Have shipped 6 cars across the country and to Hawaii using brokers. First experience sucked, vowed I would never use a broker again. Then I met Alex Duran from Coastal Auto Shipping. The last five moves have been perfect. Pickup and delivery on time - which was the big problem on move #1. Communication is very effective. Grandma, in Maryland, would have wanted my daughter, who is attending the University of Hawai'i, to have her almost-new car when she passed, but Grandma passed before she could countersign the tittle, and the car had no tags. I had car shipped from Honolulu to Durham, NC. After checking out both competitors, I opted for Coastal Auto Shipping. Luis was professional, courteous and extremely helpful in the entire process. I can't say enough good things about him. Dropped car off in Sand Island, Honolulu on June 18th, it arrived in Long Beach on July 3rd. Transported to North Carolina and arrived on July 12th. I have never had the need to ship my car overseas, and was daunted by the proposition. Upon googling auto shipment, pasha was the first company that appeared, so I felt pretty confident this was the way to go. After some basic calls and questions to Pasha, I found their customer service lagging, and as I awaited a call back, I did another search for auto shipping from the mainland to Hawaii. I found Coastal Auto Shipping and was a little skeptical given they advertised much more affordable rates. My skepticism was short-lived! Not only was Coastal Auto Shipping vastly more affordable, but Alex responded promptly, explained an inherently complicated process in easily understandable terms, and coordinated all the details, from start to finish, in a seamless and commendable manner. Alex went the extra mile, even long after he'd received the payment due to his company, to ensure I was apprised of the status of my vehicle at each point along the way from the East Coast of the mainland to Hawaii. I actually recieved my vehicle a week earlier than I'd expected! You'd be hard pressed to find better customer service, accessibility, integrity, price, and satisfaction than any other Auto Shipping company than Coastal Auto Shipping.
