Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

Because I came in previously, they gave me a good price to do my entire face. Overall went well and they iced my face for me after since I had a long drive back. I did have hyperpigmentation for a couple of months after but now it is mostly clear. It looks more like faded freckles but I don't mind considering I had so much on my face they had to remove. Only two moles came back but doesn't bother me. Overall impressed and would come back and recommend to my friends.

During my call with the representative at (480) 542-7002, she explained the pricing and began recommending package options. I told her I wanted some time to review the pricing and think it over before making a decision. Instead of respecting that, she became increasingly pushy and pressured me to commit on the spot. When I said I wasn't ready to make a decision, she responded, "It seems you're not ready," in a dismissive tone and continued trying to pressure me into purchasing a package. I politely explained that I would review the numbers on my own and could schedule an appointment later if I decided to move forward. She clearly didn't like that response and abruptly hung up on me. I called back because I thought we had been disconnected. Instead, the person who answered pretended she hadn't just spoken with me and hung up a second time. I got a call back asked to speak with the representative I had originally spoken to, but they refused to identify her. I also asked for a corporate customer service number or an HR contact so I could report the incident, and they refused to provide either. That level of accountability--or lack thereof--is extremely concerning. They said HR is only internal for customers. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was shocking. No potential customer should be treated this way simply because they want time to make an informed financial decision. This experience made it feel like the priority was making a sale rather than helping a customer. Very shameful conduct from a company that expects people to trust them with their business. Do better.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

THIS PLACE ISN'T WORTH EVEN 1 star!!! I was visiting my mom and we had planned a pampering day together which started by getting our nails done. We specifically made an appointment knowing that this place gets busy. We weren't acknowledged when we arrived. And, we waited. When we were finally sat...there was no one to do my mom. We had scheduled 2 mani/pedis that they said they could accommodate at the same time. LIE! After continually asking...someone finally did my mom after waiting about 45 minutes!!! Then...after her pedi (the way this place works is the same person generally does both the mani/pedi) left to take care of another customer. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Again...when asking what the deal was...NO ONE spoke up and would answer...even after I asked for the manager. Turns out the owner was there...and still didn't do a thing! After a THIRD inquiry and much wasted time later...finally the owner said that he would take care of my mom. This made us late for another appointment that we had because the service on my mom was so delayed!!! Staff there is NOT helpful...the service is HORRIFIC...and the workmanship is BAD! My mom had gone there before...they cut her...she bled...and it got infected. We thought we'd give them one more chance...and we're sorry that we did!!!! The woman who did my nails was a joke too. There is no girls that didn't like their hand and feet look pretty all the time. But sometime it very hard to find a good nails salon. I finally found a nice and clean nails salon. I am now a regular costumer . Here are my list of why I love this place: 1. The price are very reasonable $25 for manicure and pedi. 2. The place is super clean and the staff seem to be very sanitize. I observed every steps 3. The girl that did my feet, cut my cuticle super clean. I love it. My my feet look so clean and she also did my eyebrow , I also love the shape. 4. Another older lady did my hand. She did a good job, but the fact that I kept on looking she got a little nervous. 5. I was in need of a new place to get me nails done, and I yelped it for a technician that has cool funky style, and I saw that they were open till 8 so I called and made an appointment at 7:15. My GPS took me the opposite way on sunset to Beverly Hills, I called Andy and told hi. It would be another 30 mins till I could get there, and that I could reschedule , he said no problem come in we will work it out! So, I finally made it not knowing who's chair I was going to be put in and it was Andy! Told him I was going to Vegas this weekend and needed something funky and fun! That's for sure what I got, mind you he stayed an hour and a half late for me to get me nails done. Yesterday I had an hour to go do my nails. This store is very nice and beautiful. The workers are all happy. There was one lady I did not like. She was about to start on my pedi and than she got a notebook out and she starting writing in her notebook, she stop and than did it again, continuous. Like come on I came in here for to get my nails done quick and fast. Can she please do this on her own time not during the time I had left for my break. and I ask her what's her name? I must say you should know the right person to do your eyebrows because I have had a not so great experience. No, I didn't look surprised constantly but my eyebrows had no shape. The manicures here are insanely best. This is much fancier than the other nail salons at a reasonable price. I have tried almost every service they offer , eyebrow and Brazilian waxing, massage, gel manicures and pedicures and I can't complain about any of the services rendered here. While the salon is beautiful and well-maintained, I was disappointed with certain aspects of the service. For example, there is an additional $5 charge to remove gel polish, even though gel removal is a necessary step for a gel pedicure. I feel this should be included in the service price. Additionally, pricing felt inconsistent -- my pedicure was quoted at $70 simply because the technician used a pumice stone for a few seconds. I was visiting my mom from out of town. I wasn't able to do my nails from hometown due to my tight schedule. My mom always go here and recommended me to try this place. When I walk in in was super busy and was skeptical wether I wanted to wait or not. Since my mom always go here I have it a try. Jenny did my nails and it came out great. Wanted to try a new nail salon after i was left unimpressed by my last one. I didn't know what to expect but lemme tell y'all i would 100% recommend Colour Nails Spa. I got a Gel fill and pedicure and i was left very happy. My gel fill was done by Kyle and he was so diligent, precise and clean. My first time, found it by reading the good reviews...and this place is even better than I thought it would be. Very careful and meticulous pedicure. They know their business and I will make an another appointment sooner than I planned. I felt pampered, which just doesn't happen much in my life. Just came here for my first time & will definitely be coming back! Anthony did my pedicure, & Nancy did my fill with gel. I was going to go with a light blue, but Nancy actually recommended a cobalt blue because it wouldn't yellow as fast. & would look better with my skin tone, haha! I have the best manicure and pedicure here. The staffs are incredibly skilled, professional and pay close attention to detail. They take their time and make sure you really love your nails. I called prior to explain that my nail had fallen off and needed the powder to fix it. The said that it was no problem on the phone. When I got there I had a lady tech that couldn't understand English and couldn't fil in my nail correctly, it was magic and bumpy. I've come here several times to get my nails done since I moved into the neighborhood, and I've been happy each time! The quality of the manicures and pedicures is high and the prices are very fair. I got a mani pedi right before Mardi Gras in February, and the manicure chipped 2 days later. It got worse by the day and was just disgraceful after five days. It took me four times to call and request a refund, many back-and-forth text messages which resulted in the nail tech thinking I was trying to scam her before finally refunding a fraction of the cost. Y'all got the wrong focus in your hustle. You need higher sanitation practices and training that's delicate & does not cause bleeding. I'm going to have to go to the doctor for this, and I want a full refund on the pedicure. Worse nail job ever. Detrimental truthfully. Stay away from this place
