Was my second time there. The first time was many years ago. I went today and The staff was rushing. No line which was a plus. Non of the three employees were wearing gloves. Then I found a hair in my ice cream . Money I can't get back. The inside was dark and no air flow. No air conditioning or anything. Not recommending. I rather drive to further out to have a better experience.

I went for ice cream after a nice time for early dinner and cashier/ice cream was nice working by herself. Ordered Love It size with chocolate with hot fudge sauce as free topping which didn't tasted much of but was good but It is overpriced I think. They were out of Reese's and don't accept mobile payments of any kind.

Cold Stones always tastes great and is always bougie (you get what you pay for)! There is an option to customize or choose pre-made flavors and toppings. This location is right next to AMC theatres and we stopped by to cool off here before watching a movie! Chose the Caramel apple pie pre-made flavor and it was delicious!! The employees were nice and helpful. But I gave 4 stars because all the tables outside are poorly taken care of and in bad shape. We sat down at the first and it was so shaky and unstable. So we switched to the other one and it was just as shaky. You could tell no effort was put into preserving the seating area outside.

I love ice cream. TOO MUCH for my own good. Every time I am grocery shopping at Aldi, I try not to look over but it is always a losing battle. My kryptonite? Chocolate Devotion, hold the choco syrup and swap the chocolate chips with almonds. Creamy chocolate ice cream with chunks of gooey brownies. Heaven is a Love It sized Chocolate Devotion. Customer service is always nice and friendly. There were four of us in our party and thankfully there was just one customer ahead of us. They helped each other so we got our orders faster.

I have not been here in a minute. This place has great ice cream creations but man have prices gone up. Little over nine bucks for a small. I gotta say the creation Cookie Doughn't You Want Some I ordered was tasty. Sure there's other ice cream joints around that are cheaper then this place, but if you want a bunch of sweet goodies mixed into your ice cream this is the place. The staff was very helpful and helped our party of 6 out without any hiccups. My only gripe was I remember when you tip the staff they would sing a little jingle. No jingle today. Lol. I'll be back later down the road when someone gets a itch for this place or special occasion. Fingers crossed the prices don't go up on my next visit.

Who doesn't love delicious ice cream creations?! With lots of great options to choose from you really can't go wrong. There is definitely something for everyone ranging from ice cream, shakes, cakes, ice cream sandwiches, etc. The combination and options seem endless, which makes trying new items always a delight. This shop definitely delivers quality customer service. Maybe I just came in on a great day, but the staff worked together to get orders out quick so the line moved quickly. I love that this shop is conveniently next to AMC and near Sky Zone, Lowe's, JoAnn's, Aldi's, and Walmart. Will definitely be back.

I've always loved Cold Stone Creamery but I don't remember it being this pricey. I know it's almost cost more than other ice cream shops but $22 for two ice creams is a bit much. Located right next to an AMC but still isn't that busy. Went on a Saturday night and there wasn't any one there.

The customer service was so much better during my most recent visit. I didn't catch his name but one of the employees that helped me was very polite and kind. Usually the young women that help me are very rude and have an attitude. I ordered cake batter ice cream in a like it size and was very satisfied!

Solid cold stones. I hadn't been to a cold stones in about 10 years, but the ice cream quality was still the same great consistency that I remember. I got the cake batter ice cream with brownie and cookie dough bites. Our server masterfully weaved the toppings into the ice cream and created a perfect birthday cake/brownie/cookie mixture that hit the spot late at night. I don't always get a late night treat, but cold stones is definitely back on the map for me when I'm getting that craving! read more

Came in twice in the last couple months to purchase birthday ice cream cakes. Both times the service was excellent despite having different individuals assist me. The first cake I purchased was a chocolate chipper and the second was chocolate/chocolate. Both were absolutely delicious and the birthday boys were very pleased. read more

We really enjoyed the amazing desserts from Cold Stone! We're in town and wanted something sweet, so we decided to order here and it was a great decision. We created our own ice creams and also bout two shakes! The Oreo milkshake was amazing! The coffee shake was good as well, my wife said it could've used a little more coffee flavor. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid $20 for 2 small ice creams and a kids ice cream for them get my order wrong and forget my cone... this place is overpriced and a disaster!!! Just found out that Cold Stones was open durn this pandemic we're having, and figured with all the caution EVERYONE is taking at this time, it would be a treat to bring a BIG TUB of ice cream home to the family. Upon arriving, I quickly noticed the signs and caution tape, keeping the public a good distance from the workers and ice cream. WHAT SHOCKED THE HELL OUT OF ME, WAS THAT THE WORKER WORE "NO GLOVE OR FACE MASK", as the girl asked me what I wanted WHILE talking down onto the ice cream, I asked her why she wasn't wearing protective mask and gloves, she claimed, she only did when handling the cones and stuff of that nature....ARE THEY SERIOUS!!!! As she was talking down onto the ice cream, how much spit did she spray onto EVERYTHING BELOW HER? read more

Came in on 4/23/19 at 9:05:45 pm and Amber H. Is the name on the receipt. They have 3 weirdos working there. The reason why I say that is because they just have an empty stare and are really slow. She has a sour attitude that annoys you to the point where you continue to think about the bad service after leaving. The other girl working there was perplexed by a customer who asked for their famously known waffle cones to go. Ahh, birthday cake remix. Brings me back to the good ol' days. The best part about it is the brownie, but only one brownie's not enough, tho we'd never ask for an extra. The cake batter ice cream is also delish. Sis and I decided to get a bday cake remix after the movies cuz we haven't had it in so long. Yup, still tastes the same. Only 2 employees at this time, but they were pretty quick. The shwayziest thing was that they had these free sprinkle spoons, but you gotta pay for the sprinkles. No thanks. But still, free spoon!! Their hours are available in multiple locations (Google, Maps, Yelp). All state that Sunday close time is 10pm so why when I arrive at 9:35pm am I turned away before even reaching the door? Employees already cleaned up and closed down, lights off in the store. Employees deciding they're done working for the day and just closing early? Who knows. Waste of time. If your hours are different than what is posted, you need to provide an edit. read more

Wife and kids love Cold Stone and for some odd reason we all crave ice cream on cold windy days like tonight. Wife and I decided on the Cheesecake Fantasy which I may add is my very favorite. Kids decided to change it up a bit and decided on the Oreo Overload, which I may also add...It was amazing!!! In Love with Coldstones!! Can't go wrong here if you want a delicious ice cream treat or just anything sweet. I enjoy making my own ice cream creation but if you have a difficult time choosing, you could always select from the Signature favorites...mine would be the Chocolate Devotion. Somewhat pricey for a scoop of ice cream and toppings but it's worth it! Sizes: Like it Love it Gotta Have it!! Friendly staff, if you tip them they sing. read more

I've been to this Cold Stone multiple times and they never ceases to disappoint! The staff is always so friendly and attentive and the ice cream is just the cherry on top! My family usually goes simple with pistachio or banana with almonds but from time to time we love to try out their seasonal promotions as well! Something else that makes this place even better is how safe we feel due to their enforced mask mandate. It has been a challenge to go out, especially during the circumstances we're all living in but with places like these, one feels at ease knowing they're putting their customers and employees safety first! This location denies service and discriminates against those who cannot be vaccinated or wear a mask due to medical issues. This is a common theme nowadays. Some people have health issues in which they cannot wear masks or be vaccinated as recommended by their doctor, and this location still chooses to deny entry to such individuals. This is illegal and also sad that someone can be refused service due to health problems outside of their control. The staff is also extremely rude on top of the ridiculous policies which have no scientific basis. Will not be going here even after the pandemic ceases. read more

I love Cold Stone. But I have one tip for customers and management: Keep an eye on Danny (he even sent me a yelp message on here in response to this). Not only will he make your order wrong multiples times and leave out ingredients (leading me to believe he doesn't have enough product knowledge) AND overcharge you, but he will give you attitude if you say anything about it! There's more employees there who need an attitude adjustment, but Danny is by far the worst. (He even sent me a message about this review!!! Highly unprofessional.) It's too bad because the product is great but as long as they employ a night crew full of people with an "I'm too cool for this" attitude I doubt anything will change. read more

I am only giving one star because I cannot give none.... As a faithful customer, I have just left this store and had the worst experience. First off, when taking the first bite of my "love it" ice cream, I bit into a piece of plastic that lodged in between my tooth and gum. I immediately alerted your staff of what I had found and got nothing but a harsh "what? and "where?" from Alyssa. After showing her what was in the ice cream, she then placed it on the counter and walked away without saying a word. Darathy then looked at the object and offered to make me another ice cream. After already being disgusted, I was not interested in a new ice cream... I only wanted refund after realizing just how unsanitary this location was. Secondly, I have attached several photos of the area where the ice cream is prepared... I am sure anyone can agree that this is completely unacceptable. The frozen bar had build up with many different topping mix-ins piled together, there was an abundance of trash spilling out of the waste basket on to the floor, and dirty mixers/scrappers that were being used. Third, while Darathy was actually attending to my situation, the two female employees, Serena and Alyssa, were in the back room laughing and standing around. The behavior of the employees and the poorly kept cleanliness is utterly appalling. In my experience with working in the food industry, I know the hazards of a contaminated environment. I highly recommend that no one go to this location.... read more

I love cold stone and actually drove a long distance just to find this location in Covina. I'm totally disappointed with the service:(. Zero stars if it was up to me. I wanted brownie, strawberry and banana on my ice cream but it was a total disappointment not being able to get it; due to the person that was doing my order just scoop the ice cream inside the cup and gave it to me just like that!!!Sooo disappointed with the overall service. To management: please provide more training to all team members including customer service, sales and make sure they do their job right the first time. They were so yummy and super cute! My kids loved them and everyone said they are the best cakes they've tasted. There are few things more exciting than writing a review on one's lunch hour, especially of something as uninteresting as Cold Stone. I have about 30 minutes to kill right now and I just had an experience that's hotter off the press than a sheet of hundred dollar bills--an experience that warrants some mild bitchification. Yeah, yeah, everyone knows that Cold Stone has crappy over-sweet ice cream, but I was tired of my usual lunchtime ration of an iced green tea from the coffee shop next door. So I'm here with a cup of gingerbread ice cream. It's actually pretty decent--not great but not bad either. I swear, the girl working the counter here needs to get a job as a used car salesperson. Better yet, she should go on channel 853 and sell food dehydrators all day. She just doesn't give up. Not wanting to spoil my slim figure, I asked for a kiddie cup. Although the staff at other locations are very obliging, she politely and understandably informed me that the smallest size I could get was "Like It." So I consent, but then she goes on to tell me how, for just $0.49 more, I can get a "Love It" size cup. What's that? Like a pint of ice cream? She kept going on. And on. And on. And on. Honey, YOU don't have chipmunk butt-cheeks and I don't want them either. I'll stick with the small size. So after she finally shut up and started scooping the ice cream, she proceeded to ask me if I wanted any mix-ins. Let me rephrase that, actually. She started TELLING me what I wanted in my ice cream, as if she knew better than I did. I don't like s**t in my ice cream, sorry. I'll take it plain. As I uttered a more civil version of that, she was reciting the list of toppings. I told her again that I didn't want anything--she interrupted and said that I could add blahblahbladeeblahblah. Dude, do you get a commission for every dollar's worth of ice cream you sell? How much commission *could* you possibly get for selling ice cream? If I buy the whole store, can I do Flex-Pay? Maybe I'll buy a year's worth of ice cream and you can Auto-Ship it to my house? So that's it for my rant. Not much of a review, but I had to vent. My lunch hour's nearly over and the girl working the counter is making weird noises. Gotta go, sweetie. read more

I've been craving ice cream from Cold Stone for like a week! There's been a sign on the door for a week now saying "closed at 5:30 due to maintenance". But you clearly see nobody inside. We have been to a few branches of the ice creamery but this one in particular has left an impression: happy greeting at the door, great selection of ice cream and toppings, not to mention the choices for other treats, and best of all, customer service. Our server was Cesar and he was amazing: got the orders (4) right and was sure to keep our orders nice and cold by placing each one in a bag and in the refrigerator until order was completed. Not only great service with a smile and friendly but also noted very clean, he washed his hands each new order. Bonus Wonderful visit and I recommend check out this Coldstone !! Very good just like any other cold stones. I always get the banana split decision (they dont have it on the menu anymore) and it never disappoints. I highly recommend this. Some newer employees wont know what it is since they took it off the menu a couple years ago. read more

We went in for National Ice Cream day. Website said buy 1 get 1 free. So we ordered two love its. Get to the register and they say they are not honoring the Bogo! They have no signs, not a single employee said anything. Even after getting the manager they still would not honor the bogo! Bad customer service! read more

My daughter and I love this place, the flavors and service are great! Can't give them a higher rating because they don't wear gloves when mixing and serving the icecream, even when opening the peanut butter cups, they unwrap without gloves and place in the icecream to mix! I happened upon Daisy cakes on instagram and fell in love with her gorgeous designs and creations. We discussed at length how we should do the order and note this order was for 20+ people. We wanted variety and she helped create things that would help with some allergens (no nuts). Needless to say. My pictures do not do this justice. The taste. The presentation. The baked goods were so delicious, I had many coworkers ask for business card info which I happily provided. Everyone was so impressed and so happy despite the sadness of our office closing. Daisy cakes brought some happiness to our little gathering and we are so grateful for her services. People even took some to go for their families to try! There was such plentiful amounts and a little something for everyone. I will be using daisy's services forward for anything. I really appreciate her attention to detail, that she is allergen conscious and she makes gluten free items!!! How it went: Fabulous! Precovid, our honorees would be subjected to a "Hug Line" dozens of people long. Not a lot of fans of that nowadays! JoJo's solved our issue - creating a new tradition for our honorees. Each of our nine honorees were asked their favorite cake choice and filling. One was additionally gluten free. Jojo masterfully created these nine cakes that were the perfect pantones and properly positioned logo of our nonprofit. Each cake double as a centerpiece at the table, stealing the show. The honorees were surprised to see their name and realized why their dessert preference was requested. Each honoree's senior cut and served them and the remaining table attendees, sharing the sweet success. Jojo is going to have an annual order, continuing this newly embraced tradition. We already have three honorees in the first three weeks of our nonprofit's new year... we may need more than 9 cakes in the following year (a great and tasty problem to have)!

We stopped by to by my Dad a Birthday cake. His favorite flavor is mint and chip. They had one available and it was the perfect size. I myself not being such a fan of the flavor got it any way. After arriving at my Parents to cut the cake we let it sit for about 30 minutes before as told by our server to give the cake some time to defrost a bit. I decided to try a piece after we did the traditional singing of Las Mananitas. I was served a piece and can honestly say it was the first piece of Mint and Chip that I have really enjoyed.
