Coldstones offers a large variety of combinations of ice cream creations (whether you get a premade one or you decide to be creative and make your own) this location is always well stocked in ingredients. From oreos to peanuts, chocolate shavings and sprinkles it has it all. Unfortunately I always think that the already made creations are way too sweet for my taste. The ice cream is always creamy for sure though. Service here has always been great and if I am lazy to create my own, they are happy to substitute a few of the ingredients in the premade ones to better sooth me. What can get better than a great deal? I went to eat at The Flame Broiler and I saw a sign that advertised COLDSTONE. It said that if you bring in your same day receipt that it was BOGO. Well, you don't have to tell me twice. I love BOGO. We went to COLDSTONE and was greeted by a friendly young lady... Then comes the real problem...decisions, decisions, decisions....I settled on my old reliable Black Forest. The crew member informed me the BOGO was for 1 mix in and I would have to pay for the additional mix in. I was still in !!! We ordered our 2 and the price was 6.86. What a deal!! Went here just now to use my daughters bday coupon. I honestly don't think it was a free ice cream coupon like it says because it's like a buy 1 get 1 free deal. What made this place worse was she gave me an attitude about using 2 different deals on the same day. Geez this company makes a lot of money as is what's wrong with a customer wanting to use more than 1 deal the company isn't loosing $$$$!! Workers like this makes the company look bad. Coldstone is just incredible. Every time I stop here I'm reminded of why I love their ice cream so much. I don't get to stop by as often as I'd like to but every time I do they never disappoint. My personal favorite is French vanilla/sweet cream with peanut butter cups, snickers, and mixed nuts. read more

I came to this cold stone location on Tuesday July 7 2020 because the one closer to my house was out of brownies and oreos unfortunately and the signature ice cream I wanted included brownies. Chris B was our mixer, I ordered a "Gotta have it" sized Chocolate Devotion which comes with chocolate ice cream, brownies, fudge and chocolate chips. I asked him if I could substitute the chocolate chips for almonds and he said that was fine. I then asked him if I could add caramel he said "absolutely". When he was done mixing I asked if he could top it off with the almonds and caramel and he did. He rung me up and he charged me a signature ice cream AND 3 toppings. The signature ice cream it's self was $8.79 and each additional topping was 0.99 cent each. I do not understand why I was charged 3 additional toppings when all I did was substitute 1 of the toppings which should've been free since it was technically included in the signature ice cream. I only added caramel so I should've only been charged for 1 additional topping. I am not sure if I got charged multiple toppings because I had it mixed in and on top?! But that is ridiculous especially because it was the same topping and I should not have been charged for the almonds since it was a substitute topping. I did not realize everything that I was being charged with at the moment I just thought the price came out to $11.76 because it was the biggest size and it was a signature and I added 1 topping. If this is protocol for you guys to charge customers for substitute toppings multiple times then I don't need to come back! This was a rip off! read more

Wow. Just wow. Grandma wanted to take the kids out for an ice cream treat after my son's basketball game so we headed here after I remembered that I had several free "Love It" coupons given by The Red Cross for donating blood. The experience was horrible. Julia started helping our party of 5 but soon became bitchy after losing our coupon and blaming us for losing it. I handed it to her and she argued that she handed it back. Hmm? Ok not sure why she would hand it back but the other girl working could tell she was getting an attitude with us and told her to just go ring us up. She again started getting pissy after asking us who was going to pay. Finally, the other girl told her to go take care of the line of people and handled the rest of our orders. Dear Management, This is the message I'm sending to all family and friends: 'stay away from this Cold Stone.' I've been to many and this one, which used to be one of my favorites, no longer is on the list. What happened to the sweet employees that used to work there? You don't have good customer service anymore. I went in there to buy a big cake for a family gathering. Wanted to use my coupon but was recited the draconian rule by the robot employee and forgot to notice the 'no coupons allowed' stuck classily on their wall. Management, if you want to nickel and dime your customers, it's a fantastic way to lose them. Next, after picking the cake, the idiot who helped me didn't offer me to write anything on the cake, thinking I probably just wanted to gorge on it myself. And to make matters worse, he refused to do anything, probably because he was there by himself and other customers were waiting. So in summary: 1. Management, don't staff your joints with one person. It results in a poor customer experience. 2. Management, spread your wings and accept coupons on your ridiculously overpriced cakes (I actually think they price their products more than other Cold Stone locations) 3. Management, you can count on the fact that myself and others will be zooming right by your joint to pick up Thrifty ice cream at the Rite Aid next door. I came in today with my family and spent $25 on ice cream for everyone. After paying I overheard the person behind me asking about the buy one get one free promotion. The worker said yes its buy one get one on all love it sizes (which I just bought 2). I approached her after she was finished and asked her about it and she said she couldnt give it to me because I already paid. I eat here when I get a chance. And I must have came on a bad day because only one person was working and I had four people with me. Every time someone in my group would order she would say I'll be right with you and of course took her time in what ever she had to do. I had gone to this location at about 6:40 and the poor girl at the counter was the only one working! There was a line going out the door!! I saw someone in the back but she didn't come out to help for another 15 minutes... when she was mixing our ice cream I asked if she liked it there and just started small talk, she said she only started 3 months ago!! And was basically alone!! What the heck is that about? But she did a good job mixing our ice creams and was very friendly :) the store looks very old... like very old. But it does the job. The Cold Stone in Glendora off of Grand is basically half the price and they are a lot more generous and friendly. Only 10 minutes away from this location. Won't be coming back.
