She called for an appointment, and the nice lady said if she brings it in at 9 AM Saturday, no appointment was required. Great. She was there this morning at 9 AM. A guy was there writing on the computer. He did not even acknowledge her. After she got his attention, he said they don't do that on Saturdays. She presented her Groupon and he said it was to old. It wasn't. He finally did something that took about an hour. He told her it was done. It wasn't. Bottom line, this guy "Eddie" is rude, has zero customer care. We will never be back. My car was involved in a hit and run, and they busted my taillight and bumper. I took it to multiple repair shops who tried to tell me that there was damage behind the bumper and therefore wanted to charge me for structural repair. The other driver's tire barely grazed my bumper. These guys quoted me significantly less than the competition and were honest with their damage assessment. They repaired the bumper and I told them that I had already located a replacement taillight so they could remove it from the quote which saved me over $300. They even offered to install the taillight for free if I brought it to them. When I picked up my car, you could not tell that they had replaced the bumper because the paint job was as good as factory. I highly recommend these guys. read more

Outstanding professional high quality excellent service!!!!!!! From top down this location gives you a great experience when dealing with a not so cool time. My bumper was annihilated, I woke up after a long night with a beautiful babe and felt some vertigo and was a bit dizzy. I had only 2 beers the the previous night so def didn't think I was drunk or hung over, just felt like I was tired and a bit out of it. So, I drove way the F up to Carlsbad for awesome lovely super fun work time. Halfway there I almost blacked out, at that point I should've pulled off the side of the road but didn't... I kept driving. I took my exit and then blacked out waking up in a turn signal heading str8 for a truck and hit it. Then, after hitting it, instead of pressing the breaks I hit the gas and hit the truck again. Did some nice solid damage to my bumper, the truck was A OK. So, it was around a lovely babes bday so I felt the need to head out to Encinitas to pick up some earrings at Deep Fling (Love that place!!). I was heading down E street when my jacked bumper caught something on the rail road and pulled the bumper str8 under the car. I was like WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!! I had to stop on the tracks, back up and try to pry my bumper from under my car. It took a while, everyone just drove on by me, people be people ;) I need no help in life so all is good. So.... after alllllllllllllllllllll that, I decided to give BumperDoc my biz... oh... and while parked at Deep Fling someone thought it would be cool to hit the side of my car.
