Excellent food, atmosphere, and service for a girls night out. We started with the Rosemary and Olive bread and the meatballs. We then ordered the spicy lasagna crisp, which was by far our favorite dish of the meal. We had two pastas, the ricotta ravioli and the short rib agnolotti. The ravioli was very good but we weren't a huge fan of the short rib. The dish was well done, we just didn't enjoy the flavor of it. We ended with the chocolate hazelnut dome, which was good for a small sweet bite to end the meal.

Woah! Add this to the rotation list. Our vegan friend has been wanting us to try this for quite some time. Thank goodness we finally did. It is sublime! Between the three of us, we had beef, chicken and fish for our mains. Bread, Steak Tartare and Fried Mushrooms to start. Espresso martinis and a minty version for drinks. Great service and atmosphere. Sofa king yummy!!! LOVED IT!

Shocked by these 5 star reviews (maybe we caught them on an off night?). Totally flavorless pastas (vodka pasta + cacio e pepe), the mushroom calamari was fried way too hard, and the bottom of the pizza crust was bordering on undercooked but the toppings were so good. The saving grace was the absolutely heavenly cheeseboard: blue cheese, cashew camembert, dill-crusted goat cheese, brie, caper berries, figs and fig jam, candied pecans, and these incredible balsamic-laced crostini. Every flavor combination made for the perfect bite.

Amazing service, the waitress was great. The pizza was amazing and filling. The crust was TASTY, totally recommend the pizza here! The sausage ravioli and caviar were good, but the pizza really stood out. Great lunch spot.

I really enjoyed my dinner experience at Coletta Food: we got a few different things to try. My favorite was their version of calamari and risotto. The calamari was crispy and the texture of the mushrooms inside was cooked perfectly. The outside of the calamari was perfectly crispy and not oily. The risotto was creamy and flavorful. Service: Everyone was very friendly and helped by answering all our questions. They also checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. Ambiance: I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. It's cozy and intimate. The seats are comfortable and I really like the theme of modern elegance. The food came out in dishes to enhance the look.

Overall the food was not too bad for a vegan place. The crispy citsmari was pretty good. Would highly recommend the Wild Mushroom Truffle pizza, that dish stole the show. The pasta dishes themselves were alright. Service was sub-par. Felt like our waiter was really trying to rush us out on a Friday evening. Inside, its pretty dim lit, but had a nice layout overall.

Amazing dining experience! Our waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious. My mom and I ordered the chicken caesar salad, crispy calamari, fig jam and prosciutto pizza, and the tiramusu to end the night. My mom is not vegan so she was particularly impressed with the calamari and how spot on the flavor and textures were. I wasn't a fan of the prosciutto but the pizza overall was really good. It's not often that I'm able to indulge in vegan tiramisu so that was such a treat.

I am not Vegan, but I can easily become one if I could eat like this all the time. My friend had the chicken Spiedini and I had the butternut squash ravioli. The vibe is lively, chic and even romantic. The wine menu is extensive and has really options. Looking forward to my next visit.

The food is sooo flavorful and rich. Highly recommend the calamari, chicken, and tiramisu. Service was attentive overall. Place has a nice classy ambiance. Great for date night. However, it is a bit tight and chairs were okay and not the most comfortable. I will be going back!

An ALL-VEGAN ITALIAN RESTAURANT?! Yes, please! And of course it has to be in NYC, where anything you can imagine when it comes to food is available at your fingertips! I came here on the recommendation of a friend and decided to come by on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The entrance could have been easily missed if I had not been paying attention. Once I got seated, I was able to look through a menu with a beautiful lavender color. I knew right away I would get items that would be hard to find elsewhere as a vegan option. I ended up ordering fried "calamari", "squid" ink ravioli, and vanilla ice cream to finish. The fried calamari was absolutely delicious! It was meant to be an appetizer but I gobbled it all up like it was a whole meal! The calamari was actually mushroom, and so it had a chewy texture on the inside. The sauces it came with were tomato and oil-based. Next up was the ravioli. It didn't taste unique in any particular way, but I appreciated the dark color. It had a little bit of an umami kick to it, but again nothing to memorable except for how it looked. I was surprisingly still hungry enough for dessert! So ice cream it was. It was made with coconut milk, so the texture was super stretchy and creamy! It was topped with a cookie crumble and sauce, so all-in-all it was a lovely treat. I then learned that they have several sister restaurants---including all vegan Mediterranean, Mexican, and sushi restaurants! They are definitely on my list for the next time I am in NYC!!

Loved the experience at Coletta! It was amazing to try so many vegan dishes that tasted so good and as a vegetarian, experience some of the meat based dishes that I could never try otherwise. The calamari was soo good and crispy and tasted great with the sauces. Loved the hot honey pizza as well! And the risotto was also a good addition to our meal! Definitely would come back!

A fully vegan Italian restaurant- hell yes! I miss eating Italian food so much when I found this vegan restaurant I was so excited. The waitress Maria was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations to try. I tried everything I posted and it was all a 10's across the board. Absolutely delicious, I will be dreaming about this restaurant. I was so amazed at how the Salmon tasted like the real thing but it was vegan, mind blown. It was very intimate but a great experience with my family. I honestly can't pick a favorite dish because it was all just so delicious. This was also my first time trying Panna Cotta and it was so refreshing. I honestly cannot wait to go back and try more dishes. I wish this restaurant was in Houston!!

Yes. Many options on the menu or special items available if you want. Talk to the manager and/or chef and they will accommodate all requests - except of course those wanting meat or dairy!

Is there anything that can be made allium-free (no onion, no garlic)?

Can my allergy to onion and garlic be accommodated here?

Probably. It's a really nice vegan restaurant with an excellent chief. I am sure they would be accommodating

And, there are more to explore!!! Willow is another notch on their belt as it delivered everything we wanted based on previous experiences. The restaurant is quaint and cozy - in other words much smaller than the others previously mentioned. The staff was accommodating and gracious and paid great attention to each table, making certain water was filled and the food was satisfying. We ordered the crab Rangoon to start and what a perfect choice. These were stunning and made even more perfect by the sauce accompanying them. I moved onto the brisket in bbq sauce served with Parmesan fries. The bbq sauce was a Rita's bit overwhelming and the fries seemed more traditional for the Parmasean seasoning didn't come through. It was a good dish although not one I would be running back to order. The brisket was super tender though! My husband had the Korean fried chicken sandwich with an upgrade of onion rings - delicious!! The rings were both crispy and tender as was the sandwich. For dessert we actually asked our waitress to surprise us because we could not choose - there were too many amazing choices!! She did not do us wrong! We had the banana pudding with wafer cookies and it was AMAZING! The appetizer and dessert (paired with their special iced latte) are well worth the trip and made the experience a delight. Once again the City Root Hospitality group did not disappoint!!

This sandwich is usually not something that is available vegetarian so i was curious to see the flavors and textures. The steak is chewy and meaty so if you are not a fan of faux meat then i would proceed with caution. I enjoy the cheeses here as they are unique and different from each other. The sandwich overall was okay though not my favorite sandwich ever. - smoked Mac and cheese (7/10): macaroni with smoked goat cheese, cheddar, mozzarella baked in a cast iron skillet and topped with vegan pancetta and breadcrumbs. This was a cozy appetizer especially on a cold day. The flavors of the cheese are rich and smoky with a hint of saltiness from the pancetta and breadcrumbs. I would have liked it to be a larger portion and offered as an entree. WOULD I GO BACK? Maybe. I liked the ambiance and the option to try dishes that are usually meat heavy but the cuisine is not my personal favorite.

My bartender Lewis/Luis was incredibly attentive, frequently checking in to see how everything was going. He also recommended the Avocado Sushi with truffle miso to go alongside the Bang Bang Broccoli I had already ordered, and it was a great call. The Bang Bang Broccoli is good the tempura is well done and the sauce is delicious but after a couple of bites, the sauce starts to overpower the broccoli and becomes a little too saucy and salty. I found myself reaching for water more than I expected. The Avocado Sushi had a really beautiful smoky, rich flavor, though I do wish they'd pack a little less rice. With so much rice in each piece, it's hard to get a balanced bite cutting it down by half would make it perfect. The Matchatini was a standout. Creamy on top, with just the right amount of alcohol not overpowering at all, just enough to complement the matcha. As tempting as it was to order another one, I wanted to savor the moment, and I'm glad I did. For dessert, I had my eye on the Matcha Sandwich Cookies with ice cream, but they were sold out. Fellow reviewers saved the day though, pointing me to the Matcha Cheesecake and they were 110% correct. That cheesecake did not disappoint. Though it didn't seem to be a lot of food but I couldn't even finish it on my own so I got it to go.

But the food is what really blew me away. I got the Korean Wild Green Tea First Picked, and it was unreal. Yes, it had that beautiful green tea character, but it was so much more layered than that--smooth, complex, almost naturally sweet, and honestly one of the most memorable teas I've had anywhere. I loved the fact that their chicken is gf. It's a simple salad with just the romaine lettuce, red onion, and sauce (comes with tomato too but I omitted them), but it's a hearty portion and I figured the grape leaves (which are supposed to come with it) would make it worth the near $20 price point. Well, they didn't give me any dolmas at all, and I totally forgot about them until later. I checked before writing this and their online menu definitely still says the salad comes with grape leaves, so they can't (shouldn't) say that it has changed. I LOVE dolmas, so their omission has left me a tad vexed. Aside from grape-gate, the salad itself was tasty. The jerk chicken didn't taste like real island jerk, but it had some spice and it was very good. I did feel that the salad was missing something. I went back and asked if I could buy some avocado, but they didn't have any. I guess it just needed those M.I.A. dolmas. 6/10 That Pineapple Ginger juice was the truth!! I wish I'd bought a dozen to bring on the plane. It tasted freshly made and the ingredients also tasted fresh. No canned or packaged pineapple or ginger, judging by the taste. 10/10 My habibi ordered the Impossible Chopped Cheese. He is FAR from vegan, but he's a good sport when it comes to trying it out, and he keeps it 100 all the time. That being said, he said that he really liked his sandwich. He was impressed! Sadly, I didn't get a shake this time (as much as I wanted to - I have instant regret), but I did notice that they're now using the big boba straws - perfect for their delicious thick shakes!! Big UPS to them for listening to their customers! (In my previous review, I expressed the inadequacy of the eco-friendly paper straws.) FYI - no bathrooms, even for their customers. That sucks. I'll be back again for another meal. Striving for that top notch experience, which I believe they can and will deliver. Third time's the charm, right?
