I had an accident and hit both the back and front bumpers, my insurance was trying to charge for two deductibles, but concours worked with them so I only had to pay one deductible and they repaired both! They are very helpful, professional and went the extra mile! The only thing is that they pushed the date when it was finished three times in two weeks but understandable for the quality of the work once I got to pick up my car! I went to several body shops to get an estimate to repair my car. Each place I went advised how they would fix it to feel comfortable putting their names on the work done. Of course, adding over $3,000 to the repair. Concours Body Shop was the only place that listened and was willing to try to make a reasonably priced repair based on what I wanted completed. They were always polite, professional, and beyond easy to work with. My car was repaired quickly and looked AMAZING when they were done. Was planning to use them for my repairs after an accident as they were on my insurance companies preferred list. Took the time to go down for an estimate and they were so backed up with work that they would not even be able to start working on my car for almost three weeks. They seem to have good reviews but with such a delay I could not be without my car for that long. After leaving their shop I was able to find another auto body shop with similar reviews who got started on my car that same day. We took our SUV in for an estimate to repair some damage. Gil did the estimate. I pointed out a damaged plastic fender which I temporarily fixed. Gil grabbed it and yanked it apart inside the wheel well. WTF, Trashed the plastic tabs that were holding it up. Now, I have to pay to fix his damage. What is wrong with this guy, showing no regard for customer's property at all. Gil's estimate was twice as much as the shop I selected. Just say you don't want our business. Major quality issues. Didn't tell me they broke my tail light or scratched my door glass. They didn't replace broken clips that hold on my door panel and door seal rubber. Light overspray on my windows. Good enough on the color match. Satisfied with the blending of the paint but still noticeable. I took my car back when I noticed my tail light. They said it was done get there and they didnt replace grill or fix a small dent that was in quote. Go to drive off power steering felt wrong popped hood fluid everywhere bad condenser from factory not their fualt but should have noticed it before they called me. I was upset manager or owner idk said he would some other thing for me and bring car to my work at tahoe and return rental car for me since now i needed it for another day. Well he never showed up at around noon like he said instead i get there at 4 still not done 445 comes out none of the extra stuff done orange peel in the paint. I was very upset myinsurance and i were supposed to go there and have a talk about there crap work but 3 days later hit a rabbit put a hole in new bumber. Now this is where it gets really good. The other day i get my daughter from school and some guy pulls up to me asking if i bought it at ford i said no then he says it was concourse i said yeah i had it there then this idiot tells me " yeah man that thing is bad ass i drove it its fast im buddies with the owner of concourse. He saw i was pissed and knew he messed up by opening his mouth. Yes my car is fast close to 600hp and the owner of this place lets his freind come down and hot rod my camaro. Are you kidding me. This place is horrible! They talk the the talk, but certainly don't walk the walk!!!! I had my truck repaired at this shop and it came back with the tailgate so loose, it could have fallen off. There were several small dings in the wheel well chrome moldings after they were replaced on the wheel wells when the truck bed was replaced. I could go on and on, but it's not worth my time. As we backed out of a parking lot, our left side wheel bumper slightly scraped a standing pole leaving the fender with scratches and the left corner bumper popping out. I estimated there was $300+ in damages to our car with touch up paint, etc. Our insurance company gave us a list of 3-4 body shops; I chose Concours because of their previous reviews. Our car's front end also has a clear plastic protective coating. While at Concours, I met Mark for an estimate. Within 10 minutes he fixed our car. He was able remove the scratches with lacquer because of the plastic coating and he was able to fix the bumper's bracket. I offered to pay him for his time but he said absolutely not. He said remember Concours if I need of body work. Hopefully, I will never need their services. I could easily have been taken to the "cleaners." If I ever need bodywork, CONCOURS IS THE PLACE I'M" GOING!!! read more

Most recently there were several issues that had to be addressed when it was alleged to be ready. The final cost was double the original labor estimate. They even washed the car with the bra on! I was excited to see this shop on my list preferred shops provided from my insurance company. I had been here in the past and was pleased with the service and how fast they were able to fix my vehicle. So naturally I wasn't bothered to drive the 45 mins to use their services. Unfortunately my latest experience was to say the least terrible. I was basically told by BRICE to have a claim number for every single problem I had with my truck from brine. Ultimately I was told I needed a claims adjuster. Knowing that I don't need a claims adjuster for paint and exhaust damage. I called my insurance agent and explained to them what had happened. They were confused as well. Considering the damage was done in one winter living in extreme winter conditions we came to the conclusion no adjuster was needed. I was able to go to another shop that get the pictures I needed and the estimate. Needless to say I won't be coming back and they just lost not just the business for my truck and my husband's as well. read more

The service and professionalism has really gone down hill the last month or so. When Debbie, the glorified office crow decided to step in as the new Owner, everything just started going down from there. She has NO idea what she is doing and is very RUDE! I will never bring my business back! All i did was ask what happened to the knowledgeable guy that used to help me out at the from desk and she bit my head off and said she can fire who ever she wants and has no clue where he went to. I hate when things happen and they're not your fault; BUT I'm sure we've all been here before and are left to deal with the consequences. My issue was pretty minor I'm sure compared to what does happen, and for that, is a blessing. My hood needed to be replaced and I took my car to Concours Body Shop. Gil the owner was who I worked with from the beginning. I was a little nervous to have work done because that is just who I am, but Gil really took his time with me and showed me and explained to me the entire process; he didn't have to do this, but he did as he could tell I was concerned and nervous and THAT is what made all the difference to me. I told him I had read the comments on Yelp and that is where my concerns came from. Opinions do matter to me and that is why I research all reviews before I buy or do anything. The negative reviews were only from those that had them; I personally did not have a negative experience. When it was time for me to leave my car, I took it down Monday night (after hours by choice) as the appointment was for Tuesday morning, and I got my car back that same day at 5:00 p.m. They did all they said they were going to do, and I didn't come out with any overspray or loose trim like other commented they had experienced. Plus, my car came out right on time as promised. Again, small job I know, but still I felt like I was treated very well and had a pleasant experience. I didn't give 5 stars because of the authorization form we have to sign to release the car to them to work on. There are 2 noted spots that Concours isn't responsible for anything that could happen beyond their control; me being a Realtor and doing contracts all day long where things are spelled out, this seemed very vague to me....anything could be "beyond their control" coming from who deems it so; come to find out they put that in there in case of a fire or theft; I feel that should be spelled out in the authorization release to help people who are like me =) Otherwise, great experience and Gil was super nice to me! read more

This place seemed very nice at 1st but then I kinda felt like they were trying to take advantage of me since I'm an 18 year old girl. I broke my door check and they told me it would be 689 to fix it! I was like wtf because it was like a little part to make sure the door open and closed okay! They gave me an excuse that it was going to be very hard to get to! I felt awful because I didn't have that much money to fix it. I decided to take it to another place. And they perfectly explained it to me and I understood what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it. Which was relatively easy just involved taking off the door and replacing the door check which was a 25 dollar piece! All and all they charged me 129 which was wayyyy cheaper then this guys who were trying to put in a 25 dollar piece for 689 dollars.after getting it fixed I was happy and I even told the other shop how I was surprised it was so cheap because what they appraised me at and they said that was an outrageous price to ask! read more
