The only reason I would give 1 star is because the exterior was okay. But they should tell you that when you buy an Ultimate car wash, they only clean the exterior of the car. It's like they didn't even vacuum and I know they didn't clean the inside. I paid $33 plus a tip and got crap! I had to go to the store and purchase interior clean and clean my own car. This is the first time I ever went here and not a great impression. I would never purchase their unlimited wash membership after this. Glad I found out what a joke they are before I purchased multiple washes as a gift. Do not get service from them. Aside from giving a good car wash, the employees here are honest and have so much integrity. I left over $1000 dollars in my car under the seat and Nick and Josh not only found it but came in and handed it to me discreetly. When in for free car wash and drove out with $1,000 bill to repair the damage to my Vehicle created at THIS gas station store, the wash employee told me to put it in reverse to get back on the track, and he didn't notice that the flap to the track was stuck open, causing structural damage to my vehicle and bending in the frame rear of the drivers rear seat at the bottom of the vehicle.The manager FIRST told me he would take care of it, no big deal. Come to find out he was on the other side of the tunnel like he promised he would be to resolve this issue! He told he the company isn't paying for the damages, that were instructed by there own employee! BEWARE OF ANY NEW DAMAGE ON YOUR VEHICLE, THEY DO NOT PAY OUT DAMAGES! read more

I haven't been here for awhile because every time I come I get harassed by the sales guys out front to upgrade or wax, detail my car. I know it's their job but it's every single time and they are extremely pushy. I have been happy with the outcome of my car washes though so I decided to give them another shot today. I splurged for the "Works" wash which is far from their basic wash. Sure enough I was immediately approached by a guy trying to talk me into buffing out my car for "only $125". I politely said no but he kept pushing, offering me deals until I was super uncomfortable. Just let me get my car washed and please go away. Never coming back here again! read more

Only in Scottsdale people. Only in Scottsdale. An auto SPA! Yes, they call it a spa. The car washers are auto masseuses. The mechanics are auto surgeons. And the cashier is well, actually, just the cashier. No irritating glass replacement or window tint freaks hitting you up for extra cash. They've always done an excellent job with my car and unlike Jiffy Lubes, actually carry filter for BMWs. The market inside, always clean, well stocked and the "lounge" has leather chairs and TVs. Not a bad place to hang while man's best friend gets a day vacation at the auto spa. read more

One stop auto shop! I have visited Cobblestone over the years for gas and a quick car wash, but it wasn't until recently that I stopped in for a full service experience to get an oil change and my tires filled. While other shops require an appointment and long wait time, this shop allowed me to drive right in and get serviced within a half hour. That is especially appreciated with a three month old in tow! The staff was very friendly and didn't try to up sell me which I appreciated. My oil change also came with a full service interior and exterior car wash. While it's a small service department, it doesn't lack in quality and I was very happy with my experience. I definitely plan on returning in the future and when the weather is cooler I can walk around the shopping center while I wait which will be nice! read more

So, my 100th Review is this crap hole.... Cobblestone Auto Spa. Kind of sad really... I was hoping to do a big gala review for something much more more worthwhile. Oh well.... here it goes.... I have been a long time customer of this place until yesterday! I wish I could give NEGATIVE Stars! I pulled in mid morning on a Monday... and it must have said "DUMB ASS" on my forehead... 'cause barely had my car door open before the FIRST sleaze bag Window Repair Guy was pouncing. ALL I WANTED WAS FOR MY CAR TO BE WASHED! Nothing More, Nothing Less. I couldn't shake this leach! Finally he left. Then I had to deal with the "Service Writer Sleaze Bag".... to make a really long and sad experience shorter... I basically had to look this guy in the eyes and actually say "WHAT PART OF 'NO' DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND???" I had to start getting back in my car and attempt to leave before he gave me my ticket to checkout. On my way to the cashier.... from the shadows.... a Sleaze Bag Selling Monthly Wash Packages leached onto me... After a few awesome ninja moves.... I got rid of him. Then as I am next to pay my tab at the register... SECOND sleaze bag Window Repair Guy was pounced from outside... he literally RAN in the store to chase me down. I used my best Jedi Mind Trick to dissuade him. I thought I was in the clear... till the Sleazy Cash Register Guy tries to sell me additional packages I have ZERO interest in. IT WAS SINGLY ONE OF THE WORST "WASH" EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD... and I have had some bad ones. I guess I don't get it... I paid $12 to get my car washed... I figure its 10 cents of water (they recycle)... 10 cents in soap. 2 cents for the electricity to wash just my car. And the labor to wipe it down. Plus the gas and convenience store items. Is business so god awful that they really need to alienate there customer base by using such super high pressure sales tactics. I ended up stopping at Home Depot across the street and bought a hose and some rags. Gonna do it myself next time. read more

I had an AMAZING experience at cobblestone earlier today. I purchased my car in 2013 and with the exception of a few car washes the vehicle has not been touched in years(the inside has never been touched period). I received a detail today and everyone ranging from the cashiers, car washers and detailers, to management were incredible and provided outstanding customer service!!! Brandon especially was extremely kind and went out of his way to ensure that the experience was top notch. I will never go anywhere else for a car wash or detail! read more

I been a long term customer of CobbleStone Auto Spa for their Tempe, Chandler and Scottsdale location but this review is specifically for the Scottsdale location. Front attendant gave me the angry silent treatment and walked away on me when I declined their wax or ultimate car wash when I just wanted the Supreme car wash. Not a very good impression... Their car wash is above average, does a decent job getting rid of the water spots after the tunnel. I went cobblestone last weekend and had the worst wash of my life. I usually go to the Danny's down the street but happened to be closer this day so I thought I would try it out. I will NEVER do that again! My car wasn't even clean...they didn't wipe out the cup holders...my tires still had mud on the rims...it was filthy! Other reviewers have noted that this place is "hit or miss", which is 100% true. I've lived nearby for 10+ years, and have patronized this location dozens of time-out of convenience, and definitely not for the consistency or quality of service. Very rarely have I left a "happy customer." Today I brought my car in for the Ultimate+ wash, which is the second most expensive wash at almost $40. The positive: For the first time EVER, I was not pressured into purchasing another service by the men at the drop-off spot. The gentleman simply asked what service I wanted, wrote it down, and gave me my ticket. That's pretty much where the positives ended.... I took a seat in the inside waiting area (like every other patron, because it was 110 degrees out), and waited for my name to be called. I noticed that the wash attendants were coming inside to call names as the cars were finished because no one was sitting outside due to the heat. I waited a good 20 minutes or so, without my name being called, so I decided to brave the heat and venture outside, figuring that my car had to be almost done. Get outside, no sign of my car. So I took a seat outside in the shade and waited some more. After another 20 minutes (so 40 total at this point), and still no sign of my car, I decided to literally go looking for it to see where it was in the wash line. I walked back near the entrance and that's when I noticed a car, suspiciously similar to mine, parked on the far end of the lot. I figured it couldn't be mine based on the fact that I remained in the waiting area the entire time without ever hearing my name, and that it was parked so far away from the pickup area. At this point, I was hot and frustrated and ready to get on with my day, so I got the attention of a wash attendant, pointed to the car across the lot and asked, "that's not my Mazda, right?" He replies, "Oh no, I don't think so, I'll check and see where it is." Sure enough, he returns a few minutes later with my keys and a very embarrassed look on his face, and confirms that indeed that was my car, and indeed, they "forgot" to call my name when it was done. He apologized and offered me a COUPON to use in a future wash. A COUPON. He also did not not take the time to walk with me to my car to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Spoiler alert: I wasn't. The back and trunk were NOT vacuumed, and the interior looked as though it had barely been touched. To add insult to injury, they also forgot to use the air freshener I had requested. This experience was doubly frustrating because I had taken the time to "pre-clean" my car that morning before I brought It in! I had already vacuumed and wiped down the interior, so there is really no excuse as to why my car is STILL dirty after paying almost $40 for a "premium" wash service. If you take your car here I would advise you to absolutely NOT pay for anything other than a basic wash, as it appears that all cars receive the same treatment no matter which option you purchase. Bottom line: Don't go here unless you have both time and money to waste. I certainly don't, and won't be back. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING DISRESPECTED AND TREATED LIKE COMPLETE GARBAGE BY THE G.M. My rating for this store is a -20 stars! I have been a customer of Cobblestone for 7 years now and I typically go to the one on the 51 & Bell. Needless to say that is the only location I will be going to after my awful experience at the FLW store. I am a fast-pass member and happened to be in the area of FLW & Hayden so I stopped by to get my car wash ( it was convenient at the time) The exterior wash I signed up for includes air freshener squares. I had my window rolled down to ask about getting a specific scent. The man at the front of the wash completely ignored me and actually ended up spraying me with the hose they use to get the junk of the hood of your car. Needless to say I was completely unhappy. As i went through the wash I parked my car in order to let the guy dry it and went up to somebody asking about why i did not receive what I paid for. The guy I spoke to about this is supposedly the General Manager of that store named Shawn, and never in my life have I been treated with such blatant disrespect. He raised his voice and started arguing with me in front of his employees as well as other customers ( I was so embarrassed) that the wash I had did not come with the air freshener squares. I explained to him that when I signed up I was informed that my wash included the squares and every single time I get my car washed at Greenway or Bell I have always received exactly what I paid for. Shawn kept arguing with me basically calling me a liar and told me that the other locations only did it because I requested them or they were just being nice which I stated that they "were doing their job correctly." I also informed him that I have been to this location (being FLW) and received them there too. Shawn continued to argue with me over and over about something as simple as an air freshener which I find absolutely ridiculous. Never have I had somebody treat me so poorly let alone a General Manager (who is supposed to be setting an example and be a leader) After a few minutes another man came up and said he would be right back with the air freshener for me ( he could hear Shawn yelling and arguing with me over all the back ground noise which was a lot considering it was about 4:00 PM. and it was pretty busy) I proceeded to specifically thank the gentleman for taking care of that for me and the next thing I know Shawn says "Your Welcome" and tried taking all the credit for doing absolutely nothing and being a complete A**Hole. I let him know that clearly I was not speaking to him that he deserved no "Thank you" or anything from me, and the next thing I know he is calling me a B**ch under his breath. In response I asked him to speak up louder which of course he had nothing to say at that point. I have never had such an awful experience at anywhere I have been a customer to. The fact that Shawn is supposed to be the General Manager is completely absurd and I find hard to believe with his horrible attitude and lack of respect. I will never return to this location and I advise all of you not to as well. Shawn is the absolute worst manager of any kind that I have spoken to and I can not believe he still has a job here. To paint a clearer picture I went to the corporate location (51 & Bell) and began telling their manager about my experience and before I could even inform him of Shawn's name the manager at Bell already knew who I was talking about. The fact that I didn't even have to share his name just goes to show what a horrible reputation Shawn has not only at his store but at other locations as well. Bought a Groupon for an 18 buck oil change/ car wash. Asked the tech before I started how long it would take. "45 minutes tops" was his reply. Well it took an hour and fifteen minutes. Bummer. I don't mind waiting if one is just up front with times. Under promise over deliver is the best policy. Also, I have a 2012 car pretty new. The technician put on my sheet that my air hose clamp was missing. It wasn't missing before I got there and now after he takes it off and brings my air filter to show me it, it goes missing. No Bueno. Affordable price, decent wash. Wouldn't spend the 48 bucks it came out to but for $18 I might do it again. Depending how much the clamp costs me. read more

Too good to be true. Went in for a car wash. Had a chip in my windshield. They offered to fix it (by putting in a claim with my insurance FOR me), I said Ok. Waited super long time. Turned out my car was ready but no one told me so I sat an extra hour. Then noticed that my "chip fix" cracked and split. They tried to fill it with resin and not mention it. it continued to split. my insurance doesn't cover it. They said it would be $143. the guy who replace my windshield had a work order for $215. I had to pay him. Cobblestone NEVER returned ANY of my phone calls. to the shop or to Sean's personal cell #. They are a crock. AVOID. If I could give "no star" I would. read more

WORST. DETAIL. EVER. I paid $150 to have a complete detail done on a car I was selling. After leaving it the better part of the day I returned to find a car that looked as if little had been done beyond the basic car wash. The wheels were still filthy, the exterior did not look buffed or smell of wax, the interior plastic and leather had been spritzed unevenly from top to bottom with a super-shiny, stinky product. This product was also smeared on windows, mirrors, etc. I was in a rush so left after having someone redo the wheels and then was unable to return prior to listing the car. I spent at least two hours the next day buffing the shiny stuff inside to a consistent finish and waxing the exterior. I hate getting ripped off. Avoid the "detail" service at this place like the plague. read more

i keep on coming back here only to get awful service. not one more time. location is awful no matter what time you go, its always super busy due to the intersection. the people always try to upsell you and I HATE THAT. if you do a quality job and do it right, then i will be more than happy to upgrade my package as i have done in the past. i am very upset with the level of service -- the past few times my cupholders were not even touched not to mention my dashboard had not been wiped. i dont ask for much and when you're paying $30+ you should get a downright good clean. never again. classic car spa (scottsdale rd near greyhawk) has my business from now on. read more

The best carwash experience in town, bar none. I have been getting my truck washed at this location for some time now and it's always been good. But for some reason, in the past couple of months they have really stepped their game up. I went in for my usual Supreme car wash but Nick reccomened I get my truck detailed. I reluctantlyASP agreed to an interior detail with a wax, and was blown away by the difference. My truck looked brand new! I've had details at other car washes but this was definitely a step above. I have 4 vehicles all w unlimited fast passes with Cobblestone. They are the Ultimate wash which includes full service for all washes. If you try an take your car through their fast pass lane and just get the exterior done, they will not wipe your car down or do your wheels and tires unless you wait in the full service line for 45-1hr to get your car washed, regardless that the cost isn't any different to me. It's such a simple ask for something that is paid for as a full service monthly membership and I'm asking them to do half the work they normally would have to do by only wiping down my exterior and doing the wheels and tires. Yet they don't believe in customer service anymore amd would rather make me waste an hour of my time to get that simple part of the service done even though I don't need my interior touched. I've been coming here for several years now and have never had this issue until the last few months. No one at corporate returns phone calls and the manager of the Pima location doesn't care that there reasoning has no logic to it. I will be canceling all of my memberships due to the lack of service. read more

Ok this is the 3rd time now - Why do I go Back. - Today I just needed air in my Lexus RX330 & ended up doing a cheap car wash since there is rain in the fore cast. I am the only one that drives my car - Nobody drives it but me. Every time I go get it from the last part - I have to get rags & Re Wipe Everything - EVERYTHING. It really redicolous - They use to have AmaXYNG people that knew how to take care of your car - Last 3 times No Way. Literally you have to wipe the doors - etc .... they never put the floor covering back right . My bag was thrown around today & to know after I re wiped everything with their rag - I gave them a tip (I use tip Really Great like 5 to 10) no no more. I preceed to turn my car on & the key to my car was broken in half - the part of a key was stuck in my ignitions - Sean (a surpervisor) called another supervisore (who was Tyler) They both said it was like that.. Will come on I am not going to drive my car in like that. They are Nuts - so I need to really put energy out there now. I said a few F words to them - I don't swear - But today I did. To be it my husbad back in November had his brand little Kia Forte oil changed & the next day the Hose Blew up ... He had to be towed off the freeway - Just Saying What A Coinsendent ....???? First time there. I had this weird coupon from my boss. Turns out it was for just the outside of the car and I've waited much longer than I should have to clean the inside. The guy was really nice and told me coupon would go towards the price. He did try to talk me into a detail ( in his defense the car really needs it) but wasn't pushy. The cashier was very nice. I couldn't believe how fast and thorough they were. I've been using Az Auto Wash at the Pavilions because I got a book of free washes as a gift. I always put it off because they are soooooo slow. Never going back. When you pull in you get hit with multiple attempts to up sell you to hundreds of dollars of services. The same thing happens when you go to pay. I only wanted a car wash so I bought the basic car wash. I waited over 20 minutes for them to finish with my car. They did not vacuum the trunk of my SUV, and were super slow at wiping down the car when it left the machine wash. Actually they never really finished wiping it down. My SUV was in the third lane, I guess that is the cheap lane because every time another vehicle came out of the wash everyone dropped what they were doing to my vehicle and went to work on the other one. I finally gave up and just took my vehicle and left. The inside was still dirty. A total waste of my time and money. Never going back. read more

Definitely seen some improvement here. I was here last Friday and again today. I met Scott Koeppen, the quality control manager. Seems to really be helping. I used to be a Danny's customer. Was terribly dissatisfied with the service there. My other choice is Cobblestone. It seemed to be hit or miss. I feel that they have needed a quality control manager for some time. I am extremely disappointed! I was surprised at how fast they were done and after doing a quick walk around my car I pointed out numerous areas missed. It was as if he never wiped down the outside! I will keep this plain and simple. They washed my car, they damage my rim, they denied all responsibility, I took them to court. I won, they lost, and I received a judgement against them for more than $1100. They continued to refuse to pay me even after the judgement was entered,, nor would they still take any responsibility for their actions. They were always through out the entire ordeal condescending, very unprofessional, and rude to deal with. I finally had to send the sheriff down to their place of business to take the money owed to me by force by filing a writ of execution in court. Only then did I receive the money owed to me. This is the kind of company they are. This is the kind of company you will do business with if you use their services. The moral of this story is simple.
