Ordered the s'mores premade batter with whip cream and made a custom batter consisting of KitKat/Twix chocolates and Birthday Cake batter with soft serve swirl to go. (Server knows it is a To Go Order.) Things that stuck out to me that ruined my experience: 1) I had to put the lids on my To Go order. No big deal but my add ons (whip cream and soft serve) were over-proportioned that the lid caused everything to spill on the sides so you couldn't push down all the way without making a mess and needing to do a clean up. 2) The server stuck the spoons into the cups when he could visibly see me remove them to put the lids on. (I know super nitpicky but now I have 2 dirty spoons to hold onto. Batter cups with over flowing add-ons dripping on the sides with NO BAG.) As far as the taste of the cookie batters ....it tastes like unbaked cookie dough. It unfortunately didn't move mountains for me. If you love that kinda stuff ...this is the place for you. This place was adorable! The inside is super cute, the staff is super friendly, and the product is DELICIOUS. I got two- the cookie dough and the birthday cake, and both were great. It is a lot of sugar, but since it won't melt, it's something you can snack on throughout the day. Their mix-in process was nice too- you pick what you want from the candy wall, in the amounts you want, and then they mix it up for you. I happened to be at the movies the night this place opened and what a magical coincidence that was. Upon reading they had VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE options I dragged my friend inside. Saw signs for this place in the downtown Burbank area and was very curious to check it out. I used to eat cookie dough as a kid, so the idea of eating it as its own thing definitely made me smile. The store is bright, colorful and fun. The person working behind the counter (who I later discovered is the owner) greeted my warmly and explained all the flavors, options, and things I could make. I opted for a small sized sugar cookie to make sure I liked it. The service was quick and the owner took the time to talk about the history of the store and explain the different characters in the amazing mural in the back kitchen. The dough was sweet and tasty. Yes, it's very, very sweet, so eating a whole bowl of this in one setting could be a mistake. But I had a few bites and took mine home and put it in the fridge as she suggested I do. My roommate and I tried Cookie Dough Dreams today and really enjoyed it! The "Brownie Batter" tasted chocolatey and rich, which was exactly what I was craving, and the staff was fun and helpful. The social distancing setup allowed us a glance inside the restaurant and from what we could see, the ambiance looked so cute in there! I was surprised that their credit card system doesn't allow for tipping though. I felt disappointed that I couldn't tip them with my card as initially intended. This is the type of place that should be made for me. I love cookie dough and decadent desserts and I've been getting to check this place out for a while. First time trying this place out. It's a bit hidden, in between Ross and the parking lot entrance. I was nearby and was craving some cookie dough ice cream. I decided to buy some cookie dough and mix it with my favorite ice cream I have back home. It did not disappoint. I tasted the cookie dough alone with my kids and they loved it. Then we mixed it with some premium ice cream and had ourselves a bomb dessert. I bought a large chocolate chip cookie dough and still have some in the fridge. Ready for seconds tomorrow. VIOLENTLY ILL FROM FOOD POISONING (AVOID!) I came here around 8:00 PM on Saturday 2/15/2019 with my best friend for the first time and was excited to give this place a try. I ordered a medium brownie batter delight (I think that's what the name was) and had about half of it while she ordered a medium plain chocolate chip cookie dough. After leaving and going back to her house, a few hours later, around 11:00 PM I began to feel light-headed and ill and got sick multiple times. I thought that after I had gotten sick (which was a large amount/5-7 times) which I had thought was everything, I went home. After getting home, I was unable to sleep at all through the night due to the non-stop vomiting, having what seemed like the worst stomach ache of my life and lastly going in and out of sleep on my bathroom floor at home. Saturday 2/16/2019 I was in bed all day, unable to keep any food down and I continued to get sick every few hours. Finally, today, Sunday 2/17/2019 I'm finally starting to feel better and I am about to eat solid food and have not gotten sick.
