Long story short, I went in for a coolant leak for my 2015 Suburu on 12/23. I replaced water pump,…read morehoses, thermostat, belt myself thinking that was the problem. Still leaking, so I took in for a diagnosis and 1st response back was bad water pump. I explained to the tech that it was just replaced. I went in and looked at it with tech and he put on the pressure tester. I found the leak under the ac compressor, a cracked pcv valve, in which he replied "I didn't even look there". Cool, lets get that fixed, but apparently no parts available, an "OEM" part. By then it was Christmas eve, so I called back saying I need my car, still Xmas shopping, I will bring it back after Xmas. I picked it up and drove it 20 + miles until I realized that they did not reinstall the fasteners holding up the bottom engine protection panel. I had to pull over on the highway shoulder and zip tie it up. Went back in and they reinstalled over 15 fasteners, and there was damage due to negligence. I have receipts and pictures, Cancelling my Firestone account, avoid this place.

They had such a great team working together to get everyone one done in a decent time frame. The staff was great very friendly and constantly communicating with you. It turned out they I also needed a new battery. They showed me what it looked like before and after changing it. If I had any questions they answer them. I will definitely be going back. Side note: they are located right next to Dunkin Donuts so I was able to get a coffee while I waited for them to finish.

Topnotch quality service from Andrew and his guys…read more Today was the day I needed to change my tires after more than 60k miles of drives on my Constinentals. Andrew and I picked the best replacement that covers up to 70k-mile warranty. It was from Pirelli. I also have a 5yr wheel alignment plan with Big O that was transferred from my previous to my current vehicle. That itself is amazing. Andrew himself also personally made sure that topnotch service was done with my needed oil change. I actually visited the store last Friday and Andrew made sure everything would be ready for today's service especially making sure the Pirelli tires were available. I personally feel that the best total pricing was made possible by the Big O. I am happy with what I spent. Store was clean and orderly. The ambience was great in the waiting area where I was able to do a couple of tasks including some computer work on my laptop. I'm blessed to have Andrew's shop actually near home. Truly convenient for travel. This IS a highly-recommended Big O. Kudos to Andrew and his team for a job well done. Godbless.

If I can give the shop zero I would DO NOT COME HERE!!!…read more People, please beware of this place the people here are thieves. As soon as I got there, they did not price me. Without giving me the price they began to change out my air hose for my trailer. Overcharged me for the less than hour service and overpriced the 2 hoses that he set up wrong. Then claimed that my trailer needed break adjustments and wanted to charge me more. I declined that service. Oscar, I believe that was his name. He threaten me to call DOT so they can put me out of service that was a bunch of bullshit. Just because I said no to the adjustment. He refused to give me a receipt. Had one of his employees call me acting like a DOT officer lol fucking dumbass. Should have at least called me from a different number that was not their shop. Then he offered to adjust my break for free and had the mechanic tighten them so they can burn on me very unprofessional and dangerous shop. And they obviously don't know what they're doing connecting air hoses, the wrong way.
