In my opinion, this is THE BEST com tam place. It's the perfect balance between quantity and quality. I usually order the #2 but mix and match whatever you like. I highly recommend anything with grilled pork. It is well-seasoned with a hint of lemongrass and grilled perfectly. One small thing I love about this place is the little chicharon bits they serve on each plate; it's a nice texture bonus. I was impressed as well and I recommend this to anyone in the area looking for something new to try. Location is clean, quick service, and food is served fresh. Water was refilled when needed (which is hard to come by sometimes). I'm impressed that their menu is limited to certain dishes which makes it easy to decide what I want. Came here on a Friday night with my girlfriend and we were hunger for some broken rice. This place was recommended to me by my girlfriend and we have came here a few times at different hours. I order the same item most of the time and the consistency was about the same. I ordered the special combination broken rice #1. On the most recent visit the restaurant was pretty empty except for two to three tables with guest. After we ordered more guest arrived to eat dinner with their friends and family. Our food arrived quick. Special Combination #1 comes with shredded pork, egg cake, bbq pork, fried shrimp cake, grilled shrimp, fried egg, and some pickled cabbage. The egg was cooked sunny side up which was nice and crispy. The whole dish was delicious, but on one occasion the pickled vegetable didn't taste as fresh so I had to put it to the side. I have found a good broken rice place that doesn't have too much MSG; at least I didn't get any red bumps and itchy. They make the meat right when you ordered. Always come to this restaurant for my broken rice craving. Customer services are great. Everyone is friendly and make sure you got everything you need to enjoy your meals. I have done some to-go also and it's how it looks like when you are eating in. Totally satisfied. This is one of the best place when it comes to Com Tam. I've been eating here a few times and I have to say, the food here is amazing and freshly cooked. Got the com tam dac biet (special combination) which included fried egg, egg cake, bbq pork, grilled shrimp, tofu skin wrapped shrimp cake, and shredded pork. Everything was delicious! Really delicious spot for com tam. super flavorful and the portions are good for a breakfast or lunch. however I did wish their portion on the ribs was more than just 3 pieces lol one piece I couldn't even eat because it was just straight fat. My parents were craving Com Tam (broken rice dish), so we stopped by this place. They also serve Pho and noodles with/without broth. My parents got their #2 Com tam thit lui dau hu ky $8.75 and I got their #68 Bun thit nuong chao tom cha gio $8.95. Service is slow and they mixed up our order with another tables. I got my order first and my parents had to wait another 15-20 minutes before the waitress recognized the mistake. My parents were about to call them out because all the other tables were filled with customers after us and got served first. Allergy alert: If you are allergic to peanuts, be sure to tell them! My order was too big for me, but I was able to finish it. Everything was fresh and the BBQ meat was flavorful and delicious. I would skip the chao tom and cha gio as they were just O.K. and flavorless. I'd definitely come back and hope their service improves. If you are looking for a rice dish, this place has all kinds of rice dishes that you can choose from and at reasonable price. They have the best beef and chicken kabobs rice dishes--the meat is very tender and perfectly seasoned. As far as the quality of the food comparing with the same type of restaurants around here, I have to give it 5 stars. But for the service, they are not very courteous, I would just give it 3 stars. For the seating and cleanliness, I would give a 3.5 stars. I still keep 5 stars on this review because the qualify of the food is most important to me since mostly I order to take out. And hate to have you miss trying the food just because of lower stars value. read more

Good food, friendly service, and overall cheap and fast. The rice has a smoky flavor, and the barbecue meat is really soft.
