Started working on our ice creams: Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry and Brookie
    Smaly K.

Yummy creamy ice cream. Great flavors. And excellent customer service. A bit pricey for ice cream, and I don't come often, so I'm confuse with the pricing. I noticed the price rings up higher than what's on the menu on the wall, unless it's extra for the Signature Creations? But I'll still be coming back because I really enjoy the ice cream.

I was really craving some ice cream, and since my usual ice cream spot closed because of the COVID-19 outbreak, I've been visiting ice cream shops that I haven't been to in years, including Cold Stone Creamery! I still remember when they first opened a Cold Stone Creamery in my hometown of Olympia and everyone would go there. And I'd get free ice cream everyday because my high school boyfriend worked there! So, you can imagine that after having Cold Stone everyday in high school, I got sick of it and haven't had it in years. But, I finally revisited the past and it made me remember why I was a fan of it so many years ago. And I'm still a fan. I called ahead of time, to make sure they were open, and they are open with normal hours. This Cold Stone Creamery shop is located in the Crossroads Mall, right by the mall entrance to the food court. I came in and the two employees who were working there were so happy to see me since business has been super slow for them. The gals who helped me were super friendly and social, and offered their favorite classic creations and ice cream flavors. It was nice to get such great customer service. I just had to re-order a high school favorite, the birthday cake remix! It's cake batter ice cream with brownie, sprinkles and chocolate syrup. It really does taste like cake and ice cream had a baby, or, the celebratory cake from your childhood birthday party. No complaints there! For anyone who loves cake, I suggest trying the cake batter ice cream, which is my favorite flavor here. I do wish the brownie had been more soft, as it was a little hard, so could've been cut up more. But overall, the ice cream was yummy! I ordered the love it size, which was more than enough since the ice cream was so filling. I'm glad to try Cold Stone Creamery after so many years later. Some things just never change, which is a good thing. The classic creations are definitely a good place to start, as they have a solid amount of different combinations. But you can build your own creation, get a classic sundae or a milkshake. They also sell ice cream cakes and pints here. This was a great experience with friendly staff and ice cream for my sweet tooth.

    Marbled cake batter & Cheesecake

We were with friends who loved Cold Stone Creamery, and visited this location of Cold Stone Creamery with them last night. I got a scoop with Marbled cake batter, and Cheesecake. The ice cream was okay and was too sweet for me.

    Overcharged receipt

I had an Entertainment book coupon for 2 for $8, so my total would be $8+0.82tax = $8.82. However, she first overcharged me for a total of $10.50. When I told her that the amount is incorrect, she indicated that she will give me additional discount, but still overcharged my credit card for a total of $9.33. See attached photo of receipt. In addition, they give very little quantity of ice-cream, so I felt a bit cheated. Either tge employees are not properly trained or they are an unethical business. Either way, I don't plan to come again to this location.

I came in here today because I was super sad and I just wanted some ice cream and Kylie I think her name was she was blonde and was wearing glasses helped me decide whether I wanted vanilla or coffee she was describing the flavors so well I ended up with coffee with a few Mixins it was delicious the way she scooped the ice cream was just perfect she stabbed it bit and it was so so yummy it was so yummy. She was so patient and sweet . I think someone deserves a raise ! I want to come back again thank you for making my day lady.

Their ice cream is too rich (yes, it's possible) and I'm made nervous by all the peanut-based mix-ins and the seeming lack of hygeine about the stone surfaces where the ice cream is combined with the toppings. Finally, I absolutely cannot STAND that they sing when someone gives them a tip. Seriously. We just want ice cream. And some peace and quiet. The prices are pretty high too. Order the kid size. They might glare at you, but really, it's plenty, especially if you're watching calories or carbs at all.

A muffin didn't even make it home, I ate it immediately in the car. It was moist, fluffy, bright, and absolutely delicious. You would never know it's gluten-free. Truly bakery-quality perfection. I've been craving their cinnamon rolls for weeks, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. Soft, gooey, comforting, and indulgent in the best way. But the food is only half the magic here. From the moment you walk in, the space is filled with great vibes, amazing energy, and the kindest staff. Everyone was so welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy, it honestly lifted my whole morning. They offer an incredible selection: fresh breads, focaccia, cookies, pastries, soups, sauces, Italian imported pasta, and more. It's the kind of place where you want to try everything. And then, when I was checking out, they gave me a box of gluten-free Cheez-Its. THE box. The one that's sold out everywhere. The one my husband and I have been searching for for weeks. I was overjoyed. That small, thoughtful gesture meant so much and perfectly sums up how special this place is. We live in Seattle, so it's not the easiest trip anymore, but between the incredible gluten-free treats and the exceptional service, we will absolutely continue making the effort to come as often as we can. Great people. Great food. Amazing energy. A total win, not just for Bellevue, but for the entire state. Thank you for creating such a joyful, welcoming, and delicious space.

Though they didn't have the birthday cake cookie this time they did have a celebration cookie in honor of St. Patrick's Day. These cookies are $4 for the minis and $5 for the full size, so why not go for for the gusto? Also it's impossible to be satisfied after one mini. Maybe after four minis... not just because of the taste but because each flavor is so distinctive. We went with half a dozen large cookies which run about five dollars a cookie a.k.a. $30. The one that impressed my friend most was a cheesecake version of the cookie dough which had whipped cream and was decorated like a flower. The brownie cookie was exceptionally good without being overly sweet. But who doesn't love the standard beautiful big pink sugar cookie? So you have to get one of those. The best thing about these cookies are how dense and moist they are without actually being overly sweet. It's hard to believe but it's true. And the two gentlemen serving us were very helpful answering our questions with warmth and humor that made the visit pleasant; they were hospitable: Jaymian and De (hope I got the spelling of the names correct ) The only bummer is that the store is not open on Sundays and the only reason that's the problems is because we went on a Saturday and left a very special present there in our excitement to leave with the cookies. Waiting to hear back from the store about our left behind package but has a fantastic conversation with Candy when we called in about it -- without any judgment they understood very clearly how our excitement about the cookies could've made us leave behind very special gift. Could the service at the store better? We think not. #FanaForever

So no problems there. But since we were here, decided to get something I've been wanting for a while. On a visit to a Miami's Whole Foods, noticed that they sell Golden Osetra Caviar from TSAR NICOULAI ($94.99 for an ounce). Like some other sale items, there is more of a discount if Prime member, so got the item for $76.99. In the same area, there are caviar accompaniments like blinis and creme fraiche, so got some of that too. Self checkout was easy: able to use the Amazon app to generate a barcode for my account, and was able to use the Amazon credit card to pay for it. The receipt was sent directly via email, but printing is possible as well. Well...the caviar ended up being not good even though the expiration date was in May (2 months out): mushy and tasted a bit like mud. My daughter and I looked online to see if that was what it was supposed to taste like, and decided that it was not...something in the supply chain had ruined it. Returning it the same day was hassle-free, with the employee just asking the reason for the return, and returning the amount back to my credit card. Don't do food returns much, so wanted to give props to Whole Foods for making it easy for a valid reason.
