasoning salt mixture on the rim and have a variety of hot sauces available if you're as bold as I am. Stop in and enjoy the view...and the drinks! read more

First impressions were awful! My pasta was swimming in grease, and the advertised chorizo sausage wasn't chorizo!! It was some kiebasa which didn't have much flavor.... We were able to make a reservation for Christmas Eve only 2 hours in advance and the menu was varied enough to accommodate my somewhat picky family so they automatically get 4 stars! There was also a parking lot out front (several spots were open when we arrived at 6:30 but I imagine on particularly busy nights you'd have to park on the street or in nearby garage) which was convenient given that our hotel was about a mile away. I had the roasted beet salad which was good but not anything too special. Several of us ordered crab cakes as sides which were delicious but a little small given that the add on was $6. I wish one of us had gotten the platter/entree. I think the best order of the night was the mushroom and swiss burger. Would definitely recommend after my trial. The environment was fun. A little upscale compared to some of the other restaurants along Clearwater Beach but still casual and a good value. I would have loved to come back and spend a little time at the bar (away from said picky family) as many of the drinks delivered to tables around me looked delicious! Went there twice since we have been here for a week. 1st time we had the hog fish special & garlic clams for a appetizer everything was excellent! Service was great. 2nd time just wanted some more garlic clams and pizza's. They ran out of the clams the manager Matt was so apologetic he said they have garlic mussels and two orders are free or anything else we would like due to them running out of clams!! Even took off the corkage fee! Our waitress Rio was also great. They both couldn't do enough for us....and the garlic mussels were just as excellent as the clams! Pizza was also perfect.
