Great memorabilia from many different genres ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter to Star Wars. Upstairs is dedicated to Star Wars and a great way to see the restaurant. The food was great! The Mac and cheese is one of the best we've had. I took my family in at 7:30pm and the hostess told me that they will close early at 8:00 but the wait time is 20 minutes and once we order we must take our food and leave. If the restaurant does not want customers because their hostess is busy with her husband and children in the front of the house then might I suggest posting that your hours revolve around your hostess and her family. My family and I have been here many occasions and after tonight we will never return. It's AMAZING here! It may have started out with some glitches but we went a few days ago & it was wonderful! I was able to buy my sister Groot that was hanging out in a tree by our table. Scott, the Manager, is very personable & funny. Our waiter (I think his name was Daniel) was spot-on, as was the food. Our Server Rodger was so patient with my family, its a pretty big group of people and for the most part there all not the best at ordering and get mad at the servers when something goes wrong. He sweetly waited on my family to order there food and was so good at being persistent making sure everything was okay and everyone had refills or sliver wear. I love the atmosphere and the food, it's definitely my favorite restaurant in the Arizona. However I brought my oldest son in two weeks ago for his birthday and he had 7-8 staff members sing to him in 10 minutes after getting food, today when I brought my younger son in he had 3 people and it took 20 minutes between getting the to go box and his song. I just feel bad because of how excited my oldest was when telling his brothers about it and how under enthused it was today. The funny part is I found this restaurant on Tik Tok. The better part is this restaurant is bomb. I wanted a unique restaurant to go to for my birthday. I didn't want to go to like any Olive Garden or like McDonald's because that's lame and they are everywhere. And I saw this restaurant on TikTok. I checked out the menu online. And I knew I had to go. So my parents I told them about where I wanted to meet. I also knew my youngest brother who would be there would love all the little and life sized figurines of all the different comic book action hero's etc. I was so impressed from the moment I entered. They had all different kinds of characters from the joker to halo to Star Wars and the Simpsons. It was so cool I have never seen a unique restaurant like this before. I definitely will come back because of my experience here. My step mom had a salad, my dad had the meatballs, my brother had mac & cheese and sliders, and then I had the grilled cheese which was really good. If you really want a unique restaurant to visit in Phoenix, Arizona definitely come here. And they also give you good big large portions. read more

I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with this place. It could be such an awesome experience but its just not. This was our second visit, first time eating. On our first visit we couldn't even get a table and waited 25 minutes, mind you there were plenty of open tables, only 1 or 2 servers. I can understand they were understaffed so we went somewhere else. Today was our second time trying and I feel like I just wasted my money. The thigh on the Hen Solo was super tiny and the kids tenders were over cooked. Fries were good. Atmosphere is fun and our server was nice. Overall food is overpriced for the quality. I did find out that kids eat free on Tuesday- jokes on me for not following this place on Instagram since I was told that it was an "instagram exclusive" promo. Oh well, at least we gave it a shot. Checked out this restaurant with my family because we love comics. The ambiance was cool and you could buy the statues directly from the restaurant . Service was slow even with an empty restaurant but somehow the food was worse. Myself and daughter ordered the Han Solo which was unedible. Would highly recommend avoiding this place. read more

45 min to an hour wait eventhough the restaurant was empty. The only thing worse than the food was the service. Inedible food, slow delivery to table, person delivering food was rude and made odd comments to us about our food. All food was undercooked and tasted 'off' This place could be soo cool with better food and better service. They really are wasting a great opportunity. read more

First time going... Was giving enough time to walk in and take in the scenery from the front entrance without being hassled or rushed to a table. Once seated we were given more than one time to take in the scenery and view the rest of the restaurant before getting our order in. Mind you our drink orders were immediately taken. The food was great portions were good. The kids meals were perfectly made and portioned, the French fries were fresh and crunchy. My adult Caesar salad was amazing and come to find out the croutons are hand made and the greens are cut freshly everyday along with the baby tomatoes. The added grilled chicken was all at the size of the bowl it came in. The staff were great and some of the staff were that of on the spectrum. The owner and manager confirmed through casual conversation of all of the staff being nice and not over bearing. Furthermore, the conversation led to the PRIDE in hiring autistic/ spectrum capable employees the owners were great to talk to as it added more interpersonal feeling to their restaurant. read more

First the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We had our server, two managers, and a couple food runners or other servers all stop by and make sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We were seated immediately at about 6pm on a week night. The food arrived quickly. Almost too quickly as we had just gotten our fried cheese app. We were shocked at the quality of the food. We had the chimichanga, the nachos, and kids chicken fingers. Everything was delicious. And the chimichanga is huge. Easily enough to split between two people. The s'mores dip was incredible. Like a fondue that tastes like thick hot chocolate. Everything about this restaurant exceeded expectations from the incredible staff, food, theming. Okay so my partner Brady and I were hesitant to come here after some iffy reviews about the food, which is very important to us in the aspect of going out as we are vegetarians. We got the impossible burger replacement for the basic burger. We added cheese and it was double-stacked so we even had to take some home. Replace the fries with a side salad and also got the avocado fries for an appetizer which was a 10/10. Daniel, our server, felt like a friend off the batt. Walking around was encouraged and it took about 5 minutes to get through the whole location and look around as the second story was not occupied by customers we didn't have to worry so it was quick. The buns, the carrots and celery on my salad were shriveled, the tomatoes were old and wrinkled. Imagine an old bag of mixed store bought greens, dumped on a plate, with a chicken cutlet breaded so thick and so dry inside, I'm surprised they could even cut it into strips without breaking a knife. My son could barely eat a slider and asked if he could stop because it tasted bad. He's 6. I felt bad for our server who asked me with a grimace, " is your food alright?" I gave him a shrug. This is not the food of super heroes... in fact it's a heroic food failure... The tastiest part was a life sized Thor statue! Somebody needs to save this place!
