I got his card so when we returned I asked for him. First they had no idea who he was. Over the next couple of days he kept contacting me "sweetening the deal" with hooks etc. Just to let you know the Toyota Woodland BZ and the Subaru Trail seeker are the same car made in same factory. But the Toyota version is at least $5000 more plus this dealership piled on useless garbage no one would have any use for to jack up the price. They took a car that is essentially 40K and added 10k worth of crap. I avoided the salesman but he was persistent, I told him I needed to trade my car. They would give me nothing for it. So I sold it myself. At that point I made sure of what the deal was because I knew I would have NO CAR!!! I wrote it out exactly as he had stated. I don't think this guy is actually a salesman. There was no proposal, contract etc. VERY VERY scammy. He told me to come in. They had the car already. "I'm gonna washing it for you.". I just needed to sign the contract and they also put the financing together, which did hard hit on my credit report by the way. To make a long story short or at least shorter I got there and the whole thing was a scam. When he finally got to writing it up, it was $10,000 more. He was incredulous that I was angry. The whole dealership is extremely incompetent and nasty bordering on criminality. The Subaru dealership is right across the street. Instead of 40 slick incompetent salesman walking around they have four helpful, friendly honest people. They explained to me that they are a no commission dealership. What a difference. Subaru is a great car. Toyota is probably equivalent, but I will tell you this I will never buy a Toyota in my life. I have had two Subaru and they've all been wonderful. We bought the same car $10,000 less extremely positive experience wonderful people I will shop at Spreen dealerships in the future.

Okay that not something to trip about... Until I asked her, how much for a wheel alignment. She says 100$, I say okay not today. As the mechanic is finishing up my tires I ask how much for a wheel alignment, my man tells me 80$ lol So either they don't have standardized prices and don't communicate with each-other or she's steady trying to get over on people whether it's 5$ per tire or 20$ for wheel alignment. They tell me Robert is the best and will take care of me. I had an 04 Odyssey Touring with 130k original miles. This car was perfect but was told by Robert that it probably just needs a new radiator cap. But he could not work on my car as they were closing soon. Robert called me shortly after I left and told me it was my timing belt and would cost $1,700. I said ok. He calls me the next day and tells me I need to do another job that will cost an additional $400 totaling $2,100. I agreed. Robert texts me maybe 2 hours later telling me that my motor is bad and I need a new motor for $5,800 and that motor would come in whenever it gets shipped in? I eventually told Robert no. No more. This vehicle was perfect and had very low miles. I don't believe it needed a new motor. I told Robert to stop working on the car and I would get a second opinion. He then reminded me that I still owe him the $2,100 that we agreed to and the car is taken apart. So if I do get a second opinion, it would have to be towed out of his shop. I was stuck. I then lied to Robert and told him I have a tow truck and I would pick up the car, part out the vehicle and get him his $2,100. Not even 20 minutes later, Robert calls back and tells me he actually has a mechanic who has been looking for a van. The mechanic liked the van and had a young family. Robert told me I could just send him my title, and we can both walk away from this $2,100 tab... I went to the shop Monday morning and I asked the mechanic if he was buying my car. He gave me a confused look and responded, "Me? No! RobertO buy!" RobertO then started giving me a random story about how he's helping a family in need and how he's taking the van and just started talking to me like I was an idiot. Nothing was making sense at this point. The mechanic figured out on the spot what was happening and just walked away. Almost as if he saw Robert taking another victims car. Please do your research on this shop before taking your vehicle in. RobertO could be getting another free vehicle on your dime.
