Container that hot food has burned holes / marks into

Didn't realize until we were almost done with our meal that they had apparently put the hot fried food directly from frier into the tray which burned marks/holes into the tray. That's definitely a health hazard

On vacation & heard of this place from a friend of a friend. The experience was above and beyond what I expected. The menu was a little confusing and took a minute to look through. The staff was patient and didn't rush. There was no line inside. We ordered and the girl at the front (I think her name was Deasia) was so kind and down to earth. She brought us our order and shakes & really made the experience next level. The food and shakes were very tasty (& came out fast!). The music was the perfect volume and played a nice mix of pop/country. I'm only in Atlanta for 2 nights - and will probably make a special stop to eat here again.

The real shake shack! Apparently this is the spot late at night in Atlanta. When we stopped by after a show, the cars were pulling up non-stop on a Friday around 10 pm. I was cautioned against getting food here, but if I wanted something sweet, the Cook Out Creamery is where it's at. They got all the typical chocolate, vanilla, strawberry flavors plus things like Walnut, Orange Push-Up, Peach Cobbler, Peanut Butter Fudge, Banana Fudge, and Banana Pudding. I got a Banana Pudding shake and for $3 it tasted just like banana pudding in a cup. To me Cook Out is like Sonics with no marketing budget but I can see how a no frills menu with burgers, hot dogs, quesadillas, and shakes has its appeal, especially when it's open late at night. Definitely coming back for the shakes... maybe some burgers, nuggets, and hush puppies next time too!

Now this has been one of the consistent cookouts I have been too! The food is always on point and the energy is much better than the other ones.

Big double burger, fries, and bacon ranch wrap.

Slow drive thru. Took 30 min to get through the line. Order taker forgot the order at least three times. Chick fila is next door.

It was shocking how much the quality of the food and service had declined. Shrinkflation was real. The only thing that remained the same was the historic atmosphere, and if that is all that this generation relies on to carry this icon into the future, I believe your prospects are limited. Frank Gordy and his operating philosophy, which he stated clearly when receiving the Atlanta Salesman of the Year Award in 1979, was built around quality and fairness: "I built my business around quality and fairness. We never change the quality or the taste of Varsity food; our food must be the same every day. And we greet our customers with courtesy and serve them quickly. We let them know we appreciate their business. So there's no secret to our success. Anyone will be successful if they build their business around quality and fairness." CAN THE MANAGEMENT SAY THAT HIS VISION IS STILL IN PLACE TODAY????? Based on my experience on Saturday, I can tell you that your team has only lost the original philosophy; they have lost their way, plain and simple, and are headed for a major failure. It will be a sad day when I read about the doors closing on this icon.

This was my last stop before leaving Hotlanta! I wasn't really in the mood to go out my last night,…read moreso I scrolled through a long list of restaurants and decided on wings. The name Hungry AF caught my attention--I figured with a name like that, the wings had to be good. The restaurant had a casual sit-down atmosphere with colorful tables and chairs that gave it a fun vibe. I ordered the Mamba Lemon Pepper wings with a side of vegetable hibachi rice. My food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The wings definitely did not disappoint! They were perfectly sauced with just the right balance of lemon pepper flavor. I actually finished every single wing, which is something I almost never do! The vegetable hibachi rice, however, wasn't my favorite. I was expecting a traditional hibachi-style fried rice, but it tasted more like pre-cooked frozen rice. It also had a sweetness that just wasn't for me. I'm glad I gave it a try, but it's probably not something I'd order again. Overall, if you're craving flavorful wings, Hungry AF is worth checking out. The wings were the highlight of the meal and a great way to end my Atlanta food tour!

I placed my order online and I waited to leave my hotel when it said the food should be ready. I came in and it was packed. There wasn't any direction on where to go for online orders. I spoke to the lady that was passing out orders and let her know I had an online order and she told me it wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 15mins for my food. The resturant was very hip and trendy. I got the Hungry AF Combo with Trey Young wings and shrimp pasta and Fruit Punch Peach Lemonade. The Fruit Punch Peach Lemonade taste just like what you think it would a mixture of all those flavors together and it was overally sweet wasn't my favorite. The Trey Young Wings which is a mixture Honey Garlic and Lemon Pepper of it was okay nothing to write home about. The Shrimp Pasta was okay I did feel like it was a little dry and lacked flavor. Pricing was okay for what I got. I do want to try something different because maybe it was a off day or maybe there is something different I need to try.
