The store was not that busy at all, I ordered a kid size icecream for my daughter, got only half of what I used to get from other location, added 2 toppings, half of them fall down to the ground and the employee didn't even look at it after scooping. So disappointed, never recommended. read more

Obviously the ice cream is always satisfying. However, the manager there is absolutely awful. She is rude to her staff and corrects their every move while customers stand and watch. It is embarrassing to see her humiliate them, because they are obviously still learning. We have been there twice and seen this behavior both times and this time we actually left the store because we didn't want to support her actions. Normally a pretty passive person, I was so upset by this situation I felt I had to do something. Not often do I suggest that someone be terminated from their position, but clearly she needs to realize how horribly she is treating others in her workplace. read more

I'm not typically a big ice cream fan, but I do have my occasional cravings for it. I've been here a few times and it satiates the craving, but their ice cream is too intense. Too rich, too sweet. It's a bit overkill. I prefer the soy ice cream from Trader Joe's. read more

In retrospect, being lactose intolerant, I probably should have gotten the smallest size bowl, instead of the medium. I swear the medium is a full pint. I only ate half. Coffee ice cream with chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and Reeses peanut butter cups. Hey, I was treating myself. It cost $5 even. A pint of Ben and Jerry's is less and their ice cream tastes better. Nothing fancy about the ice cream flavors here and the chocolate chips tasted like they were shipped across the country in a 50 pound bucket. A year ago. I love cold stone and had this ice cream in many places. I visited with my parents to this store sometime in October 2016. I wanted show my parents how yummy this ice cream really is. I was extremely disappointed for following reasons one custom choice ice cream : Barely mixed it with my choice of options. Poorly presented , I would have taken better with my spoon. one chocolate lava meltdown. : Half of the ingredients were not there. First they said they ran out of this order. The ice cream is good here, but the constant upselling is annoying. The smallest size is plenty big for me and their waffle cups are tasteless. I'm usually ordering four ice creams for the family and we have to go through the upselling thing on each one. It's a drag. Not cheap either. read more

Upon stepping in for a late night bite with my friends, we were extremely excited to get our fat hands on some Cold Stone! I ordered a Brownie A La Cold Stone. The larger lady (Joe? Seemed like a manager) was polite, but didn't even give me more than half a scoop of ice cream... I was hoping for at least half the amount of ice cream as shown in the menu photo, but I was wrong. On top of the microscopic scoop of ice cream that I couldn't get to, the Oreos that I wanted mixed in (as traditional with cold stone) where just thrown in, whole. Thanks. My friend ordered a chocolate shake that ended up being a bit too sweet...but nothing to complain over, hence the 2 stars. Honestly, the ice cream tastes great but the portion was a bit smaller than anticipated based on the advertisement. Most of all I have to point out the attitude of the store manager towards her employees. She was standing behind the counter watching each employee like a hawk while eagerly and vocally pointing out every minuscule mistake the employee made. The whole experience was tense and uncomfortable. The poor employees looked so uncomfortable and unhappy because they were being ridiculed by the store manager in front of quite a few customers. How is anyone supposed to learn from their mistake if they are overcome by embarrassment from such a bitchy manager! After he finally finished our order and said "Please follow me to the register and I will have someone ring you up" the manager proceeded to check us out at the register and asked the employee what we ordered. He stumbled and managed to accurately describe what we ordered but she made him repeat it four times until he used the correct acronyms. All in all I was so appalled and distracted by the managers behavior that my boyfriend and I could barely enjoy our ice cream! Part of going to Coldstone should be the fun and exciting experience of creating your ultimate ice cream sundae, not being made uncomfortable by the poor attitude of management. read more

Was super excited to enjoy some ice cream after dinner. I saw Cold Stone was close so decided to head over. I left extremely disappointed. All the tables were messy so their was nowhere to sit and the service was horrible. After I asked for a I love it size they gave me the smaller size and when I pointed it out they just took a small scoop of vanilla and put it on top. This would have been fine if my boyfriend's I love it size wasn't a good 1/3 more ice cream then mine. read more

Purchased a princess birthday sheet cake and it was awful, if I could rate this store 0 stars that's what it would be. This was not an $80.00 cake in any way shape or form. The appearance, quality, and sloppiness of the cake was very disappointing. The cake was not what we agreed upon the writing was extremely sloppy. I could've done a better job myself. The picture of the example cake I was shown in the store looked nothing like what I received! Whoever was in charge of decorating my cake was obviously in a hurry and didn't take their time or effort on any part of it! All around an awful cake for the money, The birthday cake was a big deal and I was very upset with the overall outcome of the cake. I wanted the ice cream cake in the sample pictures with minor adjustments and the appearance was nothing like the picture I chose! The picture quality, size and placement was barely recognizable The resolution quality was very poor. I expected the cake I saw in the sample pictures and that's not what I received. The cake wasn't even a level sheet cake there was a huge slope/indentation in the middle of the cake. I wish I would've purchased the pre-made cakes from the freezer which looked exactly like the sample pictures. Don't ever buy a custom cake here they're horrible, terrible quality and not worth the money! read more

Really good ice cream but its overpriced. I got a medium ice cream cup chocolate waffle cone(the cone was pretty good btw) and they only gave me one scoop. One scoop, for a container, that's can easily fit 3. Then when I was purchasing it, it was $7.06. For about 20 bites I would say that's over-priced. So I paid with a 20 and they were giving me my change but instead of giving me 12$, they just didn't give me the 10$. I stood at the cash register for about 10 seconds after she was done to see if she would realize the "accidental" mistake she did(those were the most awkward 10 seconds of my life.) This place used to be good about 5 months ago when they were ran by a different person, now its all about this nigga named justin. Fuck you justin. If you want a nice, and cold desert, then just go to the Peaks they have across the mall. read more

Good location - inside crossroads mall. Seating is limited but there's plenty more in the food court. Ice cream was directly served on a cup and not made on a cold stone like they usually do. Seeing that I was going to get a scoop of ice cream for my child, the staff recommended the kid's scoop size instead of the regular scoop. Avoid this place at all costs as well as the Redmond location. They are both owned by the same awful people who treat their employees terribly. I've seen her yell at them and make people wait in line to chew them out about the littlest things. Not only that but she was rude to other costumers too. If that wasn't enough for you the ice cream had a mess of other flavors everywhere and the waffle cones were not fresh. They deserve zero stars. My fiance goes to pick us up ice cream. The first thing he says is, "What a terrible experience." The workers were chatting and playing around the whole time. He asked 3 times for a lid and whip cream. He said they continued to joke around and ignore him. But, the most irritating part is my "gotta have it" wasn't even half full. It took me less than 10 bites to finish. In the past I have put it in the freezer because it's a lot of ice cream. There should have been banana and cake in it and all I could taste was plain ice cream. We will likely not ever go back to this location. So disappointing. read more

Not good at all. My son got vanilla with gummy bears. About half way through he pulled out a long blond hair. Didn't come from either of us. That is really gross. I got cake batter and the ice cream was very gummy. It didn't have the normal consistency of ice cream. The servers need a course in smiling or at least learn to be pleasent.
