We chose this large city location thanks to easy parking and a convenient stop on our drive. It was a beautiful morning, which was easy to enjoy thanks to the high ceilings, big glass windows, and open main door. The first floor has a central counter to order food and drinks; the glass cabinet has a bunch of rotating pastries from a local bakery. They have restrooms and a merchandise area here too. At the front are counter seats along the front window, and also a horseshoe that looks into the roasting area, which is a great place to smell the beans. There's an upstairs loft that overlooks the cafe below, also with a test kitchen area and offices across to the front. They definitely have a larger business going on, and I can see why it's so popular. We ordered a latte, iced coffee, and various pastries to start our day. Prices were reasonable for the quality. All the baristas were friendly and fast to help.

It's rare to walk into a place where the whole team is smiling, so I really appreciated that energy. I ordered the espresso citron tonic, and it came out in about 5-8 minutes. I'm a big espresso tonic fan, so my expectations were high and this one did not disappoint. It had a bright citrus flavor, was perfectly balanced, and wasn't overly sweet. I love mango--and it was so cute and aesthetic. The mango was a nice pairing, not too sweet, and a decent amount. Overall, it was a rich, creamy drink, and I'd order it again. I'd love to try other drinks as well.

Frankly, I was having a really rough day before stopping by and took more time than desirable to review the menu before ordering. However, this coffee spot was very patient and kind to me by checking in and listening. I ordered a Chai Latte, and it was the ideal balance of bold and creamy for me! It's definitely not inexpensive, but you're probably paying for the location, and I must admit I always just like hanging here.
