We own a 2003 Civic Hybrid and we've been taking our car to Concord Honda for oil change and maintenance ever since. I brought my car in yesterday for a major service and had questions regarding what was performed. I called back this morning and spoke with a Service Advisor and he was able to explain all the services they provided and faxed me their service list. In all the years I've gone there, I find their staff people helpful and courteous. It is also a great convenience that they offer a free shuttle service after I drop the car off. I recommend Concord Honda for repairs and maintenance especially if you have lots of questions. read more

I don't recommend anyone deal with a salesman, Jack or give out your personal information to him. After this experience, I learn not to deal with any Asian-Chinese speaking car salesman. There was an American salesman coming up with a friendly attitude to assist us. And, then...out of no where, this Chinese speaking salesman Jack came out to steal and take over the other salesman role in assisting us. Okay, since Jack speaks Chinese. Maybe, he will help us better and provide better details. Not!!! After staying at this place for 15 minutes listening to this salesman trying to sell us car, he convince us to test drive the car. Of course, the usual policy of I.D. and phone number (wait, phone number to test drive a vehicle). Sounds fishy!!!! After the test-drive, we decided to leave since we did not find anything we like. But, this salesman still try to convience us to purchase the car and got pretty personal talk maybe because he thought we were both Asian and it is cool. 3 days later, I got harrasing calls from Jack trying to work out an offer. We decided no and he keep calling again and again making . I end up getting angry telling him to "stop". This is not the way to do business. We end up going to Dublin Honda to make a purchase. And, their service is more professional and better. read more

This review is for the service department. the experiences i had were different than I am used to in the past. I have had two bad experiences so far and the only thing they have going for them is that they are located close to where I work. They are getting one more chance until I stop taking both of my cars to them only because it would be a hassle. Their trend is that they overcharge for their service by "recommending" more work than necessary to rack up the charges, without explaining that what they recommend are above what Honda recommends. As a result they were 200$ more expensive for the same mileage service as another dealership in Oakland. In another visit because my car is old I don't believe I got the proper amount of attnetion when I had a window replaced. When I brought to their attnetion that the window as replaced was moving by 1/2 inch SIDEWAYS when it was operated they told me that this is normal! Finally the biggest joke is when they ask you to call them if you have any problems with their service. i tried it both times I had a problem. The first time I never had my call returned and the second, the manager did not do anything. If you have another choice for a convenient service place take it. read more

I don't like going to dealers. My sister had a great experience at this dealer so I figured "hey, they should be able to help me out since I'm a first time buyer and be awesome". I was wrong. I had called ahead of time to get pre-approved because I don't like wasting my time and I wanted to talk to someone to make sure I could get the monthly payment I wanted with the down payment I had, they said yes no problem. I headed down there only to waste my time. The salesman that showed me around showed me a couple cars that were $16,000 or more, I thought it was little high since I am a first time buyer but I trusted him because he told me it would be fine so I went with it. Then my down payment wasn't high enough so he asked if I could give more, sorry but no. There was a reason why I called before I went down there. Then he wanted me to make a bigger monthly payment. We went back and forth with this, he showed me two cars (both between $14,000-$16,000), and he still wanted more money out of me. Then he showed me a KIA, I didn't go there for a KIA. I was frustrated and done with the place. I left, it felt too much like they wanted more money out of me. He said "you know I want a five bedroom house for $800 a month but that's not happening", I'm sorry but that offended me. I just don't understand how they couldn't get me a Honda for the monthly payments I wanted, my sister has a Honda and is paying under $250 a month for it. We purchased a 2015 Honda Civic EX-L this past Saturday (1/17/15) and I must say that our total experience was amazing. The team of individuals that assisted us with the buying process were very helpful and patient. The most notable person that stood out was the sales representative Sergio M. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very professional and honest in his dealings with myself and my mother (You have no idea how many Honda sales crooks we encountered prior to arriving to Concord- Honda). Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, I've never felt so unwelcome to any business. First, I call around 10:30am hoping to make an apt and the lady tells me to ask for Vince when I come in 20 minutes later. We walk in, obviously lost about where to begin, and no one even greets us. Some random female employees are sitting at their desk chatting and just stare at us from a distance as we search for help. We finally go to the left, which is the mechanic section, because it's the only place with people besides the two chatty ladies staring. The man searches for Vince and realizes that it's Vince's day off, so he hooks us up with Chris. We wait about 10-15 minutes for Chris to come and we explain what we want and our budget. He sends us out in the rain by ourselves and tells us to take a picture of what we like and when asked where to look for cars in our price range, he tells us they're all mixed in. Now we're walking around in the rain and nothing has prices on any of the sides or windows! We walk in and again struggle to find help, until we ask the cashier in the servicing area to page Chris. When we finally get him back in front of us, we tell him we don't know if we found anything because there are no prices and we want to stay on budget and the cars we found online aren't on the lot. He explained that they might be in the back, but sent us to go look again in the rain, while he supposedly helped look up the info. We wait literally 30 minutes and he never appears. By that time, they finally have a man at the main reception area and he tells us that Chris is helping someone else! At this point, enough is enough so we left. We may not have been wanting to spend 100k on a new car, but we would be spending about 20k, which is still quite a bit of money. He would have still made decent commission, but he literally made us feel like because of our lower budget, we weren't important. We were literally ready to buy a car that day if we had been introduced to the cars we originally found online and would've been an easy sale. Absolutely disappointed with this dealerships service. Received a letter to have our car looked out for recall, been calling and leaving messages for 2 MONTHS without a return call. Got online chatted live and Service finally called to schedule appointment for today. We bring the car down there and were called 1 hr later to be sold other services we didn't need and to be told they don't have the proper equipment to test our vehicle for the recall! This Concord Honda dealership has a nice facility, but working with Chris Zackarikis was a horrible experience. It took 4 hours for him to tell me that the car I wanted to lease was not in stock. During our appointment time, he constantly got up to help other customers. He was not professional and although I may be a younger customer I still deserve his full attention as he was giving it to the older customers. He did not treat me like a serious customer. I reached out to one of the managers to see if I could be helped by a different sales representative who give me their full attention. The manager then told Chris to stop interrupting my appointment and get on with finishing our lease. Chris still didn't seem interested in helping me so I left. Bad experience! Instead, I went to Walnut Creek Honda and had such a great customer service experience. Signed a new lease in about 1.5 hours and drove off the lot with a smile. read more

A few days before I came in to look at the vehicle salesman Mario Aviles personally called me and informed me he was going to be the one showing me the car So I came in to look at it and Mario was over and beyond kind. I felt absolutely no pressure at all and didn't feel taken advantage of. Everything went so smooth it didn't feel real! He was very informative and clear to understand very helpful. He then went over and beyond and personally sent me thank you card in the mail and said if I have any questions or need anything to contact him. Concord Honda uses shady sales tactics! My son went there to look at a used car they has listed online. When we test drove the car, we noticed that the internal blinkers were not working (even though the outside turn signals worked...) The salesman assured us that Concord Honda would fix this problem, and based on that assurance my son bought the car. But when we went back the next day to pick the car up, the salesman shrugged and said they couldn't fix it and we would have to take the car as it was. I should have stood up to this dirty, underhanded tactic, but unfortunately we made the mistake of taking the car and were stuck with a repair bill of several hundred dollars in getting this problem fixed. When I confronted the manager later, he denied that they had ever offered to fix the car. SHAME CONCORD HONDA, FOR YOUR UNDERHANDED, DIRTY TACTICS. You should be put out of business!!! read more

Yesterday we bought a new CRV and, at the same time, traded in our old CRV. When I traded in the old car I accidentally left my work briefcase, with laptop, in the back of it. (Yes, they did ask if I should check the car one more time. I said "no" ...! ) I didn't notice that it was missing until about 9PM. I texted Ali (senior sales rep) about my worry. Even though it was late at night and even though he would have the next several days off, he worked closely and promptly with me, from 9-11PM, on this to insure that my briefcase would still be there waiting for me today. I now have my briefcase and a LOT of appreciation for the speed and courtesy and honesty of his handling of this matter. It went far beyond my expectations. So wish I could give less than 1 star but I can't. We drove all the way here from stockton because they had the exact car we wanted. The sales person hardly let us test drive the car. We went down the street about a mile and he told my husband to turn around. I didn't even get the option to drive. The sales person was not the friendliest either. He pointed to where the water and coffee was located and walked away. Um... okay I guess! He wouldn't even work with us at all. No budging or negotiating at all. He basically told us our monthly car payment would be some crazy ass number and left it at that. Then he appraised our fully loaded durango for dirt basically. We asked to speak to speak to the manager and waited for 30 minutes till we grabbed someone else and asked for a manager. Still no damn manager! I don't care if they gave us the car for dirt cheap, I will never bring my business her and I will make sure that no one else brings their business here. This review may be long but for only owning my 2016 Pilot since May 5th, you will find it's worth the information. I went to the dealer several times seeking, stalking, waiting for the perfect Honda Pilot. This purchase was literally something I researched for months prior to purchasing and eliminated all the competitors. When I went to the dealer I worked with Ali and Wahid. I had met Wahid previously at one of my visits to the dealer and decided he was the one I could trust my business with. They both were great. I ended up buying a 2016 Honda Pilot right off the show room floor. Pretty cool, right? Finance went smooth, can't remember her name but she was great. Drive off the lot and am in bliss over my new car. Within 3 days there were noises and clunking sounds which weren't normal. I returned to the dealer that weekend and that's when they should've hired me. In the last month I have spent so much time at the dealer, other employees recognize me! Richard Kresler was my Service Advisor. Great guy and even though he may think I'm a pain, I will only work with him in the future! He needs a promotion! Where the problems with my review start is with all the work this car has had done to it. The clunking noise was the shock system. According to the service notes it was detached. They replaced the whole shock assembly and CV boot. The clencher is they use USED parts off of other Hondas. According to the dealer these are "known good vehicles" that the parts are being taken off of. So now Concord Honda has three Pilots on their lot which they disassembled to fix mine. The parts will have to be replaced on those now as well....how does that make sense. The clunking noise is still there but according to the dealer, they can't repeat it. So it's my word against theirs. Then there's the other noises it was making. Like when your old beat up mini van is desperately seeking it's next gear. They had the car for over two weeks. They replaced the sway bar, transfer case and transmission. These parts were also taken USED off of "known good vehicles". The dealer seems to think that just because the "known good vehicles" have low mileage that using USED parts is ok. To make this more interesting, Mr. Bradley who is the District Service Manager is the one who authorizes these repairs! So, after two trips to the dealer to test drive with the Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager and Mechanic....the noise is still there. We left them again with the car to try to resolve the issues and we were called wthin two days to say the noise was normal and to come pick up the car. Normal.. now....after all the work they did and the employees all being left speechless because they couldn't believe the noise was still there and admitted the noise was in the drive train. Utter crap. In the middle of this I asked for this matter to be escalated to the Service Manager Chris Tormey. He is a compliant dealership worker and tried to sell me a load of bs. A load so large he couldn't even tell the story from A to Z himself. Totally untrustworthy! Now after owning my Pilot for 6 weeks, I have a complaint filed with Honda Corporation. It would seem this remedy would be painless and common sense for all involved but unfortunately Concord Honda isn't worried about customer satisfaction. Out of the six weeks of owning the vehicle the dealer had it for 27 days! They want to use USED parts, try to talk you in circles and blame everything on the next guy and claim they have no power to make things right. I live 3 hours away and left at 6:00am only to have some other salesman call at 8:30am to say that the car had been sold the night before. Completely unprofessional and rude. They did not try to help, just stated "sorry there's nothing we can do, good luck with your search". Once transaction is completed, good luck getting a phone call back in a timely manner to get simple questions answered. They make promises they don't keep. Poor management and customer service. You know that typical stereotype of "sneaky, sleazy used car dealership" schemes you see in the movies? I think they were talking about Concord Honda. They promised a reimbursement for their mistake and that was over 2 weeks ago. Never heard back. Never received the check for reimbursement as they PROMISED. Their follow-through skills are lacking. They do not follow up to see if customers are satisfied. Once the transaction is made, and the contracts are signed, they completely forget about you and it takes many, many days of chasing after them on the phone to help you out with your questions. We have given them many chances and the result is still the same. VERY DISAPPPOINTED. We are planning on just forgetting about the reimbursement, it is too much of a headache, but we have gone to Better Business Bureau about them. I purchased a Dodge charger 2012 from this dealership which is part of the sonic group now since then I have had at least three alignments I brought it into them to have them check the tow link and explain to them I was not looking for reimbursement but just looking to have a tow link fixed this is a standard safety issue it should've been taken care of before the car ever hit the showroom floor . Today I received a call from the service department which is no fault of theirs but was told by upper management that they're not going to work on my car or fix it when a used car reaches a dealership and there are certain specifications and safety checks that are supposed to be looked at by law . Now call that human error or whatever you wish and all I was asking for was them to fix the tow link but to proceed with discourteous and Shady Business practice is by far one of the worst travesties that's known to business and this is not the first car that we have purchased from Concord Honda but I guarantee this is the last that we will be purchasing from the sonic motor group!!!!l so here's the thing if you feel that your car has a safety issue and it wasn't properly inspected then your car could've been a legally concealed from a safety inspection there for falls under the lemon law practice and according to my lawyer The dealer is obligated to fix the issue or rectify it in a way that satisfies customer . Found a used, super low mileage Corvette via the internet at this dealership. I called and spoke with "ali" As I was more than 1000 miles from the store, I relied on the reputation Honda stores have. I asked many questions about the car and condition and did my due diligence. I asked some questions "ali" could not answer, He had a representative of his store call me at home and I ask the questions of him. I believe his name was Tony. Tony told me the car was "PERFECT" in every way, a real dream car. I decided to buy the car. I was told that If I bought it in California, I would have to pay the high sales tax and was directed into having it shipped to me. When the car arrived here, it looked good and we were excited. With snow on the way soon I took it for exterior treatments and detailing etc right away. With in about 2 weeks, and less than 100 miles, I found out the transmission was not operating as it should. It would pop out of gear at random times and was hard to shift at others. I contacted the store and "ali" said, "you bought it as is," call the used car manager Mark (i believe) You deal with him. I did just that. In fact I called 3 times, after checking to see he WAS there on those occasions. My calls were never returned. NEVER. I called the general manager. No return call. I called ali back, and left another message. Nothing. I finally called their parent company, Sonic Automotive. I spoke with someone there named Vicki. After another week I DID receive a call from "ali" he seemed quite angry. and said "you bought a used car, as is" He then said he would take the car back IF I arranged for a shipper to deliver it to them, at my expense. Well after having paid for shipping once already, taxes and registration here , full tint and clearbra, then return shipping, I would have been out more than 5000.00 JUST TO RETURN IT. of course I could not do that, All I wanted was the vehicle I was assured was "Perfect" With a working transmission. Well, I ended up calling Sonic again, leaving a voicemail for Vicki again, and have (as expected) heard not 1 word. The practice of buyer beware must be used here. We were allowed to take two models out alone, just the two of us and my wife fell in love with the second one. We bought a Civic XLT. I called Concord Honda on Thursday, January 12th to inquire about a 2010 Honda Accord Stock No. SAA007365. I spoke with a gentleman named Niko Jallali and he informed me the car is on its way to the lot. I asked if he would be able to send me some more pictures of the car because on the website I only see stock photos. I also asked for more information on the car to make sure it is a pearl white even though it's listed as just 'white.' Niko confirmed the car is a pearl white. I then asked him to confirm the price listed online. I let him know I see it listed at $20,423 on autotrader.com. He tells me this is a 'misprint' and if I go to concordhonda.com the price listed is $23,999 but for the 'inconvenience' he will discount it $1000 down to $22,999 with the ok from his general manager. I let him know that this is very upsetting and I am looking at the price on autotrader.com and that they should honor this price for me regardless if it is a misprint or not. Niko then said he will talk to his general manager and give me a call back. A few minutes later, Niko calls me back and lets me know that they are able to honor the price of $20,423 as long as I print out the listing and bring it to the dealership. I was satisfied with that and before the conversation ends I asked him to give me a call once the car arrives. He also told me he would send the pictures to my e-mail that I gave him and call me once the car arrives which his estimate was either Friday, the 13th or Saturday, the 14th at the latest. This ends the conversation. By Saturday afternoon I still had not received a call from anyone at the dealership or Niko himself. I called around 3pm in the afternoon and spoke with Niko. He tells me they do not have the car at the lot yet so he is unable to take any pictures but that the car is scheduled to come in Monday, the 16th. I said ok, please call and let me know once the car arrives. Niko said that he would. This ended the conversation for Saturday. On Monday afternoon, I called the dealership again because I still had not received a call from Niko. I spoke with a salesman by the name Mike Ahmad and I inquired about the 2010 Honda Accord again. I asked for Niko but Mike let me know Niko is off and will return Wednesday. Mike tells me the car is available and I asked if he would send me some pictures of the car because Niko never sent any to my e-mail. Mike tells me," The only pictures available are the ones on our website." I tell Mike that these photos are stock photos of the vehicle and I wanted some real life pictures of the car. He then tells me that he cannot take any more pictures and the ones provided online are good enough. He also mentioned that the vehicle is probably in the back because he doesn't see it on the lot. I told him to please transfer me to his general manager and that I would like to speak with him. Mike did not seem to know how to transfer me or to use the phone. He told me to hand up and call the operator again and ask to be transferred to Rax. I thought this was ridiculous that I had to hang up and call back in order to speak with the manager. Meanwhile, I call the general manager, Rax Patel, and leave him a message letting him know his salesman Niko has been keeping me waiting and has not followed up with me whatsoever and that I have had to call them multiple times in order to inquire about the vehicle. I left him my name and contact number to please give me a call back. After I left Rax a voicemail, Mike calls me back and lets me know the car is not available anymore. I asked him what happened because earlier he told me the car is available and it's in the "back." He changes the subject and starts telling me about other Hondas that are available on the lot. I said I do not want to hear about any other cars. I want to know what happened to the car I called to inquire about. Mike tells me he does not know what happened but it is no longer on its way to this lot. I then asked him why it is still showing as available on the website. He tells me he does not know. By now, I was very upset about the whole situation. There was a lack of communication on their end. There was never any follow up and I don't understand what happened. I would really like a call back explaining what happened. This is not good business and you all should be embarrassed about how you take care of your customers. First time car buyer and I went to Honda with the hopes of gathering information. I needed a certain monthly payment and my down payment amount is limited. I was supposed to meet with Nico, he was busy at that time so it was no problem. Another guy helped me. My sister was with me because she had just purchased a car and wanted to help me. The guy I was with told me I could test drive a car if I wanted and when I asked to test drive a used Saturn he said "no honey, you don't want that car. The payments will be $400/month." I wanted to test drive a few other cars and he told me no as well. So finally Nico was available and he was very rude to my sister. She asked him a question and he turned his back on her and talked to me instead. They didn't seem to care about my situation and my need for a lower monthly payment on a car. They only had dollar signs in their mind. Needless to say, we left within 30 minutes of being there and went to Chevy. Sucks for Honda. Those two guys were not caring or good sales men. This review is for the service department. I came in to get an oil change and the clerk that was helping me gave me a quote of 67 dollars. I asked him why it was so expensive and he told me it's because my car needed synthetic oil. I informed him that I've been going to the walnut creek honda for years and they told me that it didn't need synthetic oil. The man continued to insist that it did. I got the owners manual out of the car and found in print that my model honda does not require synthetic oil, synthetic oil is optional. I called honda walnut creek and they informed me and confirmed that the type of oil that my car requires is written in the manual which is the type that they use which is a synthetic blend but not full synthetic, which is why they didn't charge me as much for an oil change in the past. I informed the clerk of this and he continued to insist that the oil recommended in the book was full synthetic, even though it states in the book IN BLACK AND WHITE that the oil is not full synthetic and you can use synthetic if you so choose. So basically he was telling me that I was going to be getting full synthetic oil when in reality I wasn't and he was going to charge me for full synthetic. Also earlier I had asked him what the code B1 meant on my screen (a service light came on recently). he started to explain something and then asked if I had my 30,000 mile service done. he brought me to a computer screen and quoted me over $400.00 worth of services. I asked him if that's what B1 was and he said it was. When I had called walnut creek honda they explained that B1 was something much simpler and also a tire rotation, which came to about 120.00 for having both done. When I brought this up with the clerk he said that he didn't say that that's what B1 was. This is a popular scam going around (Jiffy lube is also guilty of this) by companies that do oil changes and state that their computer is telling them that your car MUST have synthetic oil. These places do one of two things: 1. Are actually giving you synthetic oil and charging you more so they can make more money or 2. Are giving you a synthetic blend or regular oil and charging you the higher cost for synthetic oil to make more money. On both occasions when they get caught trying to do this they blame it on the computer, stating that this is what the computer is telling them. **Also when I was at jiffy lube they recommended flushing my system of the old oil in order to put the full synthetic in it, thus making more money. I will never go to concord honda ever again and I hope that people start checking their owner's manual before getting an oil change. I've called the honda corporation before to ask about my car's type of oil and they concurred with the manual. read more

I made an appointment for a B16 service on my Pilot and was told it would take approximately 2 - 2.5 hours. My appointment for drop off was 10 a.m. and I was told it would be ready by 1p.m. I arrived at 10:05 and was in a line of 6 cars - line moved very slowly. Approximately 35 minutes later David Rodriguez came over, asked my name and said my assigned service advisor is Skarland - he left and Skarland was obviously busy doing something at her "desk". Another advisor came over and started to leave and I told him I had an appointment and needed to speak to someone - anyone at this point. He reluctantly began the sign in part "until Skarland would come and finish". She did eventually come over and proceeded to argue with me about everything I mentioned. She should have just written everything down and then let me know if there was a problem. When she finally got all the information into her hand-held machine we went to her "desk" where she had to type, and type and type. She instructed me to sign the screen which showed an amount for the repairs. I said it should all be under warranty, she checked, found that it was but asked me to still sign the estimate but assured me I would not have to pay. She said the car would be ready by 4 and I said I was told 1 - she wanted to know "who told me that!" At this point it is now 11 a.m. - one hour past my appointment and I still had to go to the cashier to arrange a shuttle. I ended up calling my husband to come and get me since both shuttles had just left before my "paperwork" was finished......all of which took longer than it should have. 2 p.m. Skarland calls to say car is ready and do I need a shuttle back - I say yes and I again have to talk to the cashier. The cashier says no problem. Ninety (yes, 90!) minutes later I called back and asked when this shuttle would be coming. She put me on hold and came back saying about 15 minutes which is the time it takes me to get to the dealership from my home.....I don't think he was on his way since it took him 20 minutes. Apparently they pulled him out of the parts department to drive the shuttle. all in all a very frustrating experience! I have had service done on my car several times before at Concord Honda but always dropped it off before they opened and felt the service was great since no one called me to argue about anything and my car was ready when I returned around 2:45 that same day. read more

Do not do business with Doug Miller of Internet Sales at Concord Honda! He comes off very friendly in his inital email with the first quote, sugar coating it and pretending to want to help us in any way possible and claiming that he would not lose a deal over pricing. But then when I asked him to match or beat another dealer's price his email became very rude and abrupt, telling me to "stop wasting my time and move on". I will never even consider going to that dealership because of him! read more

I always get my 2010 Honda Pilot service at Concord Honda due to the professionalism and the knowledge of the service advisor Mr. Wasif Khan and Technician/Mechanic Mr. Kenneth Hendrix. I don't mind waiting for 3-4 hours because I know my vehicle will get fix the right way (the first time) and I don't have to worry anything until the next service schedule again. Kudos to these two individuals. I always trust them to work on my Pilot. I knew Technician/Mechanic Mr. Kenneth Hendrix since I bought my 1988 Honda at Concord Honda , and he always serviced that car. read more

Crooks, absolute Crooks! My wife helped my son buy a car there. She paid way too much, $18K for an 06' civic, but that's what you get when you've never negotiated a car purchase and didn't consult your husband. The car came with only 1 key, however the salesman "Mike" assured my wife and son they would provide a 2nd key. My son was responsible for picking this up, and forgot about this until about 3 months later. My wife called Mike and asked about the key and he said, "ohh, you've waited too long Honey!" So my wife an I took a little trip down to visit with these Pricks! I went right to the sales manager "Kevin." Typical for most auto dealerships what should have been a 5 minute process took 45 minutes. They 'pulled' the file and couldn't find anything regarding an additional key.' Convenient!! My wife looked Kevin in the eye and said "we were promised a 2nd key!!" He just shrugged with a stupid smirk on his face. I then asked Kevin what was the expiration date on Concord Honda's good faith and word? He didn't like that!! He then turned into a full-on New Yorker Prick with an attitude that is his real and true personality. Their final offer was sell us the key at "their cost" which they said was $180... I found a replacement on E Bay for $35 and the necessary programming locally for $45. I told Kevin to stick it where the sun didn't shine. I sent my good buddy Kevin, via Certified mail, a demand letter with a copy of the small claims court paperwork that I had already filled out but not yet filed. I had every intention of taking them to court and really making a public spectacle of their sleaziness. A week later they called my wife and offered to replace the key for $60. She took them up on their offer without consulting me. My next vehicle will be a Honda Ridgeline, I just bought my other son his first vehicle and Concord Honda's not in the picture! Shocking!! I was very disappointed ...My boyfriend and I was there with my daughter to purchase an SUV on sat the 29th and found one that had price tag of 17991.00 in the window was ready to buy it then was told that was the wrong tag but no one removed the tag and so when we asked why they wouldn't honor that price the sales guy said no way it was an error so I asked to talk to the manager his name was Joe he was rude and made no apology. He said the only thing he was willing to do was take just 200.00 off the price which he said was really 22900.00. My daughter was upset it was not a very nice first time experience purchasing a car I told him how I felt and that I was going to make a negative yelp review about how he handled the situation and his attitude and he told me to feel free to express myself and just laughed...we took our business down the street to Kia dealership ... They were friendly and offered some rates and we purchased 2 vehicles and SUV and a car....your bad attitude cost your dealership not 1 sale but 2... I will never go back there again nor recommend that place to anyone I know..... read more

I live in Brentwood and the Honda dealership in Antioch is closer to me than concord. I choose to bring my vehicles to concord because of every time I brought my vehicle to Antioch/Pittsburg I had horrible experiences. Concord Honda seems to have the best service of any Honda dealership I've been to. I actually bought my latest Honda from Fairfield because they had the one I wanted, but shortly after I noticed a scratch in the back up lens and Fairfield Honda would not fix it. Brought it to concord Honda and they are replacing it. I recommend driving an extra 25 miles to concord Honda if you need your Honda worked on. read more
