The chimney needed a new cap and they fabricated a temporary on the spot and returned a week later with a permanent cap. Our flame height was not modulating and Billy's replaced a part and now it works perfectly. What I really liked about their service is that they were able to to the replacement without me having to remove the entire hearth.
